I was on a daily Mission to buy certain items. I was met by my friendly, Cashier Ms Angela at 6AM each morning as usual. I got an abundance of the item that I had waited two weeks for. Japanese Noodles @$0.79I use my VIC/EVIC CARDand I get discounts on quality goods cheaper than taking 4 buses to Walmart. It is not an expensive store if you know the value of Specials, Coupons, Sensible Budget, and Watch the Harris Teeter Delivery Trucks and Vendor Trucks. I know all the staff by name and all the vendor truck driver names.I guess I need a job over there across the street from my Residence 👌👍🤓.Wonderful Grocery Store to shop at in Cary, NC near Cary Towne Mall.Our of Town visiting come on by, I would like to meet the new customers 😎

Walked in for a quick grab of drinks and seen fresh ripe fruit which is a plus strawberries looked delicious.

The space is well illuminated and organized, the deli area is so well kept I was tempted to try the sushi, staff members are polite and willing to help you with everything you may need .I like the international isle, specially the European section whit several different products from cookies to can food, I’m always disappointed at the Hispanic area featuring a couple of “Mexican” products tho.Fruits and vegetables look very nice and fresh, I would love to come more often and enjoy this place but the self check out system is very confusing and it takes me forever, I had to request cashier help 3 times in by last visit.

Please stop asking me to round up to the nearest dollar when I check out, havent you made enough money from me already with the items I am about to purchase? I wouldnt ask my employer to round up my paycheck would I? Who exactly am I making richer by saying yes. What benefit do I get out of this, a nice bank statement that is easier to read with nice zeroes down the line. Is there an option to opt out from this question ever being posed to me again from your store or any other supermarket/retailer in general? Its almost close to pan handling except for in a more scheming way. Lets not forget that prices have already been raised given the past year so we are back to saving our pennies for ourselves.

We always have a good experience when using the grocery pick up service, but Joyce makes it exceptional! She always picks out meat and produce exactly how I would and that is very important to me and very well appreciated in our home! If she ever has to make substitutions, they actually make sense and she always gives me a quick call to make sure I’m informed on anything that was out of stock or produce that wasn’t up to the standard I normally shop for. This is not the level of service I’ve received at other grocery stores, and because of Joyce we’ve been exclusively shopping at Harris Teeter for a while now. Thank you Joyce!

This is one of the great ones. The produce looks fresh and the whole store is well maintained.

Harris teeter gets me bland as time this on.If you want better food, shop Trader Joes or Costco.If you want cheaper, shop Kroger or Food Lion

There are a crazy number of grocery stores in Cary and Harris Teeter is our favorite for most things. Not too high end, not bargain basement, but just right. And of the many, many HTs in town, we drop by this one at least weekly. Its clean, bright, cheerful. We like the cheese selections and hot pizza, good deli, meats & fish, and lots of fresh produce. They have an amazing decorator in the bakery with charming cupcakes and petit fours. You might find milk or eggs cheaper elsewhere but if you want one-stop shopping, this is it.

Twice I have gotten bad shrimp here. They made good for it but it shouldnt happen in the first place.

Man. Stopped her to get some Milos Iced Tea and Chips for my lunch.I actually missed out on some sale items (selling myself short) which could save me some more money.The cashier/ customer service representative Kristine ran outside in the heat. To stop me to tell me to come back in to take full advantage of the sale items I missed out on!Wow! This is that 1990s one customer service the world needs!Thanks for being so awesome!

In the past, the produce department was not well stocked, not were the items fresh. They have almost all new produce staff who are fast, efficient, and willing to help. The area is now being kept well stocked, but the produce, even items just put out, are now always fresh.

This is one of the good Harris Teeter locations. There are others in the chain that arent great, but I stop here regularly to get supplies for my father-in-law, who is in a nursing home up the street and is unable to get out due to COVID restrictions. Its nice to have this well stocked store right up the street if he needs anything so we can get it to him quickly.

The deli did not read the notes on my order to cut 4 sandwiches into 3rds but otherwise they were correct.

Nice. Clean. Free to roam and purchase at leisure. The unfortunate thing is that they are still pushing that change shortage story if you are paying cash. They want you to round up on your bill. Unacceptable! How much money are they keeping for themselves using this practice?

Andrew the store manager is amazing!! The cashier left my bag of apples out of my bag. I live quite a distance fro the store, so Andrew delivered them and an extra bag & flowers, I was at work, but what a nice surprise when I got home and saw them in my front porch!Andrew went above and beyond, and that is great customer service! One of the newest HTs in the area with a helpful staff, great layout, Starbucks cafe, & large deli area including hot foods bar, sushi, & pizza.I love my neighborhood Harris Teeter! My husband & I walk up & shop European style about every other day. We tie our dog Nipper out front & he gets a free puppuccino (whipped cream), & everyone fusses over him while we have coffee. Customer service is awesome with great employees like Vanessa at customer service, Ken at Uscan, & Veronica & Dylan in the deli. Its a great store!

This is your typical Harris Teeter grocery store. We needed some supplies for a Mothers day dinner so we went here. They had what we needed, but they do have limits on the amounts of some items that you are able to purchase at this time. Limit 2 of each meat item, etc. They are short on TP &,other items like every other grocery store is now. The associates were friendly and helpful yesterday when we needed assistance.

Decent sized store, okay selection; just ‘okay’ overall. The store does get swarmed with high school students on their lunch, and has a police officer posted inside to prevent theft. Lines can get long if you are shopping at peak times (evenings, weekends), but cashiers are all sweet and friendly, and stressed. I must say, the sushi counter is awesome! Not quite restaurant quality but quite yummy and better than any other Harris Teeter sushi I have ever tried (and I’ve been to quite a few from MD to SC!). I have noticed that products seem to be out of stock more often here than I am used to elsewhere. The staff seem incredibly stressed, which is my main gripe with this store, and company (I have seen this at multiple locations). Most areas seem completely and utterly understaffed (fresh foods, cash registers) The staff that are present would have to be in three places at once to be able to do their jobs the way I’m /sure/ they want to! I can’t blame the associate staff for poor customer service, maybe the hiring manager is at fault here? The department managers that I have spoken to seem almost dejected, as I’m sure they need more staff. I enjoy the Starbucks at this location, friendly baristas who make awesome drinks! The store is very clean and well lit. The ethnic food selection is awful here, compared to other suburban/urban Harris Teeters. Overall, a typical southern grocery store.

Harris Teeter has gone down hill fast!!!! You post a sale for scallops on Wednesday and sale out before the end of day!!!! Do you not know how to stock!!!! Along with half rude managers that want to talk to you like a child !!! I will be shopping exclusively at Publix from now on!! At least they know how to stock and properly have a sale!!!!!

Excellent service. Clean and attractive store. Everything organized well. Employees eager to assist. Theres a huge salad bar, sushi bar, cheese department, even a pizza bar. Prices are very reasonable and many exclusive items are available. Dont forget a custom bakery and deli.

The subs are all boars head and so tasty. When Meghan makes them they are!always on point. The sub points are such an easy way to get free sandwiches. Think Ill order right now on the app and go pick up.

The night staff here is an absolute joke. Most of the night crew was outright rude. Think twice before going here for a late night grocery run.

I would rate this location a lot better if they had sufficient help to check people out at night. I love the store and the location but when I was there last evening, there was one guy running cash registers and self check out. He (David) was incredibly nice and was trying to help about 10 people at once with no back up to speak of. I really appreciated that he was trying so hard to give good customer service. David represents you very well _ I hope you can get him some help!

This is a large Harris Teeter with lots of parking. Very nice clean store with a very good product selection. They have a pizza station, olive bar, salad bar, and a Chinese food bar. Very easy to grab a quick lunch or dinner.

I go by this store constantly. Usually twice a week or more.The facility is extremely well maintained. Shelves always stocked. Ive yet to go in and the store be missing something I needed. The employees are friendly and helpful, all around great store!The Asian Bar/Salad bar is fantastic. I do wish the Asian Bar was open a little longer seeing as I dont get off work until 7pm. The options are nice, you have plenty of things to choose from on the Asian Bar. The Salad bar has so many sides to choose from. Boiled eggs, carrots, chicken, and so much more. Good place to stop by and make yourself a salad of your own design.The Pizza place is great too! You can order a slice or a whole pizza. They have different Pizza of the Day everyday, which means that pizza is cheaper than the others. Not to mention Monday you can get the pizza cheaper than any other time of the week, which is fantastic if you want a nice, hot pizza.I love the Fresh Market. Nothing like getting fresh food to cook for dinner. I went in a little early once, before the Fresh Market opened. The gentleman working the location was kind enough to go ahead and take my order rather than making me wait.As usually with Harris Teeter, the prices can be a little high, but youre paying for quality. Never disappointed. The fruits and veggies are always fresh, employees always friendly, and store always well maintained.Ill plan to continue shopping here as long as I live close by!EDIT: I went up to Harris Teeter the other day wanting a pizza. They advertise that they make pizza until 8pm. We arrive at 740 and there is no one at the pizza counter. Wait a few minutes, someone finally comes over. We ask her if she is still making pizza, she says no. Why advertise that you make pizza until 8, if youre going to close 20 to 30 minutes early?

HT is my go-to grocery store. It is reliable and the staff are very helpful. However, yesterday the VIC cards e-coupons did not post properly for 3 items (40% of my purchase that included an e-coupon). This happened at 2 stores (2 at one store and 1 item at another store) so its system wide and not store specific.Unfortunately, I did not notice this until I had already arrived home. I had to drive back to the store to get my $6 credit since the coupon is scheduled to expire this week and I didnt want HT to tell me my coupon already expired.Anyway, want to send a warning to all who use the e-coupons from HT. Appears the credits are not posting correctly

Had a good variety of steaks on sale from a heavy marbled to a leaner cut of ribeye. My diet required a lot of lean meats so i appreciate leaner less marbled steaks. The honey crisp apples were a pound a piece and are soo good. Parking lot is a bit of a pain to get in and out of.

Its okay. If you shop after a certain hour you MUST use a do it yourself scanner and they will not find a cashier to get on a register to scan anything for you. You dont get paid or a discount for doing the work yourself. so in the evenings I just drive further to another grocery for my weekly groceries. I actually called to ask what time they switchover and the manager I spoke with said I can have a cashier check my groceries out whenever. NOT TRUE.Produce is not the best but variety is normal.Store seems laid out well, even with the new reordering of item placement.Love the milk selectionStellar Vegan, Gluten Free and frozen items selection.The store brands have not been better then the name brands.Sometimes the sales really save you money, too.

The manager of this location deserves to be fired. I just went to this store to get running alchool. They have none not 70% or 91% they are completely out of both. Wow that is horrible store management. I hope the manager reads review so they know they have no clue what they are doing. What a waste of time. Love this store.Sometimes though they are out of the sale items the day they go on sale and then dont replenish them all week. Not cool HT! Other than that the produce is fresh and so is the meat. I love the pharmacy and the pharmacist is very helpful. Very convenient to where I live and the employees are very friendly.

We used the flower center at this Harris Teeter for the boutonnieres and wrist corsages for my wedding and they did a wonderful job! HT was definitely the best deal around when it comes to these two items, and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend using their flower center for your floral needs.

Nice, large with decent selection and reasonable produce. The self checkout could use more space, of you have a large load youll want to go through a regular lane or you will run out of space and need am employee to come over anyway. One year old loves the race car carts, although there are not always any available.

Remarkably narrow range of fresh organic vegetables. Owned by Kroger, Harris Teeter easily has half the selection of a Kroger proper. There must be a reason unknown by me.Otherwise, HT has the typical selection of a supermarket. In recent years, the chain has expanded offerings of beer and this location has a beer bar where you can sit and have a draft.A quarter of the store has been set aside for prepaired foods, deli and bakery. There is an in-house Starbucks.

I miss HT not being Georgia. Since Kroger owns them, many of the same selections.

Went in to purchase a large amount of crab legs today. Cody greeted me at the seafood counter and asked what he could help with. I asked for 10lbs of snow crab legs. He immediately called out to another worker with a sarcastic attitude asking if their would be another delivery anytime soon, essentially since I was purchasing a large amount. Another worker, while butchering steaks, yelled out “how many pounds?!”Cody ran to the back to find bigger bags to fit them in. He started grabbing handfuls of clusters shoving them in the bags without even looking at them. I stopped him at one point and made mention that he was giving me clusters with one or two crab legs on them. So, he starts picking up legs that had fallen off. I asked him to pick full clusters. I mean, come on, I asked for 10 lbs. That was $100 worth of crab, so obviously I’d want something decent.In hindsight, I should’ve left and went somewhere else after their snarky attitudes and poor service. Never met an employee that didn’t want to sell something. However, I still made the purchase. Got home and found most of them having 3 legs per cluster. Super disappointed and will not purchase crab legs from HT in the future.

Always love Harris Teeter. The place always has great prices along with a friendly staff and a clean work place. Everything is always clean and neat and the shelves are stocked. My go to grocery store!

Something has to give. The whole store is nearly perfect except for their deli. They only have one person working the deli meat station every time i go. There’s always four or more people waiting far too long. There’s not a ticket number take. Staff just looks at you while you do other tasks. I don’t get it and i hate to be so direct about this but I’m just considering going somewhere else at this point.

The pharmacy tech was very patient and helpful. He was besieged by multiple customers both at the counter and at the drive thru, but he kept it together and helped everyone in a calm and courteous manner.

This grocery store is over priced for no reason. At least when you go to Publix you can rest assured you will get top notch service. Here, even the customer service sux! #payingextraforwhat?

Other than being crowded and being typical of Cary in not being able to turn left in or out of places, this was clean, well-stocked and an easy place to find things.

I have been a Harris teeter customer for over 39 years, that being said almost every time I go into this store location I become disappointed and angry. Everyday during peak time 5pm there are never enough cashiers, lines are always extremely long. Which is a problem but Now during this time of a pandemic, one would think a grocery store would put more people on staff to make the process for customers easy and quick. But it didn’t happen, long lines and managers standing around watching. Frustration on most every customers face. The stupidity of this location knows no bounds. I am sadden that this is the new Harris teeter location closest to me.

This is a really nice grocery store! Clean, well-organized, and generally well-stocked. We love to use the Express Lane during busy weeks, and the folks who do the shopping for that service do an excellent job-- weve only had one or two produce duds in the year and a half or so since they introduced the service. The beer selection is one of the best for grocery stores in the area.

Harris Teeter is a great grocery store. You can always find what you are looking for. Great quality. Can be pricey but with a Harris Teeter card you can some great deals.

This is a newer Harris Teeter and it shows. It is definitely on the high-end. It has the requisite Starbucks as well as a pizza bar and a fresh bread bar. It is airy and light inside. It is an extremely comfortable shopping experience.
