I had to make an emergency run for my toddler son to get some skin products for the little guy. As I walked in the door an employee named Kyla greeted me so kindly. I told her what I was looking for and she immediately showed me where it was. She was so kind and helpful. My wife sent me to the store and I had no idea what I was looking for. Kyla was younger and it goes to show that generation has some young people with great people skills. Walgreens needs more kylas! I recommend Walgreens for dads if you don’t know what you’re looking for. Ask Kyla!!

Needed a covid test; searched Walgreens online and found my local store has testing appointments available. Setup appointment on their website and showed up on time. Waited in drive-thru 10 minutes. After another few minutes sitting at the window I finally got a human, only to be told they dont have testing kits at this store at all, havent taken the steps necessary to remove themselves from the list of testing locations, didnt bother to post anything saying so in the drive-thru, and supposedly couldnt notify me when I made the appointment because they couldnt access my information. If you cant do the test, fine, no big deal.But please dont advertise that you do and setup appointments just to waste the customers time.

My significant other of 5 years went here to purchase a plan b for me and the pharmacist (male) that works here completely belittled him and made a joke out of it with his coworkers right in front of my significant other. If you are going to work in a pharmacy with things like plan b and people’s medication you need to be mature enough to respect our privacy. We are normally people who don’t care what others think so if my significant other was so uncomfortable that he called me, then there is a problem. Very unprofessional and I wouldn’t of even give one star if that was an option. Won’t be using this pharmacy for any of our medication anymore.

Make sure you count your prescription before you leave these stores or any pharmacy for that matter expresly of you are picking up a controlled substance Chances are you will find on many occasion that you are 1 or 2 pills short cure their expresly if you are picking up a larger prescription When I drop off prescription I just tell them that I will be there to wait on it even though Im using the drive-through I just pull over and park at the side and then come back and 15 minutes and its usually done within 15 to 30 minutes but I have the same issue of them knowing that I need my meds every 2 weeks and every month and they never seem to order enough and have noticed that the quality of the medication is changed to one in specific taste like chalk in doesnt work like I used to So I suspect that theyre buying them the cheap gsome place that isnt putting enough of the active drug in their

The pharmacy used to be the best, I was so happy with the staff. I’m not sure what happened the past few months, but it has gone extremely down hill. I’ve had antibiotic rx’s both called in and dropped off recently, and it has taken 4 hours for one and 7 hours for the other. These are antibiotics that should be started, ASAP. The staff doesn’t seem to care, either. Basically a “not my problem” attitude.Very unprofessional — will be changing pharmacies.

I was there at 8:30 a.m. this week to grab snacks and pick up an over priced prescription. I was on the way to work and was dressed professionally.I decided to shop a bit as there were numerous seasonal clearance items.The manager literally almost ran straight into me THREE TIMES as he followed me around like I was a thief... My items were in a wheeled basket on the floor, my tiny shoulder-slung purse was closed. Where did you think I was going to put things... ???!!!Seriously?In my younger days I worked retail security enough to know what that looks like... Im 40, not 12. I know you dont need to straighten one bag of potato chips in every aisle where I just happen to be shopping.GREAT Way to make a loyal customer go elsewhere to shop.Oh... The pharmacist was very friendly and helpful.

Pharmacy staff is nice! It takes forever to get prescriptions filled...4-6 hours. If you drop your prescription off at noon, it wont be ready until evening. That makes it very difficult to take 2 doses of an antibiotic the first day. One definitely needs to call before you go to pick up your prescription to make sure its ready. If its not ready they will tell you its been entered, but it will be awhile before its ready. Very frustrating!!!

The very worst pharmacy in Casper!I dont often complain...but save your sanity and avoid this pharmacy like the plague!6 months of trying to get all of our Rxs filled correctly has not happened...not 1 time!60 miles in on Monday...60 miles in on Wednesday... and still no Rxs. I worked at CVS and this is totally ridiculous...and the first place they need to start is to get Jen out of there...shes horrible with customers...Ive seen people in tears trying to deal with her!We wont walk through those doors again...worst Pharmacy ever!

Promised that my Christmas cards would be printed and done by Friday. Was told I would get a call when they were done and I could come pick them up. Not only did I not get a call but they were not even done, and would not be done the previous week, or ever. Very unprofessional and did not keep their word. No apologies were given, and they never even bothered to tell me that my cards would not be printed or done. Probably will not be using that Walgreens again.

Worst Walgreens in the entire country. Ive live all over the US. All of the Walgreens are moderately incompetent, however the Casper CY & Poplar is leaps and bound above all the rest. Most Walgreens take 20-25 minutes to fill a prescription. I have fill several at the Casper store...best was 1.5 hours...worst was 4 hours (came back twice to have promises broken that day). This is just downright pathetic. Management is the problem. I will be switching everything I have to Wallmart. Filling there has never taken longer than 15 minutes (even at rush hour)...oh, and by the way...their prices are cheaper to. To put it bluntly Walgreens in Casper on CY, you have an anal cranial inversion.

Dont be fooled by checking to see what time this drugstore closes. The pharmacy closes early everyday. Tell me what good is a drugstore that has its pharmacy close early? If you need otc drugs or a pair of panty hose, wouldnt you just go to another store? This drug store has nothing a walmart store has, and is overpriced anyway! Ive had issues with this store having low, or no stock of my prescription drugs and have had to wait a couple of days for them,even though I refilledvthem there everynmonth! The wait times are atrocious at times. We need a Longs Drugs, CVS or another chain drug store in this town to give these guys some competition.
