Playful Pet Resort leases two units for our business needs and have found CubeSmart to be a cut above most storage places. Its always clean and Chris at the front is great to us. 5 Stars!

In short, the main reason why I continue to choose this location is because of the great people you employ, Chris and Daniel. No matter what the issue, they dont stop until everything is figured out and are always, ALWAYS incredibly pleasant.

I’ve had a couple different units at this location and my experience has been fantastic. If I need a unit in this area of town again, this will be my first choice.

I had one the smallest and largest unit for ~3 months each and whatever concerns I may have had with pricing or practices I cannot pass any of those on in the end bc when it comes to customer service this was always a perfect experience, Chris was so helpful and joyful always - this location I found to be easy to to enter and exit with my trucks and the office easy to reach at any time. If you go cubesmart, go with Chris at Luna Rd.

I would highly recommend this CubeSmart location for various reasons: 1) great customer service. Chris and Monica answered all my questions. They are very nice and super helpful. 2) Cleanliness- you can tell they take pride in keeping the units clean. I visited other locations, and it was the total opposite. 3) Pricing- definitely competitive pricing and cheaper than other nearby locations.

The staff at CubeSmart Carrollton on Luna Rd was always so helpful and friendly.The price changes and increases that came were not appreciated however. Every year increase was too much.

Monica was so helpful, she went out of her way to help change my reservation to the unit that fits the storage space that I need. She also went above and beyond to clean up our unit before we unloaded our items.

Monica was so sweet and thorough explaining all the procedures and precautions that this location takes to make sure the storage unit facility runs smoothly. She even gathered the dollies to put them by the door when she knew I was coming back to move my items. The area is super clean and there’s also security cameras everywhere in case anything happens. I’ve had a really great experience with them so far!

It was fairly easy to reserve a unit. Monica called after I placed the reservation to confirm and was very professional and courteous. She answered questions for me and showed me to unit when I came in to sign the paperwork. On move in day, she checked up on us and offered us bottles of water. She even brought me a chair from the office when she saw me sitting on a lawn chair that we had brought along for storage. The chair was much more comfortable. What she didnt know was that I was having a foot issue that day. The chair was very appreciated. She also gave me some much needed advice as this was my first storage unit ever. Thanks for making the process easy!

The process of reserving, signing for and moving into my climate-controlled storage unit was easy and painless. The woman who helped me was very nice and even gifted me a cover for a couch I was moving into the unit when she saw that we ended up not having one. It was a small gesture, but it meant a lot in our first impression. Would recommend!

Hi All -- Had a storage unit in a dark, dingy building and I just had to get the heck out of there. So I went looking for a new location and came upon (Store 5092) CubeSmart on Luna just north of Valley View. Wow! What a great find.The structure was fresh, clean, bright and welcoming. Stopped in the office and I was immediately impressed with the C.S. Rep, Monica. What a slice of sunshine she is. Monica was extremely helpful in determining the size I needed, clearly explained the pricing options available and answered all my questions. They have reasonable price-points, I couldnt resist, I immediately signed for the unit. I knew I was making the right decision. And I couldnt be more happier with my decision.Upon my first load in Monica even met us at the door to offer assistance! Doesnt get any better than that when it comes to customer service. She has a great personality and is always ready to help in any way she can. Monica gets Five Gold Stars! At this point, I treasure her friendship.As I continued moving into my unit, I met Chris, the location Manager. Hes also a great guy to engage with. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. On one of my trips, I even caught Chris mopping the storage areas while Monica was wiping down the storage unit doors -- who does that?! An outstanding, top-notch, awesome staff at the best CubeSmart location in Carrollton, TX is who does that!Check them out and I assure you, you will not be disappointed. I did not feel concerned about my storage being mishandled or broken into. They have a good security system overlooking the entire facility.

From the beginning Monica was really nice and helpful. They had a special I paid under 100 for a whole month of car parking. The parking area is gated. Came back today to pick up my car and had no problems. Def recommend this plac.

I havent needed a storage in 15 years so I was looking for the cheapest storage possible. I walked into Assured Self Storage and meet Rina just to learn that storage prices are on the rise. Even though I was looking for cheap, I decided to go with Assured Self Storage because of the personality of Rina and it being so close to work. Rina provided excellent customer service; I absolutely love her energy. I also received on special for a full month free, got to move in with the truck for $15 and never had issues getting in and out of storage. #1282

I was looking for a storage facility nearby as the one I normally use was closed on Sundays and I was not aware. My movers were scheduled for same day (Sunday) and I was able to reserve my unit online without any hassles at all. Once I arrived to make payment, I was greeted by Monica who was the sweetest lady. She explained everything to me thoroughly and made sure I received the best deal with a low cost ! I also met Chris who is the onsite manager. He was super cool and laid back, both very professional. The place is extremely secured and well lit as I did not feel uncomfortable going back in the dark alone. Security cameras are everywhere and the manager is onsite . I would recommend the facility to anyone! Super professional and clean and I was left a sweet note at move in. Thank you both for the help!!!

If you need a place to store your stuff, look no further! Assured Self Storage is very well managed and Rina is awesome. We have used this facility on and off for a couple years and wouldnt consider going anywhere else even though it may not be as convenient as other options. Pricing is very reasonable and the security is great. This place cant be beat!

As evidenced by what the other reviews say, Rina is really what makes this place different from other self storage locations. She is incredibly helpful and is always around when you need her. The only downside I would say is that this location closes its gates at 9pm year round, which is quite early. They do offer 24hr service though for a small fee.

Prices are a average with no security except gates. Personnel does a security walk throughout shift unless off. You have code to enter after closing hours. Insurance is also offered by a 3rd party company.
