Hello, I’ve used this company before they have always been quick to take care of me which is not always the case when all I was coming in for was a nail in a tire. When I say quick I mean less then an hour. Having worked in an auto & tire repair shop myself I know many shops would tell you it will be ready in a few hours.

Outstanding customer service even during a busy holiday weekend.I took my car to get a tire repaired and they got it done in no time and at no charge. They not only made my day, but I had peace of mind taking my family on our road trip.

Went in for an oil change. They were friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. I had my kid with me so I appreciated the good sized waiting area. Plus point for the cute little dog running around my kid loved petting her. I was told an hour but my car was done a lot faster. Francisco helped me out and also was able to get my engine filter installed that I hadn’t had time to do myself. Great place.

These guys are awesome! I have been going here since the mid 80’s. They are knowledgeable, courteous and do great work for a fair price. Today I had a slow leak in a rear tire due to a screw in my tread. Even though they were busy they repaired in less than an hour and didn’t even charge me. Like I said; Awesome!

I had them potty in a new rack n pinion a few months back, and as luck would have it they only have remanufactured rack n pinion, they dont make new ones for an 1989 Honda accord, so mine went out again, and I took it back to tire pros and they replaced it again and it only cost me 300 instead of 1500 like the first one.I would recommend tire pros to anyone looking to have their car worked on, they are truly professional and very reasonably priced.Love you guys

I have been a patron of this tire shop for about 25 years. They have always treated me well. I have never brought them a problem that they couldn’t fix. They fixed it and charged me a fair price. They have been my go to place for both my tires and wheels but also vehicle maintenance. Experience here is always a 10 out of 10 - before and during Covid. I thought I had written a review in the past but dont see that I did. Wanted to correct that now with experiences from multiple visits. The atmosphere here is friendly and professional. And clean! Rich always has a story. Lily is the best greeter and friend while I wait. While sitting in the waiting area I hear other conversations between staff and patrons where the staff is going out of their way. Monday I heard I got you several times. The tires have always been great quality. Free tire rotations and patches make this place an easy choice. The most important aspect for me is that they listen - When I needed new tires I came in and ordered them a couple days before. When it was time to come back and install, I mentioned I had two very young kids and no babysitter so couldnt do a very long wait. Francisco started a number for me ahead of time as I drove there, shortening our wait. It was a relief to be back on the road safely and quickly.

Been going here for years and always been treated fair and right. I wish they’re open on Sundays but I understand that they all need a break for themselves and for their family. Keep up the good work.

I was there to get new tires for my husbands GMC Sierra. Francisco was awesome. He was friendly and never tried to sell me anything. He gave me options and allowed me to call back after consulting with my husband who was at work. He gave me model numbers of the tires he recommended so my husband could see them online. I dropped off the truck around 10:45 and it was ready to pick up just before 3. Overall, it was a great experience and Im lucky to have them so close to home!

The young man who checked my tires (I wish I got his name) was ever so helpful. He went above and beyond letting me know details about each tire, along with other information I needed to know about my car & tires. He was actually in the middle of working on a vehicle but did let me know he’d be right with me and a few minutes later he was on it. He listened to my concerns and cared.

It was good we went for 2 different issues: one the engine light was on so they checked and Juan said there was some liking and so he tightened the gas cap since the light came on after putting gas, he said he reset the light but come back if the light returns. The second was a tail light (on another car) and he fix it by replacing it. When we asked him how much we owe him he said just give me whatever you want, since I just checked and tightened the cap on. So we give him $15. Thanks Juan :). My mom wants to come back to fix her AC/air

I discovered a screw in my tire and called late on a Saturday, brought my car in and the work was done within an hour. They were easy to work with, cost effective and didn’t push for additional work to be done (my least favorite part about bringing my car in some place). Great people. Great service. Will take care of you and go the extra mile to make sure you’re good. I came in to patch up a hole on my tire from a screw. They helped me out and took a look for any other damage and informed me about the potential issues because of the long screw that went in. I took my 1964 classic to them to upgrade the brakes from drums to disc as well as upgrades to shocks/ springs/ coils and the car never has driven better, Jeff is the man if you need someone who knows how to work on these vehicles, can’t thank him and his team enough!

I appreciate how fast and efficient the crew here is. I always get excellent customer service. But it was disconcerting how often one person working the front desk kept taking their face mask off and another front desk worker perpetually had his mask on his chin with mouth and nose exposed. That doesnt make customers feel safe.
