Great variety and selection of everything. Employees are very helpful and you can actually find them when you need them! The store is very clean and well organized. Free popcorn!

I had an amazing experience buying paint during the paint sale last weekend. It was all because of Gonzo! He was a rock star. Patient, informed and willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my selection. We ran into a problem with the color not matching the swatch I selected. He came up with a brilliant solution and work around and provided me with a perfect match. This guys an absolute genius and Im so happy he helped me! He was actually off shift when I walked in, he heard me asking for help and clocked back in. Who does that?Gonzo is worth his weight in gold and Ill never shop anywhere else. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Sterling example of a stand up employee making all the difference in the world. I love my paint and simply adore Gonzo!

This store is a great addition to the neighborhood, it not only saves time and money, because now I dont have to drive into Palm Springs and hope that I find what Im looking for! I went Im for some wood filler and came out with a bag full of home project goodies, they always seem to have things that I forgot that I needed ! If they dont have something, they will order it and usually youll have it next day! I know this got a little long, one last thing . They have a fantastic group of folks who are there too make sure that you get the right item the first time ! Thank you Ace Hardware of Cathedral City, hey Jennifer !!!!!

I am so in love with this place. They have everything you could want. I was also impressed by tge staff. The staff was so helpful. When i went in during the grand opening we asked if they had any salt for the water softening system. At that time they did not carry it to my surprise the next time i went they had it! Amazing place love it!!

We enjoyed our visit to this newly owned store. We entered into their rewards program so we would receive their mailings of specials. The guys were friendly and helpful. Each isle was stocked with everyday items needed for the house and yard. They have a cooler that will keep for cold for a lot longer than traditional coolers, really neat! It was memorial weekend, they presented us with a medium size flag, complements of the store. A very nice touch. They also offered a bag for our items at no extra cost, free, how nice! Nice neighborhood store.

Nice clean store. Friendly staff and they even sell beer. But as far as prices are concerned theyre easily 25% higher than Lowes and Home Depot. Quite a shock and disappointment. You like to see an old established place like that be competitive. But it doesnt look like they are. So Ill save this place for emergencies otherwise Im going to save money and go to the bigger stores

There always out of there products. Was helping a friend move and it was always a joke between us do we dare try Ace because we dont want to drive all the way to Home Depot. We would say maybe they will have it...NOPE! Why didnt we just drive to Home Depot 😭. And there excuses are..sorry its the person whom does the ordering. WELL FIRE THAT GUY!! And be careful if you purchase something from here, be sure to open the package before buying to make sure all the parts are their. When people return items they just tape it up and put back on the shelf, not making sure all parts are accounted for. Terrible store! Save urself the headache and go to Lowes or Home Depot!

I was SO happy when they opened up. My favorite store. The people who work there are knowledgeable about everything in the store. They take time to explain things to you. They stock anything a home owner would ever need.

Service was superb. Young lady and young man were extremely helpful in finding the items I needed. And: the young man did not laugh when I asked him to put the 5-foot aluminum ladder into my Smart Car.

Great local hardware store with friendly and helpful people staffing the store. This store is just the right size for most of my hardware needs. This is the type of store I used to shop at before the mega hardware stores started to squeeze out the competition. Ace Hardware is a very welcome addition to the neighborhood.

Ace is the place with the helpful hardware people and that certainly applies to this store. It is conveniently located just a mile or two from the freeway and the people take great care of you when youre there ask you questions give you answers and they even have water by the door for the dog, what more could you ask for

Needed help,store was empty with only 2 other customers. Hard to find the employees to cut me tubing but once they came they were happy and fun and showed us the toilet plunger gun.lol

Asked for some help with fans by the owner of store and he didnt seem interested in giving me any advice on what to get. Every time Ive interacted with that man he seems to just brush me off. Not cool. Not going back

They were wonderful. I needed 4 screws to mount my TV. They found them in 5 mins. And put the bracket on my tv. Total cost 37 cents times 4. Thanks again Ace Hardware!
