DO NOT SHOP HERE!! My son bought an alternator from them. Within 24 hours the car would die & we had to tow it into the shop. The auto repair shop (that I found in the phone book) said the alternator was bad & fried the truck computer. Two weeks & $900 later truck was fixed.We told Nick (store mgr) what happened & we needed to file a claim . The alternator had to go through “their own testing” (not biased at all, right?!)Three months later after the testing they admitted the alternator was defective but couldn’t have caused the problems... so I got stuck with a $900 bill!! But they did give me $100 to reimburse me for labor the auto shop billed me.What they did was wrong— $900 is a lot of money for a 19 year old kid trying to pay his college tuition. OF COURSE, they are gonna say it wasn’t their fault after their “own” diagnostics . Because a third party unbiased opinion wasn’t adequate?? Save yourself any future grief. They sell cheap products & if something goes wrong... they DO NOT stand by their products or services. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

My sister and I were in town handling family business, we needed to pick up a truck but we couldnt get it to start, we get a jump from a local who recommended that we go straight to AutoZone for further assistance.We arrived and were greeted with the best customer service I had ever received outside of a 5 star resort.The employees listened to what we were saying and they grabbed tools, testers, and other gadgets behind the counter and started heading straight to our truck to diagnose it.They were like some kind of pit crew for a professional racetrack, knocking me out of my socks they were so.Within minutes they determined that the truck battery was bad and we were also a quart low on oil. Everything else passed the test.They had everything we needed ready to go, and they swapped out the old battery for the new one they just sold us, they even sold us a funnel knowing that we were going to need one for the oil too, couldnt believe how helpful they were.11/10 I would highly recommend this business to everyone.

Car’s temperature gauge was rising aggressively when idling. I came to this Autozone less than an hour before it closed and these guys gave me a list of potential things to look for on my 4Runner. They let me know where the Toyota dealership was when I told them I was going to take it to get it serviced in the morning. Would highly recommend this store.

Went in because I had a check engine light on. The guy was super friendly and read the code quick. Also looked up a part I will need in the future (unrelated to the code). Unfortunately it wasnt in stock but he informed me that it would be in possibly the next day. Awesome customer service.

They have everything for your vehicle or they will order it. The sales people I have worked with are very helpful. They will check your charging system for free. They have loaner tools too.

Ended up buying the wrong headlights and of course didnt save my receipt. Went back later and the staff were very helpful, looked through the computer to print me a new receipt, and found me the right lights. Really appreciated their help.

Very cool spot they will let you use there tools if you need . One night my buddy locks the keys in the car we run over ask them for a slim Jim the guy lets us take the slim Jim even though there closing and allows us to come back and pay after we get the door open, now that is customer service.

My Silverado has a stretch A/C belt. I found the tool number to install it online and asked for one at this store. The supposed manager swore there is no such thing, even though the proper belt is listed as a stock part on their website. I went to another store, where they had the tool in stock on the shelf....and the belt.

They have a decent selection for products and the employees are always willing to help you out

Quick and easy

Went in looking to buy a set of 8 very common spark plug. The gal behind the counter asked me what vehicle they were for and I told her. She then said that they only had 2 options for my vehicle according to their computer. I thanked her for the info and said that I would just like to purchase the ones I originally wanted (which were not on her list evidently), and she said that I had to choose between the 2 listed(which were 3x the cost of the ones I wanted). I was appalled, I kept my calm and just asked if they had the ones I wanted in stock. With a thick attitude she simply replied no. I left and called the other Autozone on CY and they said that they had 9 in stock at their store. Heres the kicker, he also said that the store on 2nd street had 10 in stock. I will never visit the 2nd street Autozone again.

I really like them more than OReillys or Napa OReillys usually doesnt have the partner if they do it doesnt hold up and Napas parts are all too expensive so AutoZone is the choice for me.
