Their selection has been VERY slim & the shelves have been pretty much empty the past few times I’ve been there to shop. Which has been a little disappointing. But i go Bc its convenient & very close to my house

This is the worst Walmart! They are constantly running out of things or dont carry it. They literally have 1 or 2 registers open and the rest are the ones where you have to ring yourself up. I dont work for Walmart! If I am going to have to ring up myself I better be getting an hourly wage taken off my grocery bill.

I went in this location on Wednesday and got an electric cart and did all my shopping. The shelves were well stocked and the place was clean. When I went to the checkout I had very little waiting and was greeted cheerfully by the cashierI do want to comment on one thing that I thought was a little bothersome. The grocery stockers seemed to be ignoring the shoppers and putting their where it pleased them and in some cases ignoring shoppers that were waiting to get past them.

Better selections than other Walmarts. They seem to have better prices too on milk.

Im tired of watching all the employees stand around the registers while the customers have to check their self out, well not providing bags big enough for things like a large package of paper towels or toilet paper, and then asking to see my receipt as Im trying to leave like I didnt pay for it. Im not an employee and Im not a thief.

Great store. They have almost anything you need. If youre waiting on the pharmacy you can look at other items. One stop shopping for food and more.

Worst Wal Mart ever about inventory. They are always out of something. The same item will be out for weeks sometimes. Sometimes its just one flavor that I like. I feel like they only order small and medium sizes of clothes.

The fuel station associate was very unprofessional. He had a visitor & took a few minute break to enjoy while customers were waiting in line.He refused to serve a customer because a customer complained about the wait

I bought a bag of $40 Blue Buffalo dog food. When I opened the trunk when I got home there were pieces of dog food everywhere. Turns out that there was a large hole in the bag they had patched with a sticker!!

Walmart pick up is amazing. You can place your order online or in the app. They bring out very quickly after checking in, load your car up and done. I love this service. I also like Walmart Pay app when I go inside for things. This app really cuts down on time in line. Great place for quick in and out. It used to take forever. Now so fast and so easy.

Its Walmart, all we really have here. Some staff are helpful, others go thru the motions,and are quick to find one of the eager employees to help you. Sam would probably fire all management if he could witness what has been done to his stores.

The new grocery app is a piece of garbage. Cant add to cart. Doesnt notify when order is ready for pickup. Doesnt show substitutions. The original app worked just fine. New one is more cumbersome or doesnt work at all. GARBAGE!!!

I recently hosted a relative from Detroit MI. I took her to Wal-Mart to get a flavor of the community. Its a one-stop shop for everything!! I visit about twice a month.

It’s sad when a handicapped person wants to go through the garden section where Christmas trees are located on 11/4 and told they have to go around because of Black Friday! Guess I will spend my money else where

This location is grossly understaffed. Many common products arent restocked in a timely manner and the conditions of many aisles is very poor.Ive seen much better from Walmart stores. Hopefully this one will get back on track.

They need to actually stock the shelves with products like Rome and Acworth. Lots of empty shelves and im constantly being chased down by the automatic floor sweeper. Doesnt matter where in the store I am that thing finds me. Other than that the cashiers are nice when they are open and they do a good job of stocking rotisserie chickens for dinner.

Nice clean store. Love that they have pickup and delivery services. Watch out because their time slots run out quickly. Its good order the day before. I dont overspend when ordering online instead of going in the store hungry! Not a good idea lol. I do wish that some products didnt run out so much or arent available.

I stopped shopping in store due to how long you have to stand in line (with only 1 or 2 registers open) and having knee and back problems. Thought pickup would be easier on me, but its not. It usually takes over an hour or longer for pickup. you can almost never find a parking spot in the numbered areas and almost every time Ive done pickup Im missing an item. Ive also had damaged items. I spend somewhere in between 200-300 dollars a week here. Im fixing to stop shopping here all together and go somewhere else.

Picked up my grocerys got home they picked up a jar of sweet pickles that had been opened. Seal was broken & 1/4 of jar gone..2nd time this has happened..grocery pickers dont pay attention...

The grocery pickup associates were all very helpful and polite. And Pickup times are always the next day.

This is my store!! I always find what I need at reasonable prices. It is always clean and the employees are always friendly and helpful. I LOVE ordering my groceries online and picking them up!!! I think it is a brilliant service to offer!!

Dealing with customer service at this store is a nightmare. I made a return on 2 items. I received a receipt for 1 item and was told they couldnt provide a receipt for the 2nd item. The girl waiting on me needs more training as well how to interact with the public.

Tried to return an unopened controller in exchange for another one (different color) she tells me she can’t do it with out a receipt. But the one in Acworth helped me right away. Always out of stock on item and just not a good environment. Half the employees don’t care and the store looks like a train wreck. I prefer driving the extra 25 minutes for the Acworth or kennesaw store.

This is not my favorite in the area, but its not awful.

We just had a bad experience at this location. We picked up a few grocery items and went to the jewelry department because my son needed some earrings. We hung out there for a while and he went to customer service to ask them to call someone over. Nobody came. He went 3 more times, plus another employee passed by and called someone as well. Meanwhile a few other customers showed up wanting to buy jewelry. I went to customer service myself and asked the lady there if anything could be done or if a manager could come and help. She told me they have a shoe department person working the counter and they probably just didnt hear or ignored the pages and she paged again. I asked if a manager could sell us jewelry and she said it would be as hard to get a manager up there as it was getting someone to the jewelry department. I went back and waited with everyone a little longer Then a person came up and barked that the jewelry department was closed. We questioned him/her....sorry, not sure which...and they said there is nobody there with a key to the cases until after 1. I asked what about a manager. They said the managers dont have keys either. I stated that we had all been waiting over half an hour. They said they assumed someone would have come out and told us. Of all the employees we talked to trying to get someone out there, nobody else said it was closed. I said they should put a closed sign up. They said walmart doesnt have closed signs. I asked if they didnt have paper and a pen to avoid inconveniencing anyone else. No. I asked them to please call a manager to the jewelry department. We waited there probably another 10 minutes before the lady from electronics came by and told us again that jewelry was closed. I asked her to call a manager. By now it was 12:35, but we didnt want to wait until 1 to speak to someone. This review wont matter to walmart because they have enough customers where a few people trying to make jewelry purchases just dont matter to them, and neither does customer service because they will continue to get the same amount of business. However, I am really disappointed that a place where we spend so much money every month cant even sell us something we want and that nobody there even cared that all of the people standing there trying to buy something were also disappointed. I would like to think that if I spend money at an establishment that they will care about providing excellent...or even good...customer service. I dont want to hear about them not having enough employees because there were groups of them standing around in various areas about to do something. They could have probably made several hundred more dollars today if they had just cared a little about customer service and communication.

Walmart use to be my #1 store!! I hate the place now. I dont go there unless I have to. The employees dont want to help you out at all. You could be hurt on the floor and they would walk oñ by cause its not there dept.,they act like they dont see you.

Store I have no problem with. It is just super crowded and the parking lot gets hectic. People drive crazy through there.

DELIVERY REVIEW : Be very aware that substations will be made if they are out of what you ask for. They can be larger, smaller, or COMPLETELY DIFFERENT! Our first experience with them was a mixed bag. Produce was great. They subbed sodas for small bottles and some for little tiny bottles. The biggest problem was they subbed whole wheat flour for tortilla flour. One is wheat flour and one is corn flour. I was going to use it for dinner. That is huge mistake. When calling back to get it corrected no correction was offered other that i had to bring it back. I said that defeats the purpose of delivery 🤷‍♀️

Its ok. Its really a toss up if you can get what you need or not. Theyre always low or dont have things. It is what it is.

The Cartersville Walmart was out of so many items. I have never seen so many bare shelves it is absolutely rediculous, even things that youd never expect them to be 100% out of like microwaves. There were several items that I usually get the Walmart brand of to help save money but this time I had no other choice but to buy the name brand product because that was all they had left in stock. So now Im gonna have to go to the Walmart app or online to find all of the rest of the items that was on my list that my Walmart was out of.

As always, I try to want to shop here, but the customer service is what keeps me from it, today I was in Camping area of store looking for a lantern, two employees were maybe 5 feet from me and I asked if they had any other Lanterns and blonde, middle aged woman ( employee) told me, Uh no thats all we have .I walked two isles over & found almost an entire section of lanterns, then I showed my lantern to employee so she might help someone else and she said whatever its not my department 😞I will never ever know why these kind of people wk with or around customers, its so easy to be kind & courteous, unfortunately these kind of employees keeps alot of people from wanting to shop here!

WalMart has its perks for cheaper priced items BUT now its a dreaded chore!! The fact that I walked from one end to the other shopping having fender bender in crowded isles,I had to stand in long line for 8 minutes to checkout But NOT so a Walmart cashier could ring me up b/c theres ONLY 2registers Ran by an ACTUAL CASHIER &The other 30 are ran by thy SELF Finally, thy selfs turn. I scan & bag all my items, hit finished pay-cash & it says cant pay this way call for help😑 *Attention!! Can I please get help with my malfunctioning cashier*? A lady comes, looks, & says maam Im no malfunction cashier & what do u need? 😆 This here is the cashier maam not you the human & it reads, no cash- card only theres no sign anywhere stating this is card only-- turns out my self cashier was out of cash to give back for change in smaller bills ($20,10,5,&1). Long story here but Major issue= WE CUSTOMERS DONT GET PAID 1¢TO GO SHOPPING PLUS WE GOTTA BE OUR OWN CASHIERS, & BAGGERS TOO?? & For FREE?? COMPUTERS ARE REPLACING THE JOBS OF AMERICANS & COSTING THEM THEIR LIVELIHOODS🛑

When I arrived they did not have any shopping carts on either side. But I was finally able to get a shopping cart. Other than that the store was not overly crowded. The check out line was not crowded when I got ready to check out.

Store was being remodeled and updated. As you would expect, the store was very difficult to find items that were to be purchased. Hope this new remodel will be done soon.

Never have any checkouts open....even on weekends. This WalMart is a last resort. Ive lived here 3 years and has always had same issue...

Great selection of products. Great tool selection, sporting goods was great (lots of rifles and ammo sold here) and electronics had an amazing selection compared to most Walmart stores around.One star was lost due to the mens restroom floor being lathered in smelly urine. Hopefully, management will allow employees to do hourly checks on the restrooms so customers dont slip and fall on the urine soaked restroom floor.Most employees were helpful when they were paying attention.The Murphy Gas Station (run by Walmart out in front of the store) had decent prices on gas while I was there. I filled up my car while I was there.There was a Dollar Tree in the parking lot with several other stores available to customers.

Cartersville walmart is the worst one we have ever been in.

Update: needed a extraction, I felt a tug here and there, thought the Dr was gonna get plyers or something, but no... all done..! Very well done. Im loving the dentalcare.Went to the dental clinic. Super nice neat clean. Price conveniently listed so no surprises. Loved the care I got complete xray for $25...wow. Loved Judy the dental assistant hygienist.

Im not allowed to give half a star or less..Never answers the phone no matted what department. Never helps customers just says try our app. So many lines and long lines for self check out because no one wants to scan items.(for those who will read this and say,well you go work there then If I didnt already have a great job, id go work there.

First time ever writing one of these, but the customer service in this place is an absolute joke. Stood in line for 18 minutes to return 3 simple things. Mom with toddler in front of me brought to tears because her kid lost it while standing there waiting so long. Wonder how she would rate her experience? Entire line of people shaking their head in disbelief. One person working had absolutely no sense of urgency or care at all... several other workers dawdle by at a snails pace oblivious to anything around them. Disgusting! They should be ashamed, and treat people with complete and total disregard for their customers time. Whoever is in charge must have been on lunch.

It was good, quick and the curbside delivery is great for very busy and older people. You dont even have to get out of your vehicle.

WAY TOO CROWDED AND UNDER STAFFED!!!! Store is a complete mess!!! We are owners at Westgate Resort and use this Walmart, but will not anymore !!! Staff is rude when you ask for help, and the shelves are bare !!!! The management should prepare better, and if not upper management should step in !!!! Never again !!! No reason for lines all the way back to the back of store and registers not to be opened!!!! DO BETTER WALMART !!!

This is a smaller Walmart it still has a lot of things but the grocery section especially the frozen section is very limited. Also this Walmart seems to be crowded almost all the time because its the only one in town. The staff seems to be knowledgeable of where things are so if you dont know where something is just ask.

Dont really have a lot of stuff always out of what I need. Plus working 12 hours, having to shop, and then ringing my own stuff up and transferring it from buggy to buggy because no register with long belts open.

So convenient! They had everything I needed and somethings I didnt know I needed.

Horrible experience. This was my second time shopping at this location. I am so disappointed in how the management handled a delicate situation. I was hoping it was a one time experience, but having gone back a second time and still was belittled and talked down to by the people who are supposed to be the face of the store, validated how terrible this store is ran. I never leave reviews like this but I would hate to have anyone go through the same experience as myself.

Not a fan of Walmart, but needed something specific and was price shopping. Didnt find what I was seeking, but the clerk found a substitute. Parking lot was being resurfaced during the busy time of the day. Only a few islands were open for parking.
