Service at my local My Hearing Center office is outstanding. They are cheerful, cooperative and always willing to make the customer pleased. It is a pleasure to work with them and rely on them for service!!

I was scheduled to have my hearing aids cleaned today and it didnt take more than 10 minutes. Dan the doctor and his receptionist are very personable and professional.

Very good and prompt bur no clue as to dark brown had residue on battery interior deposits. They will be ordering new outer cases for the earring aids. they must also look at residue in the amour microphones. this depositing so far is unexplained and without logical reasonings.

From the moment I was contacted by Angela to the moment I left the office I was totally satisfied, they were very professional and friendly. The Audiologist was thorough and patient. He explained my results and recommended an ENT to see. Thanks for the great customer service

Very happy with the service I received. I went in with a right side non-working Signia unit and in a matter of minutes, Brittany had repaired it, replaced the plastic globe and off I went - 100% in working order. I had thought I would have to leave them to pick up after the 3-day weekend. Thank you for the exceptional service!

They are very professional and they care for their clients. They treat us like one of the family and if we have a problem with our hearing aids you can just walk in and they will fix it on the spot. In my opinion it is the best place to get the help you need to get your hearing check out.

I have been partially deaf all my life, and getting the ability to hear on both sides was amazing! Dan at my hearing center was attentive and understanding. I can hear clearly and with both ears. Went to Carson City office to have hearing aids checked. No appointment. Female technician at front desk checked both hearing aids and went over the proper cleaning process. Very friendly and professional. Also set up an appointment for routine check-up.

A friend of mine recently suggested that I get my hearing tested at My Hearing Centers. I didnt think that I really had a hearing problem but figured there was no harm in getting it checked out. When I arrived, the staff was very friendly and I could tell that I would be in good hands. The test was quick and afterward I was given an honest answer. They told me that I did not have a serious hearing problem. Any questions that I may have had were given a knowledgeable response. I would definitely recommend that everyone (even if you think you dont have a hearing problem) go and take advantage of this opportunity that I so fortunately got to experience.

I did not think I had a hearing problem but thought it would be a good idea to have a test done anyway. I got very honest answers and the guy explained my test results very clearly to me. I had a little bit of hearing loss but it was not bad enough to need hearing aids. Instead of trying to sell me hearing aids, he was very sincere and helpful and told me I should get my hearing tested again in a year. I would recommend My Hearing Centers. I was impressed with how knowledgeable they were and how they treated me.

I loved my experience with the office and especially with Jason Shirley. What a knowledgeable, attentive and effective person! He suggested hearing aids I could afford and gave me excellent instructions so that I was able to get the most out of very sophisticated devices. Dr. Shirley is wonderful! He made me feel comfortable right away. After my testing he explained the results and my needs, and answered all of my questions and concerns. He was knowledgeable in the hearing aids that would best suit me, my lifestyle, and my budget. After making my decision he ordered my new hearing aid and by the end of the week I was enjoying it! He had me come back after a week to make adjustments to the program. Then I came back a couple more times for fine tuning. Dr. Shirley is very thorough and made sure that I was completely happy with my hearing aid. Dr. Shirley doesnt go away after you have your hearing aid. He is there anytime you have a problem with your hearing aid. And he has a great low cost battery program!I am ecstatic with my choice of doctor and hearing aid! Thanks Dr. Shirley!

My first experience was at the Reno office after attending a seminar in Carson City by Mark Butler. I made the appointment because I was very impressed with the presentation. He was able to adjust my hearing aids, purchased elsewhere, so much better than where I had purchased them. I was delighted when the Carson City office opened with Nathan Evans. They are so much more knowledgeable than anyone Ive been to before and do not promote any particular hearing aid--having the hearing aid that is best for you is what they accomplish, and there is no hard sell.

Jason Shirley is an amazing account manager and service professional. Understanding how my husbands hearing has decreased really helped me help him with the transition into hearing aids. We were also impressed that Jason took a conservative route when choosing the correct pair of aids to recommend...not going for the most expensive. We also found him very accommodating when my husband was hospitalized for an emergency surgery and was scheduled for his first adjustment the same week. Mr. Shirley met us at the hospital so we didnt have to make an extra trip. Amazing in this day and age. This is a first class group of caring professionals.

I brought my 25 yr old son here to the Carson City location on an emergency while he was here visiting. I got a quick next day apt after calling. I have to say they have the friendliest staff. Knowledgeable team. No wait for apts. Extremely professional and personable. I recently had to return w a broken aid and they hooked up right up since we still had it under warranty they didnt charge me a dime for this apt. They are real Angels. A must for hearing aid purchase or repairs. You wot be treated better anywhere else!

I have been struggling with hearing doctors and hearing centers all my life, and this is probably the best, most professional, nicest environment, Jason is a great guy, he helped me fix my hearing aids that have been messed up due to another Doctor in Florida. His assistant is lovely and kind, and very helpful, and so was Jason, definitely a great place!

My husband and I had earplugs made which were far better than the standard plugs. Staff was very helpful and professional.

Being a 29 yr old with horrible hearing he explained everything to me that was causing my hearing loss and educated me on it. I know what started my hearing loss at the age of 20, and, never mind that workplace testers said I dont need hearing aids, when I thought someone asked for a metric sawzall I had had enough guessing.Nate confirmed what I knew (and, his test results matched the hearing loss levels of prior tests I have had), and educated me about aspects of the hearing loss I didnt realize. Having been looking around, I knew what the costs would be, how much my insurance would cover, how much I would be in for. Surprise! They got me 24 month interest free financing for the balance left over after my deposit and insurance coverage.A very pleasant experience. Nice to meet someone who knows what games hearing loss puts you through. Free batteries for the next two years, I didnt expect. They dont just give em to you and are done with you; it is a process of getting used to all the new sounds in stages, working you up to full power as you are ready for it. And, phone call check-backs, where I was able to easily get in and have a slight size adjustment.It is now a new world out there for me. They dont give you dumb amplifiers, these things are sweet. Nate put in a noise reduction program for when I am in noisy areas at work. Controls on one ear changes the volume in both, the other ear selects the sound processing schemes for both. Wireless.. Nate can make any changes you need in his office while you wear them.Oh.. watch for their new office location, they will be moving (in Carson City) closer to the center of town. Personable, professional (no else showed me on the response chart where vowels and consonants fall), and just downright there to serve you!

First time needing and wearing hearing aids,a very wonderful experience, Jason and his staff are very helpful and I was amazed at the technology of our age, I am 73 sooooo it was awesome and fit into my budget and fun, my wife no longer has to plug her ears when watching TV lol
