I never would have thought of going to Boot Barn except I looked up Carhartt on Google they sent me the Groupon I guess what they had exactly what I wanted for my husband for work after going to four places before that and wasting my time so dont waste your time just go straight to Boot Barn if you are looking for Carhartts for your husband for work

Came here looking for Carhartt stuff selection is pretty pitiful I would personally go to tractor supply if you are looking for a that. everything else I had a decent selection

Nice selection of boots and western clothing, especially for those with bigger size feet. Prices are a bit high, but sales tend to be worth the drive. Staff is attentive and respectful. Overall, decent place that we will definitely visit again!

I love Boot Barn. Its the only store I really like shopping for my jeans, and the only place I know I wont be let down when shopping for them. Always a perfect fit somewhere on a rack. Perfumes smell amazing, nice jewelry, decor, boots! Cute things for kids! Belts are fantastic! The staff is always super friendly and helpful without being creepy friendly. Its pretty hard to go wrong here, unless youre shopping for someone more comfortable in Hot Topic and black, and a slipknot shirt, and baggy pants with chains.

Went up there to order a cowboy hat, coupon didnt work out, so the store honored it with one of theirs! I was a little nervous ordering online, because it was my first time, and an employee didnt check to see if my email was right, and it was kind of fustrating calling the store everyday reminding them, throughout it all they were very patient with me. Picked my hat up today, came in perfect condition, and the employee measured it to make sure it was the right size and had offered to help me with some hat foam and told me it was free. She had put it in the hat for me, as well as put some extra in it for me. I wish I could remember her name, because she was awesome!Even though I was kind of fustrated, Boot Barn still pulled through and they will always have my business, however I probably wont be ordering online to the store anytime soon.

Extremely helpful staff. Prices are up there, so sticker shock is normal. However, the quality matches the price... boots and clothing are exceptional.

I was a bit miffed upon entering because the worker looked right at me and didnt even acknowledge me but then Kayle went out of his way to help me try on jackets to see if the fit would be right for my son. And Brittany went above and beyond to call the Reno store to check on availability of a specific pair of jeans for my son and then even went there to get them them for me. I was able to pick them up the next day locally. I was totally impressed with their actions!! Thanks for helping make my Christmas shopping that much easier!

Did not receive any help when I was looking for a particular boot. I found it on my own. I asked for a box but was told they didnt have one.

Ordered a pair of boots they showed up broken and also didn’t fit, then I get charged with a restocking fee after being told I wouldn’t. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend this place.

Very over priced boots, dont care for the buy right off the shelf set up they operate under. All the boots are sitting there open to try on and are handled by sometimes not so gentle prospective buyers, which results in boots with scuffs, dings, scratches etc. Im sorry but if Im going to pay that high of a price for boots I can get cheaper at any other retailer that carries them I would sure like to be the one that roughs them up, and it would be nice to take them home in their box. I bought a pair for my daughter for Christmas and got NO BOX..they sent me out boxless boots in hand...great selection of boots but overrated for sure!

The Boot Barn was a bad experience. Handicap parking is on the wrong end of the building and in front of a locked door. When I mentioned this to the clerk, she laughed. They apperantly do this on purpose to cause problems for the handicapped, they think its funny.
