This CVS pharmacy is well staffed and super efficient. I got both my covid vaccine doses here and also have my prescriptions sent here. I will definitely continue to be a regular customer! Clermont helped me today and she was so kind and helpful when I had an issue with my rewards card.
The One (1) Star is for the Pharmacy. I went to this CVS because, I was in the neighborhood and needed vitamins. I needed a question answered about one of the Vitamins I was buying. I went to the Pharmacys Consultation Window, I stood patiently for at least 7-8 minutes as these young people either made or choose not to make eye contact with me. Clearly they were ignoring me, but I do not know why. I then called to the gentleman, who answered by walking over. I asked him my question and he was able to answer it (fast) was an understatement. I was polite, and even thanked him.This group of people are NOT FIRST RESPONDERS. Why they have jobs is anybodys guess. They are UNPROFESSIONAL and INCONSIDERATE.I work with High School students, that are Special Needs, my Students have more care and are more Professional than this group at this CVS PHARMACY(I would NEVER RECOMMEND anyone to have a prescription filled here)150 West Carson St. Carson, CA.
I mean if I could I wouldn’t give them any stars. I’m talking about the pharmacy and how extremely unprofessional, ignorant, rude and condescending they are. Not only the pharmacists have a terrible attitude but all of pharmacy techs as well.. at least the ones I have came across have.. they do not listen to your doctors orders as if the pharmacist is a doctor himself lol such a joke.. I’ve found all CVS pharamacys I have gone to are this exact same way. Walgreens is the way to go for pharmacy needs!
Hands down the best 24 hours pharmacy in town Tommy the graveyard pharmacist is absolutely the best you got something wrong with you hell try to work it out figure out whats wrong with you and get you going again I just it all fairness everybody in the whole store is nice very knowledgeable

They are ALWAYS OPEN! I NEED THAT in my life! I ALWAYS am treated kindly by there staff. They normally ALWAYS have the prescriptions I need AND whenever I am going through life changing events and rearranging my schedule, I sometimes find myself with no insurance and difficult to pay for my prescriptions. They go above and beyond, out of there ways, ALL the time to ensure I receive the most affordable pricing. EVERYONE has health issues at least once in there lifetime and I have yet to see an incredible group of workers so happy to help. I feel they ALL should get raises and have been receiving my medications from this pharmacy for more than 10 YEARS now. I honestly from the bottom of my heart, appreciate people who take pride in there work and this is a location great at showing that! Thank you CVS Pharmacy Staff on Main St in Carson City, CA!
I am allergic to coconut, and I needed a shampoo. A woman with half blonde and half black hair helped me, even when I gave up she kept going. I was still in the store, when she found it and gave it to me. I am so happy that she continued looking, and found it. Saved me a trip to another store
I drop of my prescription the people here working here told me to come back in 2 hours I came back and 2 hours and 30 min my prescription was still not even ready drove from far they told the would expedite another 30 min

Excellent service! I cane her at 4am from Redondo Beach to Carson because this was the only open 24 hours CVS. I called first to make sure the thermometer I needed was in stock and it was they kept it on hold for me. My baby has a fever so I didnt know what to get the customer service employee told me I could talk to the pharmacist and he was really helpful. Thank you guys so much you literally helped me and my family and would drive down to you guys again if needed to.
I was recently at the location and I was very uncomfortable by one of the workers whose name is Celeste. I feel like they should hire people who make us feel welcomed and not want to run off.
04/20/2020 I called CVS today to followup on a new order re: one of my prescriptions .I called my Drs office and the nurse assured me that the new order was already sent to CVS last week. Alisa answered my call . I told her the reason for my call and asked when I can pick up refill for my prescription based on the new order . I told her that I received a text message from CVS that I will be able to pick up on the 27th . Her answer was that text was from the CVS corporate office, as far as she is concerned, my prescription wont be filled till May 7. What??? So she is not responsible to whatever the corporate office texts to customers!! What inefficient and rude and very discourteous towards an elderly person like me . I told her that according to my doctors office, a new order was already sent to CVS, if she can ps follow up w/ my doctors office .She said its not her job to follow up w/ the doctor . What!!! I transferred my prescription provider here to CVS carson because I heard so many good reviews from my friends re: how nice and fast and pleasant the customer service staff here, and yes, I admit . Everybody here is so friendly, approachable, kind and courteous, EXCEPT this one name ALISA. Pick up your prescription or deal w/ your concerns w/ other staff, avoid her . She is ruining the reputation of the other excellent staff members . I hope the manager reads this .

In the cosmetic section, I was looking at the various shades of lip products. Some of the items were already open so I open an item believing that it was a tester to check the shade. The person was rude and raised her voice to me saying do you mind not open that. I said I thought it was a tester. She says we dont have testers. You are breaking the tape. I said theres no tape on this which is why I open it. She goes if it was a tester it would say tester. She mentioned that there was 100% return policy. Then she turned around to walk away and said something under her breath.There were multiple items in the front of each display without a seal on it. There should be some way to check an item before purchase. Im sure no one wants to return to the store to return a cosmetic item. Why arent there testers to assist the customer in a purchase?Not happy... I have been supporting this location before the store name change.

This store at this location is so bad! Only 1cashier, no one knows anything about where is what. The Pharmacy is so bad. Pharmacist dont even know what there doing! Very rude and dont even greet. They never answer the phone lines!!! Im on hold for 30 mins. They send a text saying meds are ready and when you get there there not ready!!! Ive heard alot of complains about this store.. they need to have a better manager.
Don’t do photos here. WiFi system cuts out every 5 min and staff is too busy to help. Just one computer. Go to Walgreens. Much better!!

I transfer to this CVS branch since we moved to Carson. I have been dropping off my prescription for 2 consecutive weeks but until now I dont have the refill of Lisinopril 40 mg. I run out of this prescription and I am having a headache every morning because I havent taken it for a week. They lack coordination on how to have a quick renewal of prescription. Service is poor with this branch compared to my previous CVS branch in Atlantic. This branch doesnt even call to update me if there is a problem. I am disappointed with this CVS branch.
Dont sign up for notifications. Its a barrage of pressure to refill scripts simply because its possible, and extremely difficult to turn off.

I use to get my meds And refills here but not any more. The pharmacist is rude and uncaring. My meds were never on time or on the day they said it would be ready. The entire staff could do with some extended training and learn how to fill prescriptions in a more professional manner. In my experience (Im 76yrs. Old)this is the worst.

The supervisor or the guy that “counts the money “ really hates himself or maybe just his job w.e it is homie need to check himself I approached him as a gentleman saying excuse me I’m sorry to bother with my 2 year old son who had to use the restroom n he reply’s with it is not our duties to provide bathrooms to the public I brushed it off n responded by telling him I’m a paying customer there is no need to give me that story but before going up to him I asked Emily but I felt as if I was bothering her because I see that Emily had a long line I understand they have a job to do but if you don’t like your job there is no reason to catch attitudes with customers, every one at this cvs needs to check themselves and take some customer service classes or quit your job one or the other. the supervisor got defensive when I called em out on hating his job, that he start to insult my mcm back pack lmao little does he know that my bag cost more then what he makes in a month i swear ima humble person but I just had to let it be known n I know he’s gonna see this message too bad I didn’t get his name I will be updating this review with his name and picture
If you shopping or looking for a card for mothers days this week. 5/5/19 thur 5/12/19 dont go to this CVS location they dont have them at this location according to the store manager/ staff. Sad to see this store Mgr dont have Mothers day card on stock this year. All other CVS has them..the CVS on main st has mothers day cards...

Two weeks ago, I received a text asking if I want my Rx filled. I said yes and they said it’d be ready on a Wednesday. Called to check and they weren’t done. I got the same text a week later and this time, I showed up two days after they told me they’d be ready. Still not there. Told me to return in an hour. I call an hour later and after being put on hold for 20 minutes, I was hung up on! WTH!!!!!!!

CVS Pharmacy is HORRIBLE .... I went there today to drop off a prescription for my son and the pharmacy tech Rosalinda couldnt even spell his name right even though it was on his prescription, let alone, her English was Horrible! I was told it would take an hr to fill, so 3 hrs later, I come back only to find out his prescription was NEVER filled. The pharmacy tech Rosalinda acted non shalant about it even though she was the one who supposedly took his prescription and processed it and told me it would be an hr. My even a courtesy call to let me know the prescription wasnt processed, NOTHING!! While I was there, there was another customer complaining about his prescription not being filled either for the same reason. Luckily, I was assisted by another pharmacy tech Tony who was very apologetic and I so appreciated that. Please, steer clear of this pharmacy, they are awfully slow and if you must go there, steer clear of Rosalinda, she totally lacks professionalism and good luck understanding her! Corporate needs to do something about the horribly SLOW service!! DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK!!!!!

I went to pick up my husbands prescription and while I was waiting 2 of the pharmacist, pregnant young girl and dummy looking kid, were talking about an older man not wanting to help him, born 1943. Talking bad about him right in front of me and purposely making him wait. I complained to the manager on sight. RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES.
