Just bought a bed from SleepNation and I’m super happy with my experience. Brian, the owner, helped me out and was super nice and helpful!I had compared between Mattress Firm & SleepNation before making a decision. SleepNations adjustable frames were ACTUALLY included for free - opposed to at Mattress Firm wanting to charge me an extra $600 just to get the base that allows the head to be raised. The bed I got was super comparable in feel and price of Mattress Firm but I enjoyed working with Brian and the perks he was able to offer me!

Just moved to Castle Rock this very day, needed a bed asap. Brian helped me really fast, was kind and listened to what I was looking for before giving any suggestions. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great bed buying experience.

We bought our king sized one almost 5 years ago- one of their higher end latex ones. It has been fabulous! We just ordered a Queen for our teenager- great price!!! It’s going to be great for him and it didn’t break the budget! We went to a different store to buy a guest bed a couple years ago- we’d forgotten that SN had a wide range of prices and I don’t think the castle rock store was open yet— we regret that... the mattress is ok and we spent much more than we wanted. From now on it’s only Sleep Nation!

Just bought a brand new mattress here. Brian is amazing, he got us into an amazing mattress with the adjustable frame for less than the actual price of the mattress! Mattress firm was trying to charge us double the price than sleep nation. The warranty and everything was way better. Sleep nation is family owned and operated and willing to work with you!

Relaxed and no pressure atmosphere. I liked that the beds are made in Colorado, I like the materials they are made from and I like the one year return policy. Prices were competitive for similar mattresses we found elsewhere. The mattress wont be delivered until Saturday but so far it has been a very good experience. There are even some refreshments and a place for kids to sit while you look around.

The gentleman Brian who works here is super friendly and helpful. He helped me find a good mattress at a great deal! Six months later I was unhappy with the one I had. Brian was still there, even remembered who I was and made the exchange pleasant and stress free. I am very happy with my mattress but extremely satisfied by the great customer service he provided!

First time hearing of SleepNation and the wife and I have been in the market for a new mattress. We checked a few major retailers but figured we would do our due diligence and check SN out as well. Turned out to be a great decision. Not only did we find a great mattress and a great deal, but Brian the gentlemen who helped us search around was just an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with all of our questions as well as understanding with us taking our time. Also learned some really cool technology about mattresses. Never knew about how some manufacturers use petroleum and other chemicals in their mattresses. Brian showed us a pretty cool video of how SleepNation makes their mattresses, the organic materials they use, and made in Colorado! Highly recommend this place and also ask for Brian, hes a stand up guy!

We were in the market to look for some new beds for our toddlers to get them out of our room. We ran across SleepNation and Brian was absolutely fantastic. Super friendly, great deals, we got a new bed for ourselves and a bed for each of our two kids for a great price. The process was smooth, easy and our kids had a blast in the show room. Highly recommend shopping here if youre looking for a mattress.

Do not trust them the reason everyone gets a great deal on a bed is they are overpriced. Delivery will be the bane of your existence I ordered in July and am still trying to get the rest of my order in mid September. They will lie to you go anywhere else.

Brian at this location is the man! He let me try out multiple different beds and talked with me to find the best fit. Sleep nation is a Colorado-based company which is awesome if you love supporting local business. I prefer pillow top over memory foam and the bed I found is a dream. I’ve been sleeping on it for roughly 3 weeks now and I look forward to falling asleep. If you’re looking for a new bed, seriously, don’t buy online. Go talk to Brian. I felt that we were able to work out a deal that we both walked away benefiting from. I’m getting the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Thanks!

I walked into the store with a slight idea of what I needed and a strict budget. Brian was incredibly helpful, insightful and just downright fun to talk to! He never pushed me to go over my budget and made sure I was getting the best possible option for what I could afford.

Customer service was great. Knowledgeable about the product and prices were better than I had seen for the same mattress online.

I went in around the 12th of July to get a new bed and ordered one and thought I was getting a great deal on the bed and wanted to support local businesses. I asked if I could get all the parts mattress frame headboard and pillows all at the same time and he say yea. I should have realized that when I tried to leave and he asked me to wait for him to grab my pillows and that they had them in the store and after 10 min of searching and not finding them that there were going to be issues, flag one. After a week and my delivery date came and went I called and checked on the status and was told there was a delay due to covid which is understandable but reassured me that the financing option wouldnt start until after delivery and the next day I got the bill from financing, flag two. About a week later they set up a date to deliver and say that yea they got everything and then its pushed back to that Sunday. After the delivery I have to call and say they only brought 3 of my 6 items I dont have a headboard or pillows. They then said oh it will be another week or so and I call back that next week and Brian says he is going to order them and confirms what I ordered. It then takes two weeks for the order to get filled and shipped to them at which point I get a call from someone saying it will be delivered on August 19th but that morning Brian calls and lets me know everything will be shipped out to me the following day and confirms nothing will be delivered but then they came and brought the headboard on the 19th but still no pillows so at this point they have gotten me 4 of the 6 things that I have bought and its been more than a month. I then call back to the store and am told we dont deliver those and it was at that point that I decided I will never do business with this company again and will actively tell people to not go there because I cannot trust what they say. I love to support local businesses but save yourself a more than a month long headache of calling and hoping and go anywhere else to get your bed. My coworkers recommended Purple to me for the first few weeks of this while I was waiting for mine and commented on how quick and easy it was and I will probably give Purple a chance on my next bed.

He gave us a great deal on our new bed and a pleasure to deal with!Update bed was delivered, on time no issues. Delivery crew was very courteous! Brian called ahead with the scheduled 3 hour window and they showed up 1/2 hour into it!Have had 3 great nights of slumber!

Subpar service. Initially things went pretty well but, I spoke too quickly. The in-store service was great. I felt welcomed and I got free sheet for giving a positive review. However after, things weren’t exactly 5 star worthy. I understand this is a business and you’re trying to sell but, communication is key. I wasn’t told that the mattress I wanted was on backorder and I waited 2 weeks to receive the mattresses when told it would be one. I had to call multiple times (5+) on the day of delivery to reach someone before I got the news that it would be a week late from the anticipated date. On top of that, I wasn’t able to leave a voice message because the inbox was too full. Once my mattress did arrive, the box springs were missing. Again, I tried to contact Brian and wasn’t able to because of the same issues mentioned above.With all that being said, the initial service was great but, after everything was paid it was subpar. The communication was/is horrible and needs a lot of work. 2ndly honesty pays. If the item I want is on back order, tell me upfront or call. Don’t make it feel like I have to run you down to get information. That’s poor customer service.

After tiring days and sleepless nights, it was refreshing to be welcomed warmly after walking into Sleep Nation. Doing business with Brian was as pleasant as it gets. My wife and I would highly recommend Sleep Nation. We went to ALL of the mattress stores and Sleep Nation by far was the best choice. They had the best selection and the best prices! Cody was the most helpful sales person. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We did not feel pressured to buy, it was a painless experience. We had our toddler with us while we were shopping and Cody gave him some toys to play with. Now that is customer service!
