Until I took Dessie’s yoga/barre class, I didn’t realize how much I needed that kind of class.. I needed to clear my head, prove to myself that I can get through difficult things. I left with confidence and a sweaty shirt. Loved it!
This studio incorporates everything. Many classes are low impact, which is important; without sacrificing the workout. In fact, you will feel muscles you didn’t know you had if done correctly. And with the staff it will be done correctly, as they are very aware, helpful and paying attention to your detail.I did ballet for most of my younger years. This combines yoga, Pilates and ballet. If done consistently it will change your body shape and give you a lean muscle look. It will also build endurance.I’ve taught Barre, Ballet, and I run. This is excellent. I can’t say enough good things about it. Dessie really cares about what people want and that they are doing exercises correctly. Love it!Susan R.
I absolutely love this studio! I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Dessie takes the time to modify any of the workouts to ensure comfort and safety. I visited Pure Barre a few weeks ago because I was out of town. I was highly disappointed in the instructor. I enlisted my conditions on the waiver and she never acknowledged that I had done so. I felt like just another number. I’d give Belle Femme 10 stars if I could! Check it out, you won’t regret it!
Dessie and Ashlyn both have a great amount of experience in the area of fitness, health, yoga, and ballet/barre! They’re so sweet and encouraging to everyone they meet!
