Awesome customer service from the entrance to the exit! An employed greeted me and was enthusiastic in helping me find the product I was looking for. He was knowledgeable about the products and locations. He escorted me to customer service to make my exchange and the representative was super friendly and made great conversation relating to my purchase.

Service was great! Their was an worker on isle where I was going. He took me to the product that I was looking for.

I have to admit, theyre pretty good. I went to a local farm supply store and wasnt greeted even though there were two employees doing nothing. Asked about buying a tiller and they didnt have any even though their main business is power equipment. Then told me I wouldnt be able to find one this year probably. Went to home Depot, bought a tiller, everyone was very friendly, came home. Such a pleasant experience compared to the local guys.

Home Depot is always cool... I recently quit working at Lowes and shopping at Home Depot again 😏 and as always my shopping experience was awesome, the staff was a bunch of teenagers, but they had more knowledge than over half of the staff at ole blue and white. The prices were pretty fair and better as well. Feels good to bleed orange again

My cousin bought a washing machine from this location and it doesnt work properly, so she wanted to exchange it. She called them two days after it was delivered and they told her they couldnt help her. She spent 900 dollars on a washing machine she hates and the store wouldnt help her or let her do an exchange. She called and called and nothing. Her experience makes me never want to shop there again!

Not much to say about home Depot. All of their stores are usually pretty good. Price has gotten ridiculous and has been difficult to get help in any department

Very helpful. I dont believe the customer is always right, but do deserve some attention. I was looking for a particular item and was able to reach a person to talk to. Not just getting passed around, listening to a phone ring until infinity. They havent invented a computer with feelings yet. You cant replace a human being with a computer generated voice. Still much appreciated.Tired of hearing your business is much appreciated, your call is very important to us, please stay on the line, someone will be with you shortly. I would rather hear, call back later, we are swamped, no time for you, everyone laid out of work. The truth is always better. Thanks again and heres my rant for today.

Home Depot has products but it can be hard to find, easy to find an associate who will point you to a row but seldom assist you.Again, some Home Depot associates are very unhelpful onsite so Ill go online.

Well I happen to be shopping at homedepot today! And I was in the paint dept looking for some colors for my daughter’s room. There’s a very nice lady that works there. She seems to know pretty much everything in the dept. People kept asking her questions and she seemed to know it all. I give her the 5 stars. A customer came in screaming and being irrational. I noticed she never lost her cool. He even pushed the cans of paint and was being super abusive towards her.. But not once was there a manager or an assistant manager present to assist her with this impossible customer.. she took the abuse till the very end, when some assitant manager woman comes after allllll is said and done.. I wonder if managers wait and watch till the mess is over to then help their employees.. I felt bad for the worker. It left a bad impression of how homedepot treats its employees. But more so they should’ve thrown the customer out.. no one should get disrespected. 👎🏼👎🏼

If I could give this store a zero I would. I will NEVER shop at this store again!!! I visit this store because I’m building a privacy fence. On day one of buying the supplies, we couldn’t find any help. We asked for help, no one came. On our way out of the store, someone decided to stop us to try to help. I purchase over 250 pickets. We get home and more than half were damaged. I called the store manager Scott and informed him that I will be returning the pickets the following day. When I arrive at the store, Scott the manager wanted to view the pickets. He approached me with a nasty attitude and said he didn’t see anything wrong with the pickets. Even though the pickets had mold and they were cracked. Poor customer service and a bad attitude, went to customer service and got a full refund. I then drove over to Home Depot in Rome. I was treated properly and I didn’t have to search for help. Help was there when I walk into the doors. Thank you Rome Home Depot for great customer service.

I visited the Cartersville store to purchase several items as requested from our agency, a lot of items that I was completely unfamiliar with. Kyle Smith from the Hardware area saw my struggle and offered to assist. She quickly went from item to item on my list as she knew the department well. She was the most friendly and helpful person I think I have ever encountered at Home Depot. She went above and beyond for Customer Service and should be commented.

HD stands for Hundred Dollars. And thats what I spend every time I go in. Lol.

On this visit I had an issue while attempting to make it to the sink aisle and had to wait for a flag man and lift to put something at an isle end then another came down the isle I was waiting at and looked at me like I could move out of his way somehow, so when I was cleared to safely walk to the sink isle dang if he didnt come down it next, so I decided to leave before I got ran down since he didnt have any support blocking the isle or watching for customers safety. Its a shame, because the store was nice, and I wanted to get what I needed and leave, but it wasnt meant to be, for lack of employee training on customer respect and safety.

Looked for small package of clear and lawn edgjng fur landscape. Found what we needed, hut as is always the case, we came out with much more than we intended.

You all made sure the questions were answered and the products/supplies I was seeking were explained to me in detail and you two went as far as to locate every item I needed. Me and my friends absolutely LOVE coming to the ladies night out workshops.... Kristen and Courtney make the experience super fun. They are smart and know how to run all the power tools. Not to mention they are very talented ... I have given home Depot alot of money because of these two wonderful employees and this workshop.

It was fun to look at all the cute Christmas toys that sing, the beautiful lites and smell the douglas fir Christmas 🎄 that just arrived. My grandson is 9 and we had fun together. Even ran into some schoolmates that bought outdoor Christmas items. We are going back! Soon...

Store is good. Staff is friendly and takes good care of customers. Staff are 5 star... Layout is a 4 star. It is not possible to navigate the customer service area and social distance 6 ft unless you are the only customer. Protect staff and make going around plexi shields at customer service desks harder.

Friendly service and great help locating items

We ordered a refrigerator online to be delivered today 2/10. Firstly, they delivered it basically threw it in the middle of the floor. Said they could not hook it up we even was moving out the old one for them . To make a long story shore the ref and freezer handles are missing. You cannot get a hold of anyone in the delivery department . I called the delivery guy back because I had his number he basically told me that was common I have to contact Home Depot. Also they scratched the front door. After we removed the plastic we seen it it is bad. Dont ever ever order appliances to be delivered from Home Depot. I have been in the apartment business for 30 years I never seen such a poor delivery service ( Spirit ) is the name of it also the delivery person asked the resident if she had any pain pills he hurt his back. This was a nightmare

Dale was awesome today as he helped me find the tools and material I needed to repair the wall in my bathroom since my 9 year old son thought it would be a good idea to use my towel rack to do pull ups on. He was so pleasant and friendly to me and my children, and showed me exactly what I needed. Thank you Dale!

They were very fast very convenient took care of the return I needed to make and the three things that I couldn’t find my receipt for they were able to put on a store credit card no problem no questions asked which was amazing because even though I keep every receipt it was a hell of a hassle trying to find the receipt anyways they were very nice very kind and very respectful and I just wanted to show them some appreciation

First, let me start with the fact that I’m not the type to review companies and never thought I would have to review Home Depot, one of my favorite companies, but now I do. I have had the worst experience trying to buy a dishwasher for my family. It started with my wife and I deciding to upgrade our dishwasher. We went to buy a new one in store and have it delivered a week later. Well, when it was delivered, the installers cut the water line from our old dishwasher (which was working, we were just trying to upgrade it) making it unusable. They then installed the new dishwasher and immediately opened it to see that the product was defective from the factory. Since they cut the waterline to our old dishwasher, they were unable to re-install it therefore leaving us with a new but broken one. My pregnant wife, sister, and I have now been hand washing all of our dishes (not just for us three, but also for my three young children) for two weeks now and were promised a new dishwasher would be delivered within three-five business days. We just now found out the day before the new dishwasher was to be delivered that it is discontinued and the replacement has not yet been manufactured and will take two more months to be delivered. Moral of the story, learn from my mistake, don’t buy any major appliances from Home Depot, join Costco if you can, and buy them from there.

Self Check out is ridiculous, because the space for purchases is so small in the bagging area.

I exchanged a couple of items this past weekend, and had them hold on to them until I finished shopping. Of course I forgot them when I checked out. I went in today to see if they still had the items. They didnt, but were able to look up the purchase and allowed me to get the same items from the floor. I cant think of anything negative to say about the folks who work at the Cartersville Home Depot!!

I love going to HD but sometimes you just have to follow your instincts. I got bad directs to a product i needed....walked all the way across the store...it wasnt there....found another employee....her directions sounded more likely....i walked to where she said it would be....and it was not only there, but she had followed me at a discreet distance to make sure i found it....she was very informed. Turned into a pleasant trip.

Well I have had to go from Woodstock, to Holly Springs, Canton and now Cartersville. We finally got great help in Canton he also helped us find what I needed at another store. Woodstock was terrible can never get any help. But the Canton store on Riverstone Pkwy is so helpful and awesome. Great job
