I have taken my computers to Computer Crew for many years and have always had very good results. I have also recommended other folks and they have had good results as well. Recently, I took my iMac in and it ended up needing a new hard drive. Over the years I have found aspects of their communication to be lacking - this time I ended up feeling a bit frustrated, however, as soon as I called Jerry he talked it out with me and he really put forth a good effort to keep me informed until my machine was ready. Today I am writing this review on what feels like a brand new computer (my computer is 6 years old). I would not be surprised if I dont need to see Jerry again for 6 more years! His prices are fair, he is an expert in his field and he is honing his communication skills. We consider him our go-to IT guy!

I called Computer Crew on on a Friday around 10 am. I had been having problems with my self modified computer. The owner answered the phone and told me to come right down. Jerry not only fixed my mistakes, he fixed a few driver issues I had. He did this all while I sat there and waited. Despite other customers and multiple phone calls, I was all done in about an hour and the bill was 48 dollars, and I had a very friendly little dog to pet while I waited. I would and will go there for any issues I have in the future.

Be very careful about this place, Users below are actual direct friends not real customers with their reviews. Also notice how LONG its been since anyone even gave a review, yeah paid reviews and personal friends instead of customers that are truly happy with his work.Jerry himself is a very egotistical person, if you question his work he gets defensive. You put his co-worker(his wife) on the spot for her inability to do her job correctly and hell be very passive aggressive to flat out rude. Hes a very manipulative man, I found tampering within my computer Registry and spyware after he handled my computer that is commonly found within backdoor access viruses and information loggers.Outside of his attitude, he has a dog that constantly sheds and is poorly kept. Walking through the store and finding my shoes have dog fur all over them, in a computer workshop... Thats just not good for the computers or other electronics that have their insides opened or in general.DO NOT GO HERE is my advice, the moment you put him on the spot for ANYTHING its a problem. I made the mistake of having my stuff taken here and putting him on the spot, had to warn him Id file a police report for harassment if he kept on with his actions.
