I am pleased with David’s superb customer service! Very knowledgeable young man, patient and well-spoken. His calm and welcoming attitude put you at ease. He explains differences in services in the simplest way. He recommends every accessory and benefits that customer will need for their purchase. I worked as a Store Manager in Retail for 22 years… I can say that His Managers and the AT&T company are lucky to have him in their team. He deserves a raise and a promotion! Great Job.

I had to go into the Carson Store on Avalon near mall.The rep that assisted me, I wish I would have remembered his name,, showed a genuine concern for the reasons I had to make my visit and I felt as if I was bring my issues to family. With COVID restrictions people want you out quickly but he took the time to listened and resolved my issue. It is rare and I hardly get this kind of excellent customer service. I will have to stop by to get his name to repost so everyone can request his assistance. He was awesome.

Was helped out by David who took care of me and my mom. Came in to switch our autopay account, which David took care of quickly, and got my mom set up with her phone upgrade. My mom is older and hard of hearing, and he was really patient and knew how to deal with us to make her feel comfortable. The small things like kneeling down to her level and seating us and finding us ways to save money were appreciated. He even helped troubleshoot the issue of my mom not being able to use her data which we’ve been scratching our heads over for months. Cheers to going above and beyond to make the experience nice and easy!

I honestly wouldn’t recommend this store, the way they tried to “help” us felt like a complete rip off. They never explained anything to and it felt like they were hiding important pieces of information. When we got the bill, let’s just say that we were surprised to see so many unexplained charges. Also they were the ones signing all of our contracts and barely explained them to us.

Genesis Carson office on Avalon - was extremely helpful..she let me know I was in a corporate AT&T...I had a bad experience with a non corporate store (Harbor City) & they changed my account plans etc. (about 3-4yrs ago) without my permission...so it was good she let me know it was corporate office - something every Representative should let people know. I’ve had other issues at previously visited AT&T’s, but this one was able to help me greatly. The sales associate Jose and the manager Tiny were by far the best when it comes to helping customers. Would recommend going to this location because by far these associates take their jobs seriously and care for their customers.

Wow talk about amazing service!! Called this store on a Friday evening on the hunt for a very specific phone that wasn’t available near me. I spoke to Tiny and he said they had it in stock so I packed up the kids and went on a mission. Once I got there immediately they were all so welcoming. Jose took care of me the entire time and had so much patience with my millions of questions. He was able to set my kids and I up with the whole bundle! I highly recommend coming here for the amazing service. My kids and I couldn’t be happier!!

I was in a pretty bad situation with my daughters phone that she broke some how some way... teenagers, in any case, the guys at this AT&T branch was super friendly and was capable of helping us in ways that I didn’t think would work. The manager personally helped us and David, the salesman was completely helpful. We walked out with less stress and problem solved with the least amount of money lost from a broken iPhone 11. If you have teenagers with an expensive phone, buy the insurance, it will save you a huge headache! Thanks for the awesome experience guys!
