About 2 months ago, I purchased a used 2019 Chevrolet Traverse from Castle Rock Ford. Moe was extremely helpful! He took me on a sufficient test drive (more than just around the block), he wasn’t pushy, was willing to listen to my needs, and most importantly didn’t make things up about the options and features that the vehicle has. I’m an experienced car buyer and car enthusiast, so I would have known instantly.He worked to help me get a good deal, even considering that I’m picky. Castlerock Ford!Where do I start I have owned my 2019 Super Duty for a little over a year and I have yet to be able to schedule an oil change with Castle Rock Ford. I bought the 5 oil change package through them and now I finally got scheduled and have been for over a week and they called to reschedule and the girl I spoke with gave my one option to get it in and I cant make that day work because I am traveling on business. The speakers quit on me over 6 months ago and I cant get it in to them for repair. The girls suggestion to me over the phone was to find another ford dealership... I can promise they we very quick to take my money for the truck but could care less about holding up there end of the services sold! If I could give less than a single star review I would! Do not buy a vehicle from this place!

Went to get check engine light checked out and they found the problem. Took many days to get to it once they did the new part they got was defective so took another week to get it fixed. Was charge a 180 for the diagnostics which I had already done and told them what the problem was. 180 for a diagnostic test just to plug their code reader in is a huge rip off my mechanic I normally use would charge me for that. When I went to pick it up problem was fixed but they caused the door and trunk ajar alarms to be constant on. Oh that will be another week until we can get to you and they have already tried to tell me that was malfunctioning when I came in. Too bad for them they sent me all the things that needed to be fixed in their ridiculously high estimate surprise that wasnt one of the things you said was wrong. Sorry but they caused the problem. I bet they try to charge me to fix that too! I will see them in court if they do. Dont go there you will pay$$$ and be very aggravated when you leave.

I came into Castle Rock Ford “knowing” what I wanted. On my first visit to this dealership, as a vehicle buyer, I was promptly introduced to my salesperson John Garrard. We immediately hit it off and began working on finding what I was looking for. John is very knowledgeable about the specific vehicle I was interested in, as well as other vehicles that Castle Rock Ford had in their inventory. We went for a nice test drive in one of the lot demo vehicles. John showed me many features that I was not aware of, and there are many. This day, I walked into the dealership basically to test the waters, to see if this were I wanted to do business. That day I left thinking to myself.... nice, no pressure, met some good people, I learned some things, I will be back.On my second visit, I met with John again and he showed me some of the colors and equipment options that were available by walking me around the lot to look at the other vehicles they had with different configurations. I was very appreciative of his patience in showing me all the options I was interested in and answering all my questions completely. I know, it is his job. But I felt that this sales guy really wanted to make sure that I was getting what I wanted, and not just something he could sell me off the lot. DO NOT take your car here for service. The customer service is terrible. I do not normally write reviews but because the service has been an issue more than once I feel I should warn people what they are getting into if they choose this dealership to service their vehicle. I needed to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I called twice, had to leave a message both times. Never got a call back. Called the next week, asked to speak with the service manager, they connected me with James, had to leave another message. He did call me back, seemed sincere in his apology about the lack of response from his employees, got me scheduled for 2 days later and told me to have him paged when I arrived for my appointment. I did and he made sure I was taken care of. I had hopes that the service would be better but I was wrong. I also had an issue that needed fixed but a part had to be ordered and I had to bring my vehicle in again. Nick texted me the next day to tell me when the part would be in and get my car scheduled. The day he wanted to do it I was going to be out of town so I replied to him with the first available day I had and NEVER heard back from him. I texted him when I was back from my trip but again didnt hear from him. I finally called the dealership and asked to speak to James, had to leave a message. He never returned my call but Nick called me. We got the appointment scheduled. Now it is close to my appointment day and I needed to know how long they would need my car so I could either plan to stay or have someone pick me up, I live over 30 minutes away. I have been trying to reach someone in service for 2 days. I have left 2 messages for service and also 2 text messages for Nick. Nothing from anyone. I even got a text from Nick today, at 9:21a.m., reminding me of my appointment tomorrow and the text said Text back with any questions, I did, right away, and have not received a reply. I have called the service number several times today and I only get the voice mail. I tried to reach James, but I got sent to the service dept voice mail. I told the operator I wanted to speak with a real person and transferred me to Roger in sales, I believe he is a manager. He assured me that Joey, the service manager would call me back within 20 minutes. It has been over 2 hours. I called trying to reach Roger again, got his voice mail and of course no call back. Unbelievable. If I ran my business this way I would be out of business. It was a much better dealership when it was Medved. My husband and I have bought many vehicles over the years from John at Medved, He is the BEST! When it changed hands to Castle Rock the customers are no longer important. I will be going else where from now on. I recommend you do also.

After searching Ford dealerships in four states my wife and I began looking at 2nd and even 3rd choice models and brands due to lack of stock and not the best encounters with the salespeople at a few dealerships. With Castle Rock Ford, and our exemplary salesman Shawn ONeill, we found that pride in ones work still exists in these crazy times. We traveled 250 miles for our new vehicle and will contact Shawn first when we are looking for another vehicle. The trip was will worth it.

We bought a new F-150 Lariat at Castle Rock Ford on February 11 and it was one of the easiest and best car buying experiences I have ever had. Our salesman John Garrard was great to work with and in my mind went above and beyond. The financial paperwork and price negotiations weren’t a headache like they can be at other places. I’d recommend the dealership to anyone.

Steven Crawford ladies and gentleman. One heck of a nice guy, and an easy person to get along with. When I went to Castle Rock Ford I expected someone to come smother me as soon as I stepped onto the lot but that didn’t happen with this visit. When I was ready to talk to someone I went inside and found Steven right when I needed him. He was easy going, friendly, and best of all didn’t pressure me into any decisions. It was the most comfortable buying process I’ve ever been through. I’d say all salespeople should be trained by him, but then there’d probably be too many people that know his secret to success.
