When I walked in their were friendly and up beat. They gave me a ride home while I waited for the service to be done. The vent system in my car was blowing out a sticky smell. They changed the filters and sprayed the area to kill any bacteria. Great service!!

Went in to discuss work on my car. Was told I should get rid of my car just over our conversation. Shop owner had no desire to even look under my hood. Seems he has easier work and wealthier clients to worry about. Also he put down ALL other auto shops in Castle Rock, saying no one else can do anything right and he gets all of their work....Well, his shop was the first I went to, but what good is he and his shop if he wont even look under my hood?

I had to take my Subaru Forester to a dealership for a rear coil recall. Went to Arapahoe Subaru. Worst experience of my life. Upon check out I was told that my cam seals were leaking - told the cost was going to be $4K and I would have to leave the car for a month!After reading the reviews for Castle Rock Imports I made an appointment for a 2nd opinion - did an oil change while I was there. Was told by Tim the owner that they found nothing wrong with the cam seals. Dealerships are the worst!!!Nice to know that there are some honest mechanics around. Very professional, knowledgeable and fair. They will be my go-to from now on.

Just after I registered an older Audi, I was changing the license plates on the front and realized the plate holder didnt have any screws securing the bracket. I looked for a nearby Audi dealer and found these guys, and figured what the heck Ill stop in to see if its an easy fix. We all know that imports are quite expensive to work on but I just needed a couple of screws to hold on the bracket. I got the story of youll have to order the entire grille to get the proper screws and Ill need to put it up on the lift to see whats going on... I asked for a couple of screws and was told we dont carry screws. What does it take to be able to walk into a business and get a good old friendly response and help? this was not any way to remotely earn business in my opinion. I stopped by Auto Alley in Sedalia on my way to the office and the guys gave me 2 screws and we put on the bracket with no problem. And to clarify, Im not talking about the 4 screws that go through the license plate, Im talking about the entire bracket that is just plastic and held on by 2 screws.

What a relief to find a shop like this in Castle Rock.Ive lived here for three years and the other shop I was going to (which I wont mention who) was causing so many issues with our Lexus. Wed go in to get one thing fixed and they would try to sell us a bunch of other stuff AND what wed have them do wouldnt be done right. Wed have to take our car back over and over again. I finally had enough and decided to try another shop.I read the reviews and gave Castle Rock Imports a try. From the FIRST CALL to set my appointment, I could tell they operated differently. The owner Tim talked me through a few things that didnt sound right about how the other shop performed. After leaving it with his team for an afternoon, they discovered that the other shop hadnt installed the right part, hadnt reattached hoses and was missing clamps.Needless to say, the team at Castle Rock Imports cleaned up the mess, got our Lexus back to where it needed to be, and offered to keep an eye on a few things when we bring it in for future oil changes. Tim also jumped in the car with me to do a drive around the block to make sure everything was sounding good. Ive never experienced that level of give a dang at a shop... ever.If I would have just brought it here to begin with, I could have saved a lot of money, headache, and time wasted. The Lexus dealer told us our front brakes were due for replacement. We spoke with Josh about doing the service and they agreed to match the Lexus dealer price even thought the parts would be better than the OEM brakes. A few hours after dropping the car off, Josh called and told us we had plenty of life left in the front brakes and they would not need to be changed. It was refreshing to find that kind of honesty. These guys did work on my 2003 Lexus GX 470. They did the timing belt, water pump, and some work on my power steering unit. They did a full estimate before doing any repairs, and we went over what needed to be done and they explained everything to me. They did the work quickly, the price was reasonable, and they were just really easy to work with. Ill definitely go back, and recommend them without reserve.

Ive used this shop for over 10 years for BMW and Mercedes service/repair. On Monday my C300 wouldnt start so I called and was able to get it in the next day. When I dropped it off, they explained the diagnostic fee (standard for any shop) and advised that they would call for my approval before doing any repairs. They called me later that afternoon telling me it was done. They found a bad spark plug and since they had done the tune up service over a month ago, they covered it under their warranty (no charge at all) AND replaced the other 3 spark plugs just to ensure that I didnt have additional problems. This place is honest and their prices are fair, I simply wont use any other repair shop.

I love this repair shop. They are always fair and upfront with anything I have brought to them. They have kept my Xterra on the road. They looked at the problems with my Jetta (sadly no longer with us) reviewed everything, determined it the issue, but since they couldnt fix it refereed me to the dealership. Most surprising, no charge. Most recently I threw them a domestic curve ball with an oil leak from my Chevy Cruze. After determining that it was something they could do, they had my car back to me in 24 hours all fixed up. Castle Rock Imports is an amazing shop. They are always honest and upfront.
