I got me an iPhone 11 SE RED and I love it. I walked in looking for iPhone charger and manager Ryan B offered me a great deal on phone plan and on phone. $50 for an iPhone can’t beat it. I upgraded my phone and it still does not work to my satisfaction. Today will be the third time I will be going in store to have it looked at. Ive spent about 3 three hours of my time trying to just get this phone to work. I have pretty much been without a phone for the weekend. Very unhappy customer ☹️. I will ask today to give me back my old phone, no upgrade.

Shopped at Walmart next door and was greeted by Ryan while walking by. He asked who I had as a provider and asked for a chance to earn my business.. It didnt hurt to check... come to findout Cricket is actually AT&T. Since its owned by them, they get all the same towers as long as you on their Unlimited plan. Ryan got me setup real quick with a new phone on promotions for switching over and helped save me an additional $5 a month by setting up Autopay. Got their protection program for the phone as well and I only pay $65 a month with tax included. I might try to switch my family over since they have a 4 lines of Unlimited for $100... loving the service.... so happy to pass by that day.. Im saving over $40 a month and getting better coverage than T-Mobile
