The young lady told me which Billie Eilish merchandise to get my daughter for her birthday and my daughter was very happy with what I got her. I also could not help myself but to buy a Rick and Morty themed T-shirt because Im all about that Rick and Morty. Hot Topic truly does seem to have the latest and greatest merch often before it can be found elsewhere.

Nice employees

I went in my sister last night and the staff was rude the entire time. I made my sister leave with me after a couple minutes because it made me so upset and uncomfortable. The girl just stood there annoyed we were there, watching us the ENTIRE time we shopped. Never will go back after the way we were treated.

The lady that helped me acted as if I was a bother to her for letting me in the store, the other lady working completely ignored me the entire time I was in there

This place is wide so theres plenty of room between the racks. Place usually holds items for a bit longer than other stores because they generally have less costumers. Staff has always been really nice here.

The have badass stuff

The store dosnt have much of a variety and no childrens cloths. There stick never seems to change. Its been basically the same thing on there shelves for the last nine years. The only thing I personally think they have thats worth stopping in for is there pop figures. The staff is friendly and the store is clean.

Great sele6, but the staff follows you around and bothers you so you cant shop. I would recommend online over coming in just for that reason.
