My experience with Caliber Collision has been wonderful! Cindy, the office manager has gone above and beyond in making getting a bumper replaced after a car accident somehow an enjoyable experience. Everyone in the office is personable and professional. The quality and attention to detail by the mechanic, Israel is impeccable. I would highly recommend taking your car to Caliber Collision!

I highly recommend caliber collision!! ISRAEL was the name of the man who assisted me throughout my repairs and he was so incredibly kind and helpful!! My car, a 2019 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback, was vandalized by someone trying to break in and they did quite the number on my front right passenger side but now my car looks brand new, thanks to caliber collision!! The repairs came out AWESOME !! Guys, I love my car, her name is Venus and she is my girlfriend. I was super stressed about finding the right place - and now that I have, I will not be going anywhere else!I also had a dent on my door that was on the driver side that was not initially a part of my repairs, but Israel made a point to call their dent repair person and have him price out an estimate so we could have the dent fixed while my car was already in the shop! I was so so grateful I was able to get everything done in one visit! (For a really good price too!) They also estimated 3 weeks for the repairs to be done and I got my car back after only 2 weeks!To go even further with my satisfaction, I work in construction, and I’ve had to fix 3 tires in the last year due to nails and screws that find their way to the road and get run over, causing a flat. My tire was extremely low upon picking it up and Israel noticed it first, took my car back and filled my tire with air and was prepared to patch it if needed for no additional charge!The staff was also super nice and very helpful and they offer coffee/tea/water and popcorn while your waiting! I’m a sucker for that sort of thing. I also forgot my packet that included the receipts and services I had done and they mailed it out to me with no problem!Anyways, trust that Caliber Collision will deliver professional and clean service! Don’t forget to request Israel, he’s the right guy, personable, knowledgeable, and professional! I am now loyal to this company, so glad I found Caliber Collision and Israel to take care of my baby’s needs !! Thank you !!

Went in for an estimate. Everyone was very friendly. Got a written estimate promptly. I went there because my sister had someone hit her car, and she had Caliber work on it. She received excellent service, and prompt repairs.

Excellent paint and body shop. Manager Doug was super nice. He went out of his was to make my sister feel more like family Instead of Just a customer number .

The staff here are very reasonable, they do not mislead you or return your car with scratches, the other caliber on Perez by the dealership and 7-11 scratched my car and refused to fix it . This caliber returned my truck in amazing condition love the work they did on my truck . Israel was very helpful he called me and didnt just leave me wondering whats up .Hopefully I wont have to get repairs again but if I do Im coming here .

My truck was recently damaged and I requested through Allstate that Caliber Collision do the repairs on my vehicle. Before I even got around to calling or doing anything Caliber Collision sent me an e-mail with information on how to arrange for the repairs to take place since Allstate had informed them of my choice. Using the phone number in the e-mail I contacted them and was immediately given an appointment date and time. Drop off and pick up of my vehicle went smoothly with Caliber Collision offering to set me up with rental vehicle at their location if I needed.After getting my truck back I am extremely happy with the work. The damage was minor, but they took the time to ensure that everything was put back perfectly in place.This is the second time we have used them and I will use them again in the future should the need arise. Highly recommended.

Amazing great work staffer friendly

We were initially referred to Caliber Collision by a friend who had a good experience there. Someone backed into our rear bumper and Caliber did an amazing job of replacement. Weeks later, the same vehicle was struck by another motorist (his fault) and ended in a total loss. Stephanie at the front desk could not be nicer -- always friendly, polite, professional, and FUN. The shop itself is neat and clean and they observed protocol regarding the pandemic. But the big hat goes off to Steve Cuahuizo, our advisor, who did an incredible job of providing photos and detailed documentation to the insurance company in an effort to relate the like-new, well cared for condition of our vehicle. The first offer from the insurance company was, of course, low. Steve then provided additional photos which convinced the insurance company to make a much more accurate and reasonable settlement. Although we hope NOT to have need for a collision shop again, if we do we will certainly to to Caliber Collision on Perez Road in Cathedral City. They are just the best!!

Very nasty&crooked Estimater.Overcharged insurance company by 2000 on parts& work never performed.Kept my car for 23 days.Everytime I drive anywhere my front right&left quarter panels pop out& I have to punch them back in.Still trying to get justice&some work redone.This happened at their Cathedral City Location.Paige Murphy is the Estimater & is very evil& Commits Insurance Fraud Ongoing!If you want work done by this company go to their Palm Desert Location.

Although my car could not be repaired, they were compassionate in explaining the claim process. Friendly staff who was always ready to answer questions.

Long wait plus the paint job was not as expected it left a greasy recude and looks like palm prints, I dont even want to take it back I dont want my vehicle in the shop for another month.

I was so thankful for the outstanding work they did on my car! They were friendly and professional and would highly recommemd them!

Im giving them only four stars because of the long wait to have to go through to get your car in to be repaired they have a pretty big backlog. But their repairs seem very good.

Just picked up my vehicle from here for at least the second time. Body work was flawed along with engine/exhaust work. Did not mount wires and hoses correctly in the engine compartment.Hoses were left laying against exhaust headers to melt due to broken bracket being overlooked. The hoses did not burn through though. I used cable ties to pull them away from the headers until the issue was resolved.Sensors were replaced on exhaust but not tightened down causing loud rattling noise upon start up and operation.Replaced headlight with a different color shade than what was existing causing 2 different color headlights. It was said to me from staff that the color change was due to sand pitting.The bracket was replaced for the hoses near the exhaust headers. However, the bracket was placed in the wrong spot and caused the hose to kink.Bottom line? Find another body shop if you really care about your vehicle. These folks could care less about detail.I could go on about the sloppy use of a paint pen, finger prints left on various parts of the vehicle from some sort of glue or bondo type substance. And the fact that the driver took me to the wrong rental car place at the very start of this ordeal.In a hurry to get you in and out. But not to take the time to understand just what exactly needs attention. No eye for detail.I gotta say the staff seemed friendly. And I do believe that they probably wanted to do a good job. Maybe detail oriented work is just above some of the staffs skill set.UPDATE... Turns out that both Jason and Fabio both lied to me about items of work performed on my vehicle.1. The brackets holding the hoses away from my exhaust headers were never ordered and replaced.2. The new tire that was supposed to go to the rear of my vehicle (as discussed) stayed in the front of the vehicle.3. Pitted headlight covers may change brightness and clarity of the lamp. But they do not change bulb color from yellow to blue. Or vice versa.Now the hoses are draped over electrical connectors in my engine compartment. And it appears that they damaged a second bracket by doing so.

We have 9 vehicles in our family, and live nearby one of the shops. With our misfortunes this year, we have used Caliber on Perez near Date Palm four times. (and twice in previous years) Three insurance, one non-insurance. The service staff are very accomodating and make you feel like youre getting first rate fast help. I even got a referral for a paintless dent removal, which turned out great. Several similarities each one: every estimate was much lower than final cost. Little things like not reconnecting electrical, swirl marks, and not accomodating a large trailer (stuck on vehicle by the damage) count against. Also, if you have a wreck that looks questionable, be prepared for the investigation and delays that come with it. That being said, overall better than other shops and experiences weve had.
