Very nice store with helpful and friendly staff. Great bargains to be had. Dont like the colors in final clearance. Yellow and black make me think of caution, not good deals.A little inside baseball these are the lower priced things before you see them at Ross/Kohls for more.

I came in looking for some clothes for my 9 year old. It was so dark, they had at least half of the lights turned off, it was not welcoming at all. The selection is way down, and the way the clothing racks look, it makes a customer feel like youre shopping at a glorified garage sale. Not at all what I expect from JC Penneys. I had to walk around the entire store to find an employee. I came in by the hair salon and only found employees by the mall entrance. They were very interested in their conversation with each other and not helping customers. Very disappointed. The way this store is being run presently, it feels they are not going to be in business much longer.

So sad this store has become what it is. It used to have great service, lots of choices and great prices. Not so much anymore. Many other stores, including Walmart, have returned to open dressing rooms. Penneys is still closed. And to top it off, there is not a single mirror in the entire store to see how an item might look if you hold it up to yourself. Horrible service! Plus, their shoe dept. is a joke. I find a style I like, and theyre all displayed and they have one pair in one size and thats it!! Sometimes the store is so empty of employees, you must wander around to even find someone to check you out. Sad commentary on the modern shopping experience.

Inventory is not as robust as in prior years. Some clothing hard to access as it is hanging high above you and the expectation is youll use metal rods with hooks on them to access the clothes. Thats difficult if you are aging and have arthritis. Store is clean though and sales help (if you can find them) are friendly. Casper has so few clothing stores and I wish Penneys would take this on as a challenge and capitalize on it.

Shopping at JCPenney is a family tradition. My grandmother used to take me shopping there when I was a child, my mother and I have both followed suit. Unfortunately, JCPenney in Casper just doesnt seem to be interested in stocking anything Im shopping for anymore.

Husband and I were in the Jcpenny in Casper Wyoming, hands down to Ms Elizabeth (Liz) she was the best from the time we entered-helped look for a blender took her time to be the best. It was time to leave and Ms Liz was very happy to see us again to check us out, until Brittney rudely interrupted and told her to take her break and that they would be closing in 45 min. She was also very rude to 2 other coworkers that were in the jewelry department. She shouldnt be in customer service. ***** to Elizabeth none for Brittney.

I made a online order for store pick up tonight pulled up to the store at 645 and used the email to notify the store I was there and after waiting almost 10 minutes I saw a customer walk out so I decided to get out and walk in. Now its 654 and as I am walking up a girl who is an employee walks towards the inner door and locks them. I look and the signs all say 7 I knock and knock and she walks away. I call in for a second time and yet again no one answers. This is beyond frustrating and I think its horrible to close your doors before the proper time. So now I have to come back tomorrow

I went to JCPenney the other day and wasn’t impressed with their selection. I used to go to JCPenney all the time for work clothes and they had a great selection but this JCPenney had a very limited selection of dress shirts so I couldn’t even get what I needed here. With the pandemic going on, many stores are closed and I’m left with very few choices to buy dress shirts. They had pants I needed which was the only plus.

One of the few places in the area to find big and tall clothing. It always seems well sorted and organized. The staff are also always ready to help out.

Wish I could give them no stars on their salon a couple of days ago I was so frustrated with my hair that I cut my own bangs with sewing scissors and I did better than she did cutting the rest of it. The back is so short that it looks like a military buzz cut she did the same thing on the sides of my head as well in spots nothing was cut on either side to match. My baby fine hair will take years to grow out and it wont grow out right. She made such a mess of my hair that she literally left me with one option buy a wig shave my head bald and start all over again.

This store used to have a big selection and used to shop there quite a bit. Unfortunately they just cant compete with some of the other stores that have moved into the area and are really struggling to stay alive. Never see many shoppers in there at this point.

Reminded me of the JC Penney from years past. This store is well organized with a friendly and caring staff. I found several items at extremely affordable prices. We were especially impressed by Jean and appreciated her time and knowledge. Thank you!

Well we went in looking for a mans winter wool trench coat and they didnt have any. The lady that helped us said they had lots of people asking for them but they hadnt gotten any in and didnt know if they would. Disappointing to say the least.

It took quite awhile before asked if I needed help.

Visited the salon. Had my hair cut. No wait time. The girl was friendly and did a good job cutting my hair.

We go here to get our sons haircut, super reasonable prices for childrens cuts and they do an excellent job with our son who has a hard time with haircuts. They are wonderful!

Received the worst haircut I ever had paid a lot for it too. Should have taken into consideration the lack of clientele there were none. I thought no prob getting in. Now I know why. I’m mad every time I try to fix my hair I have an old time bowl cut. Can’t get my hair back like you can merchandise beware of the risk you could be taking.

Mens departments in JC Penney are often small, hidden and featuring a very low variety. Would recommend just about any other clothing store in the mall for mens shopping.

My experience was a fair one we appreciate being able to buy something in Wyoming buy a company that once was a big part of Wyoming historylike to express our frustration in our sadness that JCPenneys went out of business in Sheridan therefore we do not spend a a tenth of what we used to with pennys
