I think the variety of merchandise that they offer to cater to a variety of cultures is really cool. It makes me really excited that they offer 50 pound bags of rice that was the same brand of rice that I use to purchase while growing up in Hawaii. I also really like the variety of Hispanic candies they have to offer.

Good People, Hot Deli Food, Friendly Faces

Well its not like the modern big box truck stops, but its a place to park in Carthage. They open early, close late, they have a rest room and food and beverages. Ice, fuel and BEER! If you want to be surrounded by chaos, Joplin has a Flying J. Or hang out here for small farm town country peace and quiet.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The potato wedges are delicious, and they will make them fresh for you!
