I had the best experience here out of any car buying experience Ive ever had. I came in on my own as a female and was treated with so much respect from these wonderful gentlemen. Robert Shearer, my salesman, toured me through my options and was so patient and helpful throughout the whole process. He never pressured me and made great suggestions as I was unsure of which car I wanted to go with. He really is such an asset to the company. Ive never met anyone in sales more welcoming and warm.He truly has a gift and cares about each person that comes through that door. I also met Trent the sales manager who was just as assuring and kind and of course Wayne, another sales manager, who made sure to tell me if I needed anything at any time they were there to help me. They have backed this up to this day. All of them have called to check on me to make sure I am happy with my purchase. I have never had better service from any car dealership. Billy in finance was so great too! Such a smooth quick transaction. I definitely recommend coming here for your next purchase. I love my Mazda cx30 and am so happy to have found you guys. Had to take my car here for repairs after an accident. Cinnamon was exceptional taking the photos and getting everything sent over to the insurance to get approved. Ivan on the back end was superb with getting everything repaired and even assisted on some extra repairs. I would highly recommend this business.

It took two weeks before they even looked at my car. A/C hose cost $1200 (because of where it was located) mostly labor. Didnt get a promised wash; They had lots of time to do it, it just didnt matter. Most of the other cars were done & gone so I believe my car was looked at and repaired last despite what the guy in service told me that my car would be serviced in order. I was okey-doked. That is when you are told okey-dokey just to satisfy you right then and there so you will leave. I wont say more in the off-chance I have to go there again. Yucca Valley Ford closed and I went to PS because of my extended service package that ended up covering nothing.

Two hours for an oil change. Constant up selling. Your total will be much more than the estimate.

I could not close my van sliding door and they helped me get it back on the track. The tech discovered 3 parts were missing. He got them ordered and the following week had them installed n one hour. Good people and very knowledgeable!

I went to get an estimate for sand damage and collision,the estimator obtained all pertinent information and said she would e-mail the estimate to me with in 1or 2days, nothing. I called no answer 3times 3days. I finally got a hold of the manager and explained my situation to him, he said he would get on it and take care of it. Nothing, no response nor phone call, horrible customer service go somewhere else. How can they be competitive if they dont send you an estimate with numbers on it to compare to others?

Have gone to the Quick Lane for service for the past 8 years. One of the best auto repair shops here in the desert.

After keeping my car for 2 weeks to do a brake job and then ordered the wrong parts I received my automobile dirty and 40 more miles on it and no gas.. This last time I came in for oil change it was quick and painless the are so should also apologize and reassured me going for I would never have this problem again
