Our experience in the store was great. We chose the perfect mattress for us and an adjustable base. We explained we had an older adjustable base that we were unable to move and were assured this is no problem. Delivery guys came (they used a 3rd party service). They would not/could not remove base. Called salesman who promised help and all the help he could offer was refund on the base. So here we sit new mattress old base. Boy the world today does not care about anybody.

He was balanced in his review of the pros and cons of each mattress and did not push one specific mattress. He asked questions and let our responses lead to the mattress for us.

A huge amount of information, more than we could digest with the visit. We left, processed everything that we had learned. Even though previous experiences at Mattress Firm (In the north Denver area) had made my mind up that I would never go there again, an impromptu stop with a friend while I was in Castle Rock changed my mind. Brandon listened to what I needed and then SHOWED me how to get the results I have been searching for during the last 9 months! I only wish I had met him last year before wasting a ton of money on 4 different mattresses (returns might be free at some places but you still pay for delivery and pick up!)

SO kind, I told him my budget and I know I received the best bed for my buck! He was patient and searched the outlets for the best deal he could get me for the type of bed I wanted and could afford! Victor was very helpful, even calling different stores in the area to see if the mattress we wanted was in shock. When we couldnt get the mattress nd box spring from the same store he set up our free delivery for the next day.

Had to go to store and only purchase in-store for a warranty return. Nicholas was very knowledgeable and kind, and I was better educated on what to buy, so I didnt make the same mistake. The 120 day guarantee wasnt long enough for our mattress to begin to sag something awful, but they honored the manufacturers warranty, which was helpful.

Was greeted immediately upon entering store. Salesman was knowledgeable. Plenty of options to try and quick delivery made my experience excellent. Everyone wore masks and kept their distance. Would recommend this store.

The mattress shopping experience itself was decent-there were some errors with pricing, but they were able to remedy them. Unfortunately, we either didnt read the fine print well enough or the return policy was not explained great. We made this purchase while my spouse was pregnant, and they sold us on the great return policy if it didnt work out for us. Unfortunately, the mattress hurts our backs and in order for us to process the return, we have to pay $99 return fee plus 10% of the cost of the mattress. All said and done we are paying 20% of the mattress cost to return it. Couple that with the delivery guys dropping our adjustable mattress base several times during delivery, they dont get my highest recommendation.

Brandon Price made this an incredible experience. It was my first time buying a mattress. I told him my budget and what I was looking for. He led me to the best deal for my money. I laid down on the mattress and it was like heaven. The only problem I could forsee is not ever wanting to get out of bed. He was very nice. By the time we got done we feel totally comfortable with the experience, with the people, and with the manufacture and this store. Highly recommended. Very enjoyable experience.

We were a bit under the gun trying to find a twin bed to help out with our sons move to Castle Rock. The folks at Mattress Firm showed us our options, and explained which products met our availability timeline. We were able to make a good choice, at a reasonable price. We havent taken delivery yet, so hopefully everything will arrive on time.

I was not impressed with the delivery/service experience at this Mattress Firm location. The distribution center told me that the mattress would be delivered between 3-5 PM on a Friday. They never showed up - even worse, I had to call their local branch 4 times to get statuses (turns out the delivery team stopped updating their delivery tracker).Expecting a quick response on when to get my mattress, I call the distribution center the next day - they tell me that the earliest they could deliver would be the following Monday.On Monday, halfway through my time slot, I call the distribution center and they confirm that there are two stops ahead of me. Thankfully, the mattress finally arrived. The issue? The store promised me compensation for the inconvenience - I still havent received a credit or product from Mattress Firm. Pathetic customer experience/service.
