First time buying a tire here...So driving home from work and ran over a copper plumbing pipe on my steer tire. Was fortunate enough to make it to there shop. Super nice and friendly employee helped me, even though they didnt have my tire size he ordered on and showed up the next day.When I got there the tire was already balanced on my rim and ready to be mounted on. In an out. Thank you guys, will be going back for my next tire purchase.

The service was good. But, they didnt put the tires I believe we had talked about on my vehicle. The guy I spoke with on the phone said he had told me that they wouldnt be BridgeStone tires, but I never heard that or I wouldnt have agreed.

When my daughters car broke down out of town on a Sunday, roadside assistance towed it to Reeves. I was worried about having work done by a shop I had no knowledge of and with no face-to-face contact. I talked with them first thing Monday morning & they told me the issue the car was experiencing wasnt something they normally deal with, but would give it a look and let me know. They gave me a quick diagnosis & charged me a ridiculously fair price. I wouldnt hesitate to use this shop again.

Fast and efficient. The lawn tractor tire i got was O.E.M and cheaper to be mount for a 4 ply than Walmart was for a 2 ply of the same kind and size.They fast getting you in and out too.

The Reeves in Carthage used to be pro tire. I have been going to them for about 5 years or so. I like them and kept going to them because they kept the same staff. Zach, Eric and all the shop mechanics have always acted professional and knowledgeable and I feel like the charges are fair. Personally, I like them. Over the years we have built a trust and in these times that is saying something.

There is an angel! Desperate because I had a rock lodged in my tire causing a leak. It was a Sunday and very few businesses are open in Carthage; especially auto repair places. When I pulled up the garage door was open; even though I was informed me they were closed a very nice gentlemen helped plug my tire. In 15 minutes we were back on the road! He was definitely our angel. Thank you for the great service!

A garage had told me that I needed my brakes replaced and that it would cost at least $300. I didnt have the money so I had to wait. I took the car into Pro TIre a couple of weeks later and told them what the other garage had said. They took it back and a while later one of the mechanics came out and told me that I had over 50% pad left and they didnt need to be changed yet. He told me he would do it if I wanted him to but it was not needed right then. They could have taken me for a lot of money on a needless repair. Their honesty won me over! I send everyone I know to them. Great work, great people!

I picked Reeves simply because of the positive feedback, and general appearance of the business. Both were quite respectful I should add. My overall experience as far as work, timing, and cost,were appropriate to my expectations. I might add that I had a complete overhaul to my front brakes. New calipers,rotors, pads, and brake hoses. I have ABS and do experience a slight brake rotation ocaisionaly, as yet it is brief and seldom. So hopefully it will wear off. My evaluation or lack of being further satisfied actually is a result of customer service indifference, I called back after examining my vehicles exterior and interior. I found that the grille of my pickup had an area where the paint had been damaged, leaving the primer color showing, my guess was a chemical had been used or misused to cause the defect. I talked to Eric about it, his stance was we dont use chemicals, and I assured him I was not asking for anything as far as monetary expectations are concerned. My experience in this industry is over 35 years, I have managed and led my employees to a high customer service standard. Naturally I expect to be treated appropriately. I received no apology or acceptance of responsibility. Knowing the condition of my vehicle before drop-off is something Im firm about. I had plastic on the passenger side floor, grease on steering wheel, and a loss of paint on my grille, with the establishmentax representative denying responsibility and slamming the receiver in my ear. Thanks Eric, this one could have been avoided. I think the grille was blemished with brake fluid residue while adding to the resivour during the brake bleeding process.
