Needed a washer and dryer ASAP!! After dealing with Aaron’s (will never do again!!) I called these guys, they got me everything I needed at the best price possible! The staff is extremely helpful and so friendly!! I would absolutely recommend them!

As long as you talk to them they will work with you. they came through me many times on many different issues Ive bought thousands of dollars worth of merchandise over the years from them, and Will is awesome.

I am renting a washing machine through this store it quit working saturday night. I called them monday and everyday they have told me oh we will have someone out there today no one has came no phone calls nothing i hope yall dont expect a payment this week from for a product i havent been able to use in almost a week

Got me a MacBook that was locked and did not seem to care. Save your time and money. If you have to go to Aaron’s much better place to deal with

This place isn’t even worth a star. First and foremost the woman at the counter, is rude, has an attitude constantly. The store manager is also the same, leaving threats, came to my house banging on windows, both doors, nearly breaking my front door window. When owed a good chunck of money, they are suppose to send a sopena, but will the store manager was telling me he was going to have the cops arrest my roommate at work if she didn’t return the merchandise which is illegal (he has a connect) Never again will I work with this rent a center . They are terrible rude people, I wouldn’t like anything better but to have the place shut down!

Harassing us 17 days before payment. Then 3 days before payment they bang on our door and take our co-signer stove even when they too had a payment plan. They dont follow through. Their management is disgraceful.Their appliances arent even a whole set. They left out three important Accessories in the fridge we are paying for.This place doesnt even deserves a star, they should just shut down the business if they cant up hold the agreements theyd made.

This is one of the worst storms Ive ever seen in my life. They have roaches in there washers and dryers. Me and my husband had bought a TV from them and the store manager said that we could get the TV back to days after we make the payment come to find out they had sold the TV that the manager had promised to us. Theyre very aggressive And violent they came to my house kicking and hitting my doors. I think they should close the store down if they cant get appropriate customer service in there.

Go to buddies RUN AWAY will and brad are the most disrespectful people that work there and will tell you anything
