The skinny lady with glasses and black eyeshadow is rude. she whines about her job and other customers thinking, nobody could hear her. And she also sounds rude when she was helping me. Also idk why they always display furniture thats out of stock. They shouldve at least put a sign that theyre out of stock on the furniture.

Pretty clean store, could use some restocking of several items but we found what we needed.

I love big lots...wish city of Maricopa, AZ had one. Cleaning supplies, laundry detergents are much cheaper than grocery stores and name brands. Love the various holiday decorations...July 4th stuff, picnic stuff...😊

We found some canned grape leaves here. Believe it or not they are really quite good. We bought one can the first trip, went back for six more.

Big Lots has a big variety of merchandise to shop for. Bedroom sets, recliners outdoor patio furniture.

Online ordering has issues that they keep telling me will be resolved. After 2 weeks gave up and ordered from Lowes.

To be able to use the cyber coupons is so convenient. You actually save alot of money. I recommend joining and getting the Big Lots card.

Big Lots is a great place to find the finishing touches the your room. I found a wall hook rack that matched my jungle theme in the master bathroom. Also I searched my local Big Lots inventory the see what I could bring home right away and the inventory was correct! The items were in the shelf when I arrived!

Found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Went there looking for a large plant pedestal but no luck. However found a very nice rug for my kitchen dining area instead. Kind of like a treasure hunt in this store as you never know what you will find.

We love this place for our furniture and other home furnishings. If you can not buy it at the time you can apply for an easy pay system and it is so worth it.

Oh let me tell you about Big lots wow!!! Every time I shop at this store I end up purchasing at least $500.00 worth of well made products. Their prices are ideal for my taste, the store employees are always helpful and nice. I shop here so much that they know me already!

Everything I needed a lot of stuff is out of stock though like most of the furniture

I really hate the smell of this store which makes me not want to go to it. But I like the deals and its fun to see the new weird stuff they get. I bought some rolling laundry baskets from here and I love them I recommend them to anyone who has a big family.

Lot of items have to be shipped but thats to be expected in a small town. Staff was very courteous and professional, very clean store.

The staff is great, holiday selection is good this year! They call a second cashier when its busy and the lines start to get long. The cashiers are friendly and floor staff is cheerful and helpful!

We were looking for a love seat. Found a very nice piece that will go with existing furniture. Nice price compared to another furniture store. Wish the store delivered as promised in ads, but it is what it is.

Bed bug in couches it took 3 weeks to get them out of my house. I didnt have furniture for 2 month.

Meh. For a purported bargain store, it mainly disappoints with prices comparable to non - bargain stores. You will find an occasional good deal, but mainly when there is just a tremendous stock, which usually means a paltry selection. Add to it that manufacturers coupons arent accepted. There are better Big lots stores that are cleaner and well organized, even better prices. Id only go back if a specific high dollar item I need is advertised there. For example, the furniture looks nice. Otherwise, not worth the hassle.

One of the best stores to find interesting snacks at bargain prices. My family also loves their bedding and pillow, I love the home decor they carry. I never leave empty-handed from here!

Since they got a different manager a few years ago, quality and customer service has improved.

I love this place! Youll never know what your going to find here. The food items change all the time. They have nice different decor items that cant be found any where else. Employees are friendly. The only thing I see that could be improved is the cleaning of the store. I guess when you cut the employees to bare bones, thats what happens.

To tell you the truth Ive only been in Big Lots one time and I wasnt impressed at all. Its just like every other department store now a days, they sell just about everything a person could think of. But when I went in to Big Lots the store had everything except what I was needing. So I went looking else where. Hallelujah Amen😇😇😇

A little bit of every thing can be found in this store. The staff are helpful and polite. There is so much in the store it seems almost chaotic at first glance but a few minutes in the store and you can find what your looking for.

I was able to afford my shower supplies for a reasonable price!

I purchased a couch and a recliner one year ago costing over 800.00 on sale. I was talked into a warranty that I was told would cover any problems we would have for 3 years. Here we are, one year later, recliner has a broken mechanism, sofa frame is coming up through cushions. The warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on. They won’t cover anything. Lesson learned DO NOT BUY FROM BIG LOTS. THEY LIE AND CHEAT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Working for this place here in casa grande was a nightmare. They treat certain people better than others. As in they im talking about managment. If your a good worker they still treat you like your lower. Plus they Only give managment hours. You never know how many hours your gonna get. 17, 23, etc. hours isnt enough to survive per week. Also Chrissy a manager has bad attitude. Nobody new there ever liked her. Hope she gets her karma. They lose lots of good workers because of her alone. Lol.
