At this location there isnt a long wait (most of the time). Their service is fast. Friendly staff. Parking lot is shared with other business, so yes the lot is a bit crowded.

This Starbucks is always awesome, fast and friendly workers are always willing to go above and beyond. A great way to start your morning. Even if the drive-thru line is long at this location it’s worth the wait because they always get my order correct.

My drink was made perfectly. I just did not like how the drive thru employee just thrusted my drink at me when I got to the window. She did not look at me or say anything. I guess that is what happens when you order through the app at this location.

Ordered a drink with no ice, was later given a drink with ice in it. When i returned it, they gave me another drink with more ice in it. I politely told them that i didnt want ice. The drive thru barista Lyssa told me that the first drink handed to me didnt have ice. I told her it did, i saw it. Then another barista in the back informed me that the drink is made with ice so ice cubes floating in the drink is normal. Ive ordered the same peach green tea lemonade with no ice for years and its never been a problem. I finally got my drink with no ice after someone repoured the drink and filtered out the ice. I was made to feel that i was asking for too much when ive heard other people order way more specific drinks. The drink didnt even look right. So i ended up going to another starbucks where i ordered my drink with absolutely no problems.

A great place to celebrate your birthday or just hang out.. clean and neat great customer service.. kids friendly. The food was great.. and yummy. Yes i will definitely be back on my birthday/ 2/ 23/2020.. to get my freebie..🏆💋💜🍰

I asked for a venti skinny cinnamon dolce latte made with almond milk on ice. I did not realize until after I pulled off that it was not a skinny latte.

Hours arents updated. Nothing to show starbucks was closed when you drive into drive thru.

Awesome service! (Dont know their names but they know who they are 🤗) The Cashier inside was so friendly but not annoying like other fake friendlies lol. The guy who made my Chai did an awesome job! It was the tastiest Starbucks Chai I have had so far. Im so picky with it (no water, extra pump, soy milk, extra whip) and it was perfect because the cashier and the barista made suggestions so it could taste even better! I had to order a second one for my boyfriend. Nice, Ill be back...

Ive heard complaints from people about this spot and yea, their right. Complaints have varied from bad food/drink to getting orders wrong to taking forever to bad attitudes from workers including managers. I didnt have all those bad experiences this time...service was fast and they were super nice and smiley. But my breakfast sandwich was so gross because it was cold! Like it wasnt cooked/heated up enough. I know they get them frozen and then pop them in that heater thing. But I feel like it wasnt in there long enough and tasted some cold spots that made it so gross.

I waited longer in the drive through lane than I have ever waited at a Starbucks & when I got my order, the cup wasnt even full. No apologies for the wait either! Bad.

Clean store in small, busy strip mall, right off the fwy. Friendly employees but one of the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Drive-thru is always the fastest if you are in a hurry. Near my work, I frequent it occasionally. No matter what time (between 9 am to 6 pm) that Ive been there, the wait is at least 7-10 minutes when I go in to the store. This is true of picking up orders pre-ordered through the app and walk-ins. Very few customers in store, never more than two people in front of me, usually tables available even at lunchtime. Always 5-6 employees behind the counter, usually conversing with each other but very friendly when they are interacting with customers. Very small merchandise and bagged coffee selection, clean restrooms and condiment bars.

I always buy the White chocolate mocha frappGet it right all the time.. exept in the morning, I asked if it was the drink I ordered and the lady said yes... but it had caramel and tasted like caramel and too sweet. its the second time so im guessing i have to try another starbucks. Unless thats how the White chocolate mocha frapp is supposed to taste..

I agree with the other comment, the most Ghetto location, where employees think they are doing you a favor by making your cup of coffee, not realizing that my $6.35/cup of coffee is contributing to their growth and wages. Their staff is the most unfriendly, mistreat their patrons accusing them of behavior that didnt even take place. Manager, should really pay closer attention to staffs customer service. I will NEVER go back to this location and will re-think about spending $6.35/cup at a different location.
