Ive always had a very positive experience at Frame Warehouse! Staff is friendly, helpful, and they really know their stuff. I think theyre a tad on the pricey side, but thats just my opinion. I still go there every time I need a custom frame and they always do a great job.

Awesome ladies! They went above and beyond with customer service. I needed a print framed rapidly and they were able to do it in a short space of time and at a reasonable price.

Great service! The salesman helped me pick out a nice frame for my print that I had gotten a few weeks ago. Its a bit pricey but I think its worth it to have any kind of art or prints framed.

So unprofessional and disappointing.. can say enough!!i gave a very expensive gold gilded leaf which we bought from Turkey for framing and on 3rd visit we got it with the tip of the leaf broken and for the rest of the frames we will go back tommorrow and not sure if will get them on 5th visit ... they should shut down the shop.

While Frame Warehouse has done two projects for me and the end products are nice, the last projects (which were two pictures) execution was poor. The project was 5 days late and riddled with mistakes, excuses and apologies. My key frustration is that I really expected/hoped that the canvas were completed at the original time so I could surprise my wife. Overall, I like the finish product Im just frustrated at the timeline. I will second guess myself before going back next time.
