The quality of service was good and the prices were very good compared to others in the area. The only thing that wasnt a pleasant experience was one person working the counter as 6 people stood in line... 30min wait to talk to someone.

Had the tires I need. Was very professional. Have a good inventory at store.

Got a flat on a Sunday during a road trip, and this was the only place in Casper I could find that was open. Initially, I was told it would be 3 hours before I could be helped, but a very kind man named Wilman at the desk went out of his way to help me get back on the road. He personally went back and mounted a new tire for me so I could keep rolling, and I am very grateful for his help.

Great customer service

Used to take my and wifes car here for oil change. Today they refused to change my oil because my drivers side window wont roll down. You read that correctly. Because COVID. All other windows open. So took my car to the Pit Stop down the street and they risked their lives to change my oil without the window rolling down. They did cleverly open the driver side door to vacuum. Walmart lost my business and my wifes business. Keep making up those great policies, Walmart.

Having problem w a tire I purchased there. Keeps going flat for no reason. They looked at it said theres no problem. Had other tire shops say same thing. But every now n then it goes flat no warning. So talked w them again. But same response. Im ready to go to corporate because the tires dont even have 5,000 miles on them. Im just asking for him to replace the one tire

Bought a new battery and they helped me pick the right one. Under a $100 for a decent new battery. Not bad.

Corporate headache. The staff for the majority are not very skilled or knowledgeable. Check your own oil before leaving the property.

I am only giving them 1 star because you cant give 0. Bought tires a month ago and that was a hassle took about 4hrs, was convinced to buy the road hazard warranty. Now not even a month later I have a flat, waited for 30min for someone to even assist me at the counter then am told 2 hours minimum for a wait to look at the tire! Waste of my money buying that warranty. Took my car to peerless and they had me in and going in 20min! Dont waste your time or money on these jokes.

40 minute check in. Petty arguments among the employees about who pulls my special order tires, blah blah. I dont care, just do the job, take my money, and be glad you can afford meth for another day. Three plus hours for an oil change and to install new tires and I was the first in the store. Its Walmart so if you want the convenience of low prices and the ability to get warranty replacement anywhere there is a Walmart then its what is expected.

Stranded and needed service. They could have been much more helpful than they were.

Called yesterday to tell them what size tires we needed and asked if they had the tires we wanted in stock. They said they had 11. We asked them to pull 4. Come in as soon as they open this morning and it took half an hour for them to look for the tires and ended up only having 1. Waste of time. Go to Peerless Tires.

Ive got the worst tire balancing Ive ever seen from this shop. Bad services.

If I could possibly give them zero stars, I would. I went to get a tire patched and they refused to help me because one of my doors has a malfunctioning locking mechanism. Those two have absolutely nothing to do with each other, and they were rude when they returned my keys. Terrible service.

Had a tire I purchased a little over a month ago, the tire failed (not a good quality tire) they Wouldnt exchange the tire because I didnt have the road Hazzard. So end up spending almost $100 on another tire because Walmart sells poor quality tires. All tires should come with a warranty period

Pretty poor experience with them. They seem to find it easy to give excuses, but difficult to give answers.

Called ahead for price quote. Was told it was the out the door price. When I get there they started adding to the price.

These people, just..... wow. They didnt understand that I wanted to see what tires were in stock for a given size, recommended probably the worst tire as the best, couldnt find the tires they said were in stock for thirty minutes, failed to type the proper information into the computer, twice (they entered it as a Lexus with a V8, its a prius with a 1.8 liter engine), charged the wrong price for the tires, and acually asked me of they were to put a tire on the spare rim, which is one of those mini spares. You couldnt find a bigger bumbling mess of baffoons and morons if you tried to in a third world country. Im pretty sure a member of Al Queda could do a better job with tires in a cave. Avoid this place at all costs, for your own good.

The people are helpful enough, but Walmart policies Are ridiculous.

Rude and unable help. Then just leave you to wait on other people.

If theres anybody there they can do barely adequate work in a confused manner.
