I was expecting to walk into a business and deal with people who didn’t have any experience with what I needed. But when I told Kayla, the representative that helped me, that I needed my fingerprints done to renew my teaching license, she started asking me the questions that showed me she not only knew exactly what I needed, but she was completely able to help me. Within minutes, I was being fingerprinted and my prints were sent directly to the Nevada Department of Education. It was the easiest part of my renewal process. I would highly recommend Fingerprinting Express in Carson City! The location is easy to find, the service was speedy and friendly, the staff is knowledgeable, and they even give discounts to teachers!! Well done, Kayla and Fingerprinting Express!

I walked in about 2 minutes after they closed. The girl (I think her name was Stephanie) was really friendly and helped me out anyways. Took less than 5 minutes to get fingerprinted. Definitely recommend this location. Will use them again.

Michelle helped me today and was very nice and quick! I was there less than 10 minutes and got fingerprinted to volunteer at my kids school. I would definitely recommend going here.

The rate is very reasonable, Michelle is great. Unfortunately for her she was the only employee working today (day after Presidents Day) and was very busy but she handled the customer demand well and I was out of there relitively quickly. I drove down From S Lake Tahoe and still think it was worth the trip. Would recommend.

Just got my fingerprints done at Fingerprint Express. My cards are thicker than the regular cards so they kept jamming their printer. Stephanie was great. She was so patient and persistent. After the 5th time trying I was ready to give up. But she kept on trying and finally she got it to print. What a great employee. I will definitely come back!

I work in an industry that constantly makes me get fingerprinted. Today was my first interaction with Stephanie, and she was a rockstar. Granted I was the only other person there at the time, but she greeted me warmly, got right to what I needed, and got me in and out nicely and quickly. For those of us that need this kind of service, its great to have people like Stephanie there to help.

Michelle helped me today and was very friendly. She got me fingerprinted and out the door very quickly. My husband was able to come during his lunch time and there was no wait. Very clean business with friendly staff.

Kayla was extremely helpful. She was friendly, efficient and personable. Glad I didnt have to drive all the way to Reno to have my fingerprints done! Sadly, my inked fingerprints were rejected by the Washington State Board of Nursing. They are allowing FE to capture my fingerprints using Livescan this time. Michelle helped me today (4/17/19) & was very efficient. Hopefully, they wont be rejected a second time.

Michelle helped me both on the phone and in person. She was very professional and took care of my needs quickly. She answered every question with knowledge. If the need were to arise, I will definitely use their services again.

Michelle was amazing, so personable, patient and knowledgeable. I had a problem making my prints as my prints were flat, Michelle was great, talking us through it, explaining to me what was happening, while attending to other customers entering the facility and waiting to be served. She kept her cool, and was so efficient!

Great, took less than 5 minutes to have my document notarized. After going to 2 other competitor locations in Carson City (their websites said they had a notary on staff) but coming up empty - this was great. Friendly staff.
