I had my car windows done at Image last week; it was not finished, and the front windshield was cracked, and to say the least, I wasnt happy; However, I was assured that it would be made right.All the windows were stripped and completely redone very professionally, even the windshield was replaced.So what is the true sign of a good company. They make everything right.

Please do not use this company! After a year of giving JANICE (in particular) great service and business she suddenly began to forget my orders. I waited two months to receive 1 printed shirt because she kept forgetting, which is understandable because I understand we’re human and it was 1 shirt but for me to call several times in a two month time span and to basically beg her to make the shirt, is ridiculous!So months later I decided to give her another chance. I asked for two printed shirts on a Wednesday. I knew that she was forgetful so I followed up with her two days later to be sure she ordered the shirts. She confirmed on that Friday that she did (lie). She said the shirts would be ready Monday (another lie), I called her the following Wednesday she says “ohh prepare to pick them up Friday (lie)!” I call Friday and she says I said you were in line (lie). So long story short I finally got the shirts today (3 weeks later) when organized she stated it would be a four day turnaround. I ordered the shirts December 3 and today is December 23. She’s horrible!Personally I think it’s a race thing but that’s just my opinion. Hope this helps you make your screen printing decision!

We waited a month for screen printing for shirts for our family business. I was in no rush initially. But there was no communication regarding progress. I emailed asking for an idea of how long it would take, no response. I called and was told they would be done in a week. A week passed and no update. I waited another week and went into the store, I was told they were working on them and they would be done by close of business that day. No call. I waited another week and went in to see what was going on. I was told AGAIN they would be done that day. I finally just asked for my shirts back. They had not even been removed from the bag I dropped them off in. Initially, I was pleased with the design. But was disappointed with getting the run around especially after being understanding and patient. We understand sometimes things happen that can cause customer inconvenience. If I was offered an apology or even a discount for the inconvenience, I would have been willing to do business with this company.

I originally tried to order xmas stuff for my son, the 17 of December knowing it was very close to xmas I was surprised when she said she could have it ready .. it is the 8th of January and Im still waiting after being told 3 different times on when itll be done .. very unprofessional and completely unorganized 10 out of 10 would not recommend

I have worked with this company for years. They are some of the best in the business when it comes to signs, graphics, screen printing and more. I have used them for multiple services. Ill share my last experience with you all. I was looking for a specific design on a shirt for my son...most places I checked out told me it would take 3 days minimum. I came to Image in a pinch for time. Not only did they say it could be done, but they had the shirt completed in 2 HOURS!! Janice continues to amaze me!!Remember, you get what you pay for...and I promise you, you will be thoroughly pleased with this business.

For us, having Mike Alexander at Image Screen Printing has been fortuitous indeed.When we first began planning an outdoor sign for our new store, we knew that Mike was well reputed, so we contacted him about the project. Not only did he spend several hours on his computer constructing a variety of attractive options for us, but he also made several trips to our new location to present even more options and ideas. There are some who would decry Mike’s efforts as just “ salesmanship.” Let me just say as a veteran retailer, that good, sincere salesmanship can be damned hard work, and I respect his persistence in promoting his product.Initially, we had agreed for Mike to create a somewhat lavish new sign; alas, buildout and display expenses for the new store exceeded projections. I went with my sister to get her car windows tinted here, and instantly regretted it. The guy who did it clearly didnt know what he was doing. He didnt even finish the job. He did such a HORRIBLE job. The customer service was bad. The owner was very rude and aggressive. She didnt like the fact that we called them out for the bad work. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. We are trying to get a FULL refund back.
