Did my needed maintenance in a fast and friendly manner. No unnecessary delays. Parts received very fast. Work done and Im pleased.

Do not buy a used vehicle from this dealership. My 19 year old son bought a 2016 F150 from here. While buying the truck everybody was great, super responsive. We had the truck for a few days and the check engine light came on. Truck went back in, stayed for 5 days. An hour after we picked up the truck the check engine light was back on. We took the truck back in, it was sent to Ford this time for two weeks. Check engine light came back on a few days after picking it up. I called the manager of the dealership who said he would personally see that it gets handled, left two messages for him to try to get the issue resolved. He will not call me back nor will any of the other managers. The check engine light is back on and now the truck has trouble starting . We have had it for 3 months and it has been in the shop 3 times. Going back today. Pretty awful experience for my son, buying his first truck on his own. Very, very disappointed.

Roads trips coming up, went in for transmission service, the tech Jared noticed other issues. He let Daniel the service writer know, I got a call long story short I let them do fluid changes on both differentials plus the transfer case fluid change also. Will feel alot safer on the road now. These guys Rock!

Probably the worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life. From them losing track of my car for a week and not working on it to never returning phone calls to saying they looked at items to be repaired and they did not. The list goes on and on. Major problem with my brand new truck which they still have not addressed after four times having it into the service department. They were also supposed to order parts for my brakes and they said that they could not find any anywhere in the country but I made two five minute phone calls to Reno and Sacramento and they had the parts in stock. I am just a little beside myself on how poor their customer service is.
