Unfortunately I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone at V-Twin Partners for 6 days and no one will answer the phone, won’t call me back, won’t reply to correspondence. I really want to purchase a bike from them, or at least I did. Now I’m not so sure. I literally can’t get a hold of anyone to do business with.

I had tried several places to purchase my first Harley Davidson motorcycle. I had all but given up on my dream, when my girlfriend found V-twin Partners through a Google search. I was reluctant to even try, after all of the noes I had been told.So, with a small glimmer of hope, I filled out out an online application. After a couple of weeks of phone calls and sending paperwork back and forth through FedEx........it was done. I picked out my bike, a 2011 Harley Davidson Road Glide Ultra. I cant even begin to express how I felt.On the first week of June, I boarded a greyhound bus in Gary Indiana one evening bound for Kansas City MO. After an all night bus ride, I made it there the next morning and was greeted by James. He picked me up at the bus station and took me to their office in K.C.When we arrived at the office, James went in, opened the garage door and pulled my bike out. Up until this point, I felt like the whole ordeal was just a dream. But when I laid my eyes on that big black Harley, I knew right then that this was really happening. Wow! Thats mine?......I asked James. I had such a lump in my throat, it was all I could do to swallow. After what seemed like an hour of just walking around and looking at it, I sat on it for the first time. I know for a fact, that the smile on my face was the biggest smile I have ever had.I road my new (to me) Harley a little over 500 miles that day, back home in Indiana.I cannot express my gratitude towards James, Lisa and the whole gang at V-Twin Partners. If it was for their hard work, I wouldnt be the proud owner of 2011 Harley Davidson Road Glide Ultra. These people ROCK!!SincerelyCharles Williams

Our experience with V-Twin Partners was fantastic!! They went above and beyond to help us get the Ride that we have always wanted. We absolutely love it! Although we had to drive 5 1/2 hours to bring it home it was worth the trip. We would recommend V-TWIN to all of our family and friends. I love these guys!!!! I never write reviews but I absolutely have to make an exception in this case. I bought a street glide from them last year and I really couldn’t be any more pleased with the whole experience. My credit was in the tank until they put me touch with the right people who helped me get it back on track. They made sure to include a warranty on my bike not only so I’d have peace of mind about my purchase but to ensure I’d be able to enjoy my new bike with minimal downtime. Let me tell you that warranty is no joke!!! I called the warranty company and was told to take my bike wherever I’d like and I chose a local Harley dealership. Based on the information I’d given them they told me some of the things my bike was needing repaired would most likely not be covered but to take it in and have it all turned in to them. Well after they received a full diagnosis from Harley, they covered the entire repair and I was charged a grand total of $8.50 for tax on parts. Come to find out after several phone calls the warranty company looks for reasons to pay claims instead of how to get out of covering them!!! Now I have the bike of my dreams without worry, I have a deal on that bike I am absolutely elated about, and my credit has dramatically improved!!!

Recently I perched a new to me heritage softtail from v twin partners. They really took good care of me during the sale. The bike I bought developed a major electrical problem over the weekend. V twin partners paid to have it towed and the cost of repairs. Its nice to fine a company that stands by their products.

Just picked up my 2012 road glide from these guys this last weekend and it was great experience. These guys are solid people. The finance part can sometimes take a little time but other than that they do a great job. And this is the second bike Ive purchased from v-twin! Keep up the good work.

I bought a Bike from Vtwinn and you must be careful to make sure your down payment goes to your principal balance and not to a 2year extended warranty ask your loan provider if you need a down payment because these guys are tricky. Read your paper work more then once and all fine print other than that my H.D Roadking is great.

They were able to get me on a bike when everyone else told me no or laughed in my face. We had a credit score in the mid 500s and they never batted an eye, just helped us get a bike. James is a great guy and I would send anyone I know to get a bike here

Bought a fatboy there...it is beautiful and has only 8600 miles on it ..James and Jackie went above and beyond to help me..first time I ever bought a bike from a picture but the bike is exactly as described...I did not find one thing that was not mentioned...if you want to ride than give them a call.

I want to say thanks to James at V Twin. I recently purched a 08 Ultra Classic. Unfortunatly had a couple unforseen issues. But all it took was a simple phone call, and James took care of it immeadiatly. . He had my bike picked up, repaired and delivered back to me. It simply cant get any easier than that. These are very honest folks to deal with and true to their word. So if your looking for a great place to buy your next bike you really should check out this place. Awsome folks to do business with. Overall experience was good. The staff was helpful and if I had any questions they would answer back in a timely manner. I bought my first Harley thru this dealer. I got a good deal when all said and done. Took a little bit on arrangement for shipping the bike to me but should be here in a couple days after following up with V-twin. The staff checked on my bike and it was being serviced still before it was set up for shipping. Cannot wait to ride my first Harley! I would recommend this dealer! They were very helpful in getting me a bike that would be a great fit for me and my wife to ride this summer!

Jason the owner is a good guy, if there is a problem just ask to talk to him he will fix it ASAP. Great guy running a good company. You can tell he really cares about his company and treating people right! He got me all squared away and my bike shipped.

If your ever interested in getting a bike, I would highly recommend vtwin partners, Jason, and Pat have done wonders. They have the up most patients, everything they promised came through, they are so helpful with all my questions and concerns. I am just now getting around too writing a review. All I can say about these guys is that they are awesome. I dealt with V Twin over the phone fron Tennessee. They worked with me just like I was there and got the bike delivered to my door step. I was kinda a butt and they still maintained theyre professionalism. They are who I will deal with going forward.

Absolutely a waste of time. I asked multiple times is this a motolease, is this some high interest lease ....operator replied no the loans will be 18% ....ok so for poor credit I get it 18% is what you get when u have bad credit .....not 45-50% interest rates they try to push.....lololol....Now once your paperwork is done then you speak to a sales person.....lol ok now heres were your intelligence will really be insulted .....a 2004 electra glide ....1st no pricing lol love there reasonings on this....now lets take a 5500 bike and thats being very nice by saying 5500...also nadas pricing ...ps the bike has 45,000 plus miles haha ......the salesman tells me 300 plus a month x 72 months hahahahahahahahaha ....$21,600....I love how they say they lose money on enrolling you in a credit repair that costs $1000s..... Owners words not mine .....wanna waste some brain cells and be insulted watch his video.....how anyone would shop for a bike were you dont see the price of the bike or never told what your paying for.....trust me me folks you dont need a bike this bad ....then the salesman tells me when I wont take his Bs to go to my local Harley Davidson dealer....well thx for the one sensible advice ....I went to my local hd and purchased a 2008 night train put half down $4500 on a 9500 bike with 8500 miles....14% interest 3 yr Loan $205 a month.....best advice there sales person could give . Lol all there use bikes are high mileage ....save your money ... If you must have a bike this bad ....then go to Tony Soprano....even he will give you a better rate .....look I have no agenda ....i just wanted a motorcycle and was willing to pay a lil for my credit issues.....its really a shame places take hard working ppl who are just wanting to ride...ohhhh I also loved the texts when they use the word brother......hahahah with family like this who needs enemies....but all in all I was treated great by my local HD shop and have a great ride with no Bs ....in closing theres no prices so they can juggle numbers ......amazing how they can take a 5500 bike ......ask for 1500 down ....now were at 4000 and say 300 a plus for 72 months .....get the F@#$ out of here ..... absolutely another scam hustle like motolease tries to do .....you think you have poor credit now ....wait till your done with these.... so called honest ppl lol.....I will cont. to update this even if the owner tries to run there Bs..... like other posts .....guess they think there customers are so dumb they wont check nada for the REAL price and figure out what there MOB interest rate will be.... Lololol amazing how places like this even cease to operate .....praying on ppl down on there luck ......SMH

After a fast start, a slow middle, they really stepped up. The owner delivered my bike on sunday of labor day weekend to my house personally. He even took the care to stop and het me a new front tire as it had a very small weather crack in it. I would say, just make sure you find the bike you like and just be patient, the process does take a little longer than a normal bike purchase, but in the end they helped me and i love my bike.

They tell you youre approved and then rush you into a bike youve only seen a picture of online and then tell you that you must give them a deposit before they can send you the paperwork. Does that sound ok? The sales person is in Kansas City yet the inventory is in Texas. Sound OK to you? Ridiculous terms explained over the phone but not allowed to see anything on paper unless you pay up front. Hmmmm. I received an ALL CAPS text message asking if I agreed to terms. I passed, way too many fed flags. Maybe its legit, but seemed to me like a scam to take advantage of folks that are easier to take advantage of. Just be careful.

I have nothing but exceptional things to say about V-Twin partners and theyre friendly staff of professionals. I went in search for a new motorcycle, I wasnt sure I could afford a Harley Davidson, but the friendly staff at V-Twin partners put me in a great program that allowed me to purchase the motorcycle I wanted. Everything they tell you is true, the staff are fantastic. They go way out of their way to help and the process so easy. I was skeptical, gave my info expecting a no, but they got me on one and the bike i wanted. The hardest part of the whole process was picking my bike their inventory is great many to choose from, picked my bike up had no problem rode it home frome texas to oklahoma city with no problems. If you want to ride they will put you on one, a special thank you to lisa, jackie, and James you are great.

Had some issues at first but once Jason found out he was more then willing to make it right. All in all a good place to do business with.

Thanks to these guys I got a bike my credit score fixed now I am waiting to trade it in for my dream bike a Harley Davidson thank u John pat jackie and Lisa I love how u all treated me like a person and not and number thank u all talk to u all soon as I can trade up
