We needed to pick up some Lego style leveling blocks and this was the third store we had been to in order to find them. We were happy that they had them in stock. Checking out took awhile as it seemed there was a pricing issue with the customer ahead of us that required the full attention of both cashiers.

They have a little bit of everything and the prices are decent. Good place to buy mens sturdy work clothes. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

First time at a CAL Ranch, somewhat unimpressed. Not nearly as many products as expected, plumbing,hose, and pumping products in disarray. Checkout staff could use customer service training. Nice store, it really just needs staff improvement.

Isles are too close together. Very claustrophobic in there. But the staff is very nice!

I just wanted to say that Jim Stark at the gun counter (I hope I got his name right) was so wonderful and his customer service is above and beyond. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful every step of the way. Thank you so much!

Very good prices and selection for everything you could want at ranch store, they have these little minnow lures for 2-3$ that are top notch, highly recommend you take a look (comparable to the 5-10$ lures at Cabelas)

This is a pretty cool.store, it has alot of good stuff . While the.store was awesome the employees seemed to have a superior air about them, which made the experience less than it should have been. It seemed we were more a problem than a customer

Staff member was very rude when I walked in with a defective weed trimmer I planned to return. She stared daggers at me and rolled her eyes before telling me to get in line if I had a return. Once I reached the front of the line she rolled her eyes again and informed me that they don’t return battery operated tools if they’ve been opened. So, I’m out $200 and was treated like dirt. Wont be back.

Always a fun place to shop. Not just an outdoors store. In many ways I prefer CALs pet products to larger stores. Practical goods too. Staff very helpful.

Cal Ranch is a great store they would get all 5 stars for sure but the staff in the front of the store at the register are not very friendly at all. Not even a little bit.. They act like stuck up teenage girls and being there is a chore so they are no help finding anything. The guys at the gun counter are absolutely fantastic, if you need help in the store those guys are really helpful but again the gals up front are not nice at all.

This place is awesome you gotta check out the safes and their designs. It is pricey here but a lot of good quality products

Stopped in just to see what they had. The answer is: everything! Supplies and equipment for camping, fishing and hunting. Hardware and tools for farming equipment. Pet supplies. Clothing, boots, toys for kids.

No associates on the floor. Wandered the floor for 15 minutes. Without anyone offering assistance. When we spoke to the cashier. She was very irate. And agitated with our request. Will not return.

Yesterday I was looking for a small key ring, approximately 1/4. The only ones we could find were part of the kit for dog tags. I happened to ask David, a Cal Ranch employee, if there were any others available for purchase. David took at least 10 minutes trying to find one, to no avail. I thanked him and continued shopping. About 5 minutes later, he tracked me down and said his Manager told him to give me a couple of the rings.I cant overstate how impressed I am with David and his dedication to excellent customer service. He is an exemplary employee.

First I called and was hung up on twice I went down there found my product went to stand in line I was right at the cashier she looks at me and then calls next and looks over to the other line of which the lady got out and came over and I said well I was here not going there again

Love this place. Very helpful friendly staff, tons of stuff. They dont carry everything Home Depot or Lowes does but Id rather go here. Check out the website, they carry a lot of stuff.

CalRanch has a more classy feel than a Rural King in the midwest while maintaining the same combination of a tractor supply and sportsmens type of theme. I have greatly appreciated shopping there and will continue to go in the future.

This is a great store to find a little bit of everything, clothes, hardware, tools,pet supplies, guns and more. The reason its not 5star is the staff could be a bit friendlier, I get the vibe they arent happy working in this store.

Im a bit partial to CAL because I work there Its a great store amazing choice of products One thing I tell customers 8s its hard to walk out without buying something. Stop in and look around and you will understand. The Manager Mike knows everything about his store and thats Alot.

First time in the store and went in looking for a knife. The 2 guys behind the counter never even asked if I needed help. My husband did ask a few questions about some guns and they acted like they were being bothered. One even told him to go to Sportsman’s because they have a bigger selection. So we did and I am so much happier, the people at Sportsman’s were super nice and answered all our questions. I will never walk back in this store.

They have a good inventory and competent staff. I wish they had ammo. Lols.

WOW! First time here. I just went in for a horse boot (the other store didnt carry the kind I needed). They have a huge selection of tack and everything else I might need to have, lol. Super friendly and helpful staff.

The guys they hire to run the gun counter are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Store is always clean. They are a bit more expensive than a regular feed store but they are larger and have a wider selection of farm equipment and clothing. That said, theyre no Big R.Go here if you have to. Wouldnt shop here first for anything.

Great store . Loved all they had to offer but the creepy guys who came in while we were there ...kept trying to get between my daughter and her husband which cut our visit short...they definitely had ulterior motives.

We just found this store today and went in to peek and ended up browsing forever. Our dog was given treats and the entire staff is friendly. Loads of finds, both functional and fun!

Wow, boy was I impressed with the store. You go in and theres a lot more in it than what they advertise. Went and got some goodies for my pets but am already planning to go back for gardening and car items.
