Karen and her manager went above and beyond today. I arrived prior to the store opening and did not realize they were closed. I Checked in online & then I called. Thankfully Karen answered and was able to help me. I’m so grateful for their help.This is excellent customer service and I will return in the future (during store hours of course!)

It took an hour to get my balloons inflated. The big one wasn’t tied properly, so it was flat by the time we got home. Less than 24 hours and the rest now look pathetic.

The employees at this location are always friendly and helpful but whoever is in charge of purchasing inventory and stock for the Cartersville location is failing miserably. I have been into this location multiple times in the last year and the stock has not been updated in a year, its really hard to plan for all the seasonal events coming up when the store purchaser is not MAKING ANY PURCHASES.

They dont even deserve the one star. I was going to deliver an order for them and all their balloons would NOT fit in my car. One of the staff members was very unprofessional. She stood there and argued with me about the balloons fitting in my car and pretty much insisted that they would fit without even seeing what my car looked like. She said another delivery driver before me was going to pick the order up but they couldnt fit them in their car either. What does that tell you? Mabie party city needs to stop relying on delivery drivers to pick up their balloon orders for them unless they are going to be driving a huge expedition. And who would be driving an expedition to deliver orders?

Excellent customer service found what I was looking for but the only had one of each! Need more inventory

This little guy is pretty cheap made, but will suffice. When asked if they had rootbeer hard candy sticks, was told brown isnt a fun color. The bins with toys in them where not organized. Store was clean, bathroom clean.Lost a star, went to decorate cake and orange and grey frosting coloring nowhere to be found. Does not open until 10 today, and party at 4....makes for a rush decorate job.

Terrible experience. The girl working Sunday shift didn’t inform us we had to pay for the balloons before blowing them up and my husband left them at counter after telling her we needed them blown and we’d walk around store giving her time . 20 min goes by we go to pick the up and surprisingly they were not blown up and it was then she informed us to pay first then told us she would take care of it after ONE customer after us . 8 CUSTOMERS LATER and we went searching for the manager to find help . Rather than stopping to help us out, she kept checking out customers and we didn’t even get a receipt ! So then the manager went to back to get receipt and she brought out the wrong receipt ! Then I told her to return everything because my son’s custom cake was in truck melting! So mad . I have back problems so I had to stand around another 20 min later waiting on them to get it together. Will not be returning . I will make the drive elsewhere and take my business here with me .

Love love love party city my go to for all my kids bday parties and Halloween is very important to our family we get everything we need in one stop for all decorations needed

The employees are kind and efficient in anything and everything they do. They have a great variety of selections. There prices are ok. I have no complaints, only compliments! Keep up the good work guys!

Amazing customer service! So helpful, they even helped me wrap gifts i otherwise would have butchered! I cant express how actually happy i am with this place, took so much stress off my shoulders. Go there for candy, gifts, ballons, bags, etc. So nice

This is the second time I have been to the store in the balloons had not even last an hour this time I talk to the manager and she apologized which Apology is fine but it dont have something that you spent a lot of money now so Ill probably whenever balloons from them again I buy balloons from dollar tree and Dollar General and spend a dollar and those balloons last week I spent a lot more on the and they dont even lasted up an hour

I had gotten a job at party city they paid 7.25 an hr. I told the manager I had two jobs and she said that was fine when I went to give her my schedual for my other jobs after working one day she let me go because I had two jobs. She refused to let me work both after she said it was ok

But over all great place for party stuff maybe ill used it on that...just wish they would of told me in i wouldnt of bought it then....

3 Big signs on front window that say 75% off Halloween. Inside only 15 and some 50 percent off stuff. Deceiving!

Their card selection is quite nice and the prices are quite reasonable on all their items.

Worst experience of my life . We shopped for emogi pillows bought 3 spent 20 bucks paid with a 100.00 the cashier miscounted, once we told her ahe still owed us money she took the change back that she had miscounted took her cash drawer went to the back few minutes later the manager came out an told us there was nothing he could do that we would have to come back the next day an get our money . The managers name was Ed an he kept out entire 100.00 bill an all we spent was 20 . Im in process of lawsuit with this store . worst customer service ever

They have everything that you could ever think of our dream of if you are hosting a party. If you have the time you can spend a couple hours in the store trying to get all of the stuff that you may ever want in order to have the party of a lifetime. And you can get it in any color you can dream of

Beware of rude employee named Kassie! She was extremely annoyed by the fact that she had to ring us up. She kept rolling her eyes at me, never thanked us for shopping there, & only interacted with us to tell us the price. We normally go to Party America in Acworth and thanks to Kassie we will continue to do so and not return to this party city.

Cashier’s actions exemplified the epitome of the racism and rudeness that still exists.
