I moved to Carthage several years ago and Jackson has become my go-to for tires and the other services that they offer. I like Blaine he always takes care of me and gives me a fair deal when I need to use tire. Good folks.

Highly recommended! Excellent service, very friendly and helpful folks, ever last one of them! This was my first time experience, and I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future, in spite of living 70 miles away. Even though my time there overlaps their closing time at 5:00, they continued to assist and answer every question I had on an odd tire size. Never felt pushed or rushed to get out of there due to wanting to close the business for the day. They have an awesome lounge/ set up while waiting. They are also very reasonable with their price!

Always very fast! Have never had a complaint. In the winter they put my snow tires on my car. They also doy inspections for when i have to get my car tagged. Always very affordable and friendly.

Jackson Tire is the only mechanic and tire shop I’ll use around local Carthage and Joplin mo. The kindest people. I have come here three times now for mechanical issues/questions and they’ve always found out the problem. Great company.

The people at Jackson Tire are always ready to help. I had a flat and they got me in, fixed it, rotated my tires, all at no charge. I buy all my tires and brakes from them. It is nice to do business with a Christian business that takes their faith seriously.

Terrible experience, I went there for a misfire on one of my plugs (cylinder #5) which cost me approximately $450 after contesting an $85 unspecified labor cost. To make the story short I took my car after their so-called sham repairs to Neosho Walmart and the check engine light came on again. On my way back home I decided to stop by Autozone for a free scan. Of course, the scanner confirms the misfire on cylinder # 5 which was allegedly fixed by Jackson tire in Granby. I called the shop to explain the problem and only received a “sorry and good luck “ with my problem. Honesty and integrity is a value that is missing from many because of money. Services from this place should only be limited to mere tire service otherwise, you will experience the same frustration and extortion as I did. Don’t fall for the fake imposter Christian values this folks tends to project on customers. They use this as a tool for extortion.

We were going to stay overnight at a local RV Park when the front brakes on the RV started to squeal. This was on a Thursday in Joplin, Mo. we called every one in Joplin and none of the shops could help us out. We went on the 10 miles to our RV site and asked for advice on a mobile mechanic. The suggested mechanic was also unable to get to us and recommended Jackson Tire. I called Jackson Tire around 3:30 on Friday and was advised to be at the shop first thing Monday morning. They got me in at 7:30, done and gone before 9:00. They replaced the brake pads on the front wheels at a reasonable price, less than $150.00. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the mechanic that did the project was also helpful and efficient. He answered all my question in an educated and cheerful manner. No one tried to upsale or replace parts that were not necessary.Thank you Jackson Tire of Carthage, I appreciate your help.

Great service! Goes above and beyond! Had my babies in the car on a particularly cold day and my low tire pressure light came on. Called them and told them the deal and no questions asked they came out to me too inspect my tires and aired them up. Didn’t even have to get out. Love the small town service

Very helpful nice guys good prices great selection on wheels and tires. The only issue I have is there time frames are crazy they will tell you its going to take an hour and it will take 6. So as long as you can drop your car off thats better because you will be waiting if you dont.

They got me in and out in a hurry which I like but I do think they were overpriced just a little bit. I cant argue since I was in the middle of nowhere and really needed a tire.

Very good work. Good communication. A little longer wait than I like but to be expected with a very busy place. Id rather have good, honest work at a wait than shawty work fast. They apologized several times to me about the time it took even though I had them do double the work than I first made the appointment for. Theyre reasonably priced and very courteous. I will definitely use them again if needed!

Courteous staff quick work nice wait area. Little wait time we were in within 10 min of our appointed time. Most other automotive places are like Dr. Office visit where you wait for two hours for something that either cant be taken care of at that time or nothings wrong but you still get a huge ticket.Jackson tire isnt like that at all. Fantastic people and service. They assisted me with repairing two tires. They were incredibly fast and courteous. I was back up and going within 30 minutes of pulling in to the parking lot. Really appreciate the amazing service.

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes while employees came and went helping others,but I wasnt so much as even acknowledged as being there. Several other customers were cutting back on the work to have done due to the excessive wait times. I took my business elsewhere and it was done in less time than I wasted standing there waiting to even be acknowledged.

My family and Ive been using Jackson Tire since 1998 the staff is awesome I know what theyre doing good considering youre safe there safe with your vehicle, I had to have my dad drive my neon down there in reverse because the transmission went out.

In the early morning hours of Nov. 8, 2016, Officer Justin Butler contacted Tim to request emergency assistance for me. While on my way to Kansas City following the suicide of my nephew, I ruined 2 tires on my S10 pickup. Not only did Tim open the shop at 1:30 a.m., but he replaced the ruined tires quickly and without cost. This permitted me to resume my emergency trip to assist my grieving sister. The days and weeks that followed have been a blur of investigations, insurance claims, memorial service and multiple journeys between northwest Arkansas and Independence, Missouri. It is only now that I can pause to offer my feeble thanks to Tim and Jackson Tire for responding with compassion and professional service unheard of in todays society.
