Car was priced $3k above market value then the following happened (paraphrased for keeping it short):The dealer: This is in perfect conditionMe: I would like to have it inspected by a 3rd party that I trust. If there are repairs above $1000 then I will split the cost of repairs with you 50/50 off the purchase price for the vehicle. If it is in perfect condition you have nothing to be worried about.The dealer: Looks like we might need to sell it at auction instead.RED FLAG. They do not stand behind the quality of vehicle they are selling you. BE CAREFUL
We had the best experience buying a car at International Motor Productions! Kristin began our deal virtually, as we flew in from out of state to buy a truck. She was so thorough, sending us detailed walk-a-round videos of the car, answering any and all questions we had promptly, and got our paperwork to us before we even left our home! Once we got to the dealership, owner John and his associate Justin were just as enthusiastic and helpful as she was. We did a final check of the vehicle, drove around, and then finished it off and were on our way in under a half hour! Their showroom is clean, classy and customer friendly, making it easy to view the cars and their window prices. Weβve never had such a great experience purchasing a vehicle. Itβs such a nice change from big corporations, to be able to deal with the owner and his trusted employees. They were so friendly, professional, and eager to make a deal and ensure we were as happy as we could be!

It was a pleasure working with John and JD on the purchase of my BMW. Knowing this was a used car I asked them about the support they provided in case something undetected came up after the purchase. I did have a brake issue come up that was missed by the state inspection. BMW wanted almost $800 to correct the problem. IMP repaired the brakes for their cost which saved me $500 off the BMW price. Ok, this may be a little longer than I normally post, but I believe it is important to share the full context of this story so I hope you have the patience to read it.I called International Motor Productions to inquire about a 2011 mustang they had posted for over a week. The car looked mint. (It was) The drive for me was an hour and a half so I wanted to make sure thecar wasnt spoken for. I got a hold of JD and the first thing he asked once I told him which car, was ok, but did you look at the mileage, I said yes its over 183000. I thought it funny because he had me repeatit again just so he was comfortable that I was aware. I understood exactly why he did and I get it. I am a buyer that understands risks in used vehicles and feel I have reasonable expectations as I do moreresearch on the front end than when I find something. By the time I go I know who what and why I am getting into. That said, we arrived and took the car for a drive....let me say, the photos included thestock radio for the mustang, however they had not told me that they upgraded the car to a full screen tesla style radio with the apple car play option so that was a very pleasant surprise. John even gave me theold radio and dash parts in case I wanted to do something different. Everything that I expected about the car was on point, I am pretty well mechanically inclined and did a good check, even bringing my OBD2reader to see cleared codes, ect. Test drive went well, we decided to purchase it. From the time we arrived to the time we signed papers and walked out the door was 3hrs.....thats fast. I did buy a $2000warranty option due to the mileage that Justin encouraged and glad I did! Now keep in mind this is a high mileage vehicle and I expect a few things to go out soon.....well not 20 min from their facility and theAC went out. Due to the time we had to go home and just call them in the morning. I could tell when I talked to John he was very upset about it and immediately wanted to make it right. We laughed at theunbelievable timing of it and he wanted it back right away to make it right. I feel it is very important to note that this was not an oversight on their part or any kind of patch to get it out the door. It was alegitimate failure of parts. We dropped off the car that afternoon (on a Saturday) so they could bring it to their shop. I bought it as is, and knew the risks.....they didnt have to do that. Well, the next weekrolled in and got a call from the warranty company saying that a certain part wasnt going to be covered because of external forces. Well Justin said if I ever had any issues with the warranty to call him, so Idid. I have never had such good customer service from a car dealership. Within minutes Justin had got a hold the warranty rep and got to the bottom of what this was about. I wont get into the long details ofit, but suffice to say, both he and I knew something wasnt right. He told me to hang on and he would call me back. Within a half an hour JD called me and said that they were just going to get it done 100% onthem and I wouldnt have to worry, they already started ordering the parts. Now, the hang up was the warranty wanted to do a 3rd party assessment of a damaged part, it was just going to take too long to dothat, but I understood why. Its not the warranty company is bad, there was a legitimate question in play. John, Justin and JD wanted my wife in her car so they just took care of it to not waste time on an easyfix, because this was my wifes 50th birthday present....a 5.0 mustang GT. I knew they didnt have to do that, but that was above and beyond. They are serious about customer satisfaction. Let me say I researchmore than the vehicles I buy, I research who I am buying them from just as well. I know how to weigh reviews and get a feeling for whats true. I wasnt wrong when I chose them.

I have bought and sold many, many cars in my lifetime. Some were cars I will remember for the rest of my life, others I dont really care to remember. I say that because trust me when I say that I have spent many hours just sitting in various dealerships across the states. Most say they believe or use customer service skills or they attend to their guests needs and relations.But unfortunately, most fall short of impressive, and I cant remember the last time I felt like I was wowed by a company going above and beyond for my business.Let me say that this company is the real deal. I will try to keep this short because seeing is believing. If you are thinking about going in, or even on the fence about going in, do yourself a favor and do it.I started by speaking over the phone to probably the most courteous gentleman in the sales industry. Then we decided that I would come to see the car I chose, a gorgeous 2008 C6 Corvette that seemed like it was too good to be true.I was assured that my financing was solid, and they would hold the car until I came to decide if I wanted it or not. So I flew into town, was actually picked up by the salesman in my gorgeous Corvette. We drove back, I test drove it on the way back. We got to the dealership where I checked over the car. It was honestly better than they had said, really! They undersold the car if you ask me. This 12 year old car was in mint condition, it honestly looked like a time warp back to the dealership in 2008. The interior looked like it was never even sat in, and the outside was nothing short of amazing.From the hospitality, to the way they made me feel at home, to talking to me like we have been friends for years, this place is the real deal.The finance manager did his very best to hurry up so I can get on the road to drive home, all the while taking the time to get to know me.This place is unreal, a real treat if you are looking for your next vehicle. My experience here was definitely not a positive one. I have been waiting for WEEKS to hear an update about a Jeep that I inquired about and had to reach out to Justin on MULTIPLE occasions to not receive an update or a response. Finally, I attempted for the millionth time to reach out and see where my progress was with my approval and he decided to tell me that it would not work. Would have loved to learned that earlier on so I could have kept my search going for a vehicle, instead of waiting weeks for a response and I, THE CUSTOMER, having to reach out for an update.Definitely would recommend going elsewhere for your car needs and going somewhere where they actually care about taking care of their customers.

Buyer beware!I wouldnt shop here if a reliable car is what you are looking for. Purchased a vehicle from them that ended up having a check engine light on the day I drove it off the lot, it had dangerously dry rotted tires that were shined to look new. Ive been lied to my face by everyone involved as if I was talking to a group of schoolchildren. Im surprised theres enough backbone to share among the lot of them to keep the lights on. I guess its easy to make money when you refuse to be held accountable for your actions.

(Includes issue from one year post-purchase below.) We bought an Audi Q7 from Bill. Here are a few points of frustration:1) We had an agreement that because they wouldnβt replace the worn tires (one was unsafely patched, per a tire company), we would buy the tires and they would install them. Bill later went back on his word and didnβt honor the agreement. We now have to spend additional money having tires installed.2) A week into owning the car, we noticed a knocking sound coming from under the driverβs side floor AND water leaking onto the floor mats on both sides. (UPDATE: Our SUV now smells like mold after wet floors soaked in hot sun in the summer.) Thanks, Bill and International Motor Productions! Love that my 2-year-old has to sit in a car that smells like mold.3) He seemed like he genuinely cared (talks of church and very caring towards our baby), but I guess at the end of the day heβs still a car salesman that put us in an unsafe car to get a buck. Donβt know how you guys sleep at night.Buyerβand especially parentsβbeware.UPDATE: When we were deciding on whether or not to buy the Audi Q7 from Bill, we asked for the CarFax. All clearβor so Bill told us. We never compared the VIN on the piece of paper he showed us to the VIN on the Q7...we were totally wrong for trusting him. Fast forward one year and we decided to sell the Audi Q7 for a larger SUV. The first interested buyer pulled a CarFax and it showed front AND rear-end damage on the report. We havenβt been in an accident or anythingβonce again showing Bill lied.

I was very impressed with how helpful and straightforward the guys at International Motor Productions were. First of all, the selection of vehicles on the lot all appear to be great quality. This was a first-time car purchase experience for me and I they really helped me feel at ease with the whole process, I could tell that they were very honest. They offered me a good deal on my trade-in, better financing than my bank offered, and they were so understanding and helpful when I drove 5 hours to purchase my Jeep and forgot the title to my trade-in! Im very happy with my vehicle and will consider working with them again when Im in the market for another.
When I first went to this establishment, I was impressed to say the least. Despite, it being close to closing time they allowed us to look at some cars even though we can tell they were ready for us to leave. One of the salesmen took us in the office area to get our contact information to set up an appointment and schedule a test drive, but to my surprise no call. It is important to keep your word and call a potential customer if you said you were going to call. A customer wants to feel valued especially when they are deciding on whether to make a purchase. I was disappointed. I can only rate them on what has transpired thus far. If they ever decide to call us, I will have no problem retracting this review. Ok so I was finally contacted and was pleased with the salesman response to this review so I am now doing what I promised. Retracting the statement and giving them 4 stars for the way they handled this review..
I bought a car from here that had βnothing wrongβ and ended up spending 3-4k in repairs I had no idea about. I trusted this dealership to sell me a car that at least had some type of checkup or health report. They never offered that to me and mentioned everything was fine so that should tell you enough. The finance manager only cares to make a sale.Donβt trust these guys and definitely do not buy a car from here without taking it to your mechanic first if you just absolutely have to have the car.

We bought a vehicle (2012 Acadia) from IMP last week and overall it was a pleasant experience. We arrived at night and they had it in their warehouse which put me at ease so it could be inspected. The process we quick and painless. All the staff were very friendly as well.The only minor thing was they didnt fill it up with gas before we left. It had 1/8th of a tank. like I said minor but rubbed me a bit wrong.I would recommend!
Run Forest Run... Buyer Beware.. They have a few good cars but most of them have underlying issues.. We put down a Deposit.. Car had expired Tags and Auto Check report was clean found out it had been in a bad wreck in Southlake tx from Car Fax, which is another car reporting company just like Auto Check .. We lost our deposit, and argued that they did not disclose that the car had been badly wrecked... So Glad we did not buy it, sucks losing the deposit.
5=Great. Staff very helpful, purchased a Porsche Cayenne 5/1/19 & the ext. Warranty, found out it needs some work, they found a company that will do the repairs covered by the warranty, since ParkPlace Porsche couldnt get Penn Warranty to authorize the repairs.

This is for the Lexus es350, 2007 you sold me in 2015 and started overheating 3 days later . You guys knew the car was bad. The mechanic you guys introduced to me rather than get me another car had the car for 3 months to fix it and eventually had me pay $1200 to release the car despite you had me pay for extended warranty on the car . When I came back to the office to let you know what was going on, nobody did nothing about it . Very bad experience for me .

They have a good selection of upper end vehicles.While the price is a little on the high end of the value, they are well taken care of cars.I didnt buy one from here, but I appreciated the up-front and honest information. The banks they work with, finance loans starting at $7,500. I just didnt find anything in our budget.Ask for Jason.
I was looking for a car and USAA had them in their search engine for used cars. I contacted the dealership and talked to a salesman Alex Jefferson, he was not a high pressure guy and answered all my questions about the car I was interested in along with providing more pictures to satisfy some additional questions I had. Me and my husband drove to Dallas from Corpus Christi (450 miles) to see the car and were not disappointed. Justin was the finance guy and was very helpful and got the deal done in record time and we bought a very fine 2012 Lexus GX460. If I ever in need of a great luxury car again I will definitely look at them first.

I agree with other reviewers here about attitude of John Scott. Very arrogant and rude.I myself am a doctor and deal with people from all walks of life. Looking at my profession, he should have had a sense, I was a sincere buyer. He was acting, as if he was doing me a favor. He even goofed up doing my credit check!!Some other dealership got my money! I will discourage anyone from going to this dealership, unless you dont care for your self-respect. I wont even give one start to this dealership, solely because of John Scott..Billy, the guy who showed me car was nice though.

BUYERS BEWARE: Husband and I were purchasing a vehicle from them via out of state. So the process was a little slow. We received a copy of the buyers order at 1:30pm and were told at 3:30 it had been sold. My father in law who lives in the area went at lunch to drive and check the vehicle out and during this process he advised them of possible mechanical issues, and was informed of possible price adjustment. So who wouldnt ask if this in fact the conversation that occurred. I also was in the process of requesting additional information from the salesman that my bank had asked for. We were informed the vehicle had been sold. We were never asked for a deposit or anything to hold the vehicle. Had no idea another buyer was even looking.And the owner, That is a whole new paragraph. RUDEST, MOST ARROGANT PERSON I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE......

Dashboard was lit up like an Xmas tree in under 3 months. The vehicle came with bald tires and and empty tank. Used hard sales techniques like calling to ask for a deposit because someone else is looking at your car! The saleswoman claimed to own the vehicle personally and to just be associated with the dealership. Sketchy top to bottom!Buyer beware.Edit: I forgot to mention that when we went for a test drive, the tank was empty so the sketchy saleswoman just put $5 of regular in. Tripped the service engine soon light for weeks!
Cant describe how refreshing it is to go to a dealership that doesnt swarm you with people or random insurances and warranties you dont need! I recently purchased a Jeep from here. They had received it the day before and replaced the front bumper that was in bad condition with a smittybilt aftermarket one. They are cooperative and helpful. Ask for Bill!

Gave first star cause the sale man Alex was kind and made things easy.The only reason why I gave them the last star is because the financial guy was very kind and helpful. However had to wait for inspection on car and now I know why. Faulty sensors with gas cap. They didnt say anything picked car up without gas cap.

The worst experience ever!!! I asked to test drive a car and I was told that it is too much work to pull out the car for me to just test drive it. They also recommended that I go to the main dealership if I like to test drive a car! Wow, simply unbelievable! Little did they know I came with every intention to purchase a car that day.Customer service starts with first impressions and the level of quality service which should be carried out throughout your transaction. Clearly, whoever owns this place is missing the point! Also I am glad to see most of the reviews on this website are consistent with my experience.

My girlfriend and I drove an hour and a half to this dealership to look at a vehicle that had already been sold. My girlfriend had spoken with a lady named Kristen about trading in her Jeep renegade in for a Jeep Wrangler. Kristen knew we were coming in and even confirmed it through an email. It wasnt until we got to the dealership that we were informed the Jeep had been sold. No call, no text, no email. We wasted half a day, half a tank of gas, and quite a bit of patience fighting Dallas traffic. Will not do business with this dealership.

I recently purchased a Volvo XC90 here. John and Justin were the only two people that I dealt with. John was very knowledgable and helpful. I already knew what I wanted to look at from looking online so the layout did not bother me at all (it is set up as a warehouse). I had done some research on what the price of the vehicle should be and their price was just below what the internet research showed that it should be and I was already comfortable with price when I arrived. The process was fast and painless. I walked in around 10AM and out around 12PM...two hours. There was an issue with the vehicle after I purchased, but John rectified it. I found the customer service to be great. The most important thing that I can suggest is to not expect a traditional car buying experience. They will not push you into a car and sell you on it, they will not hound you and they will not hold your hand through it. They take what you tell them you want and do their best to make it happen. Would I buy another used vehicle here? Yes. Would I recommend them to a friend looking for a used vehicle? Yes. My advice to them would be the same as to everyone; Do your research before you go, know what you are looking for, know what you want to pay and be open to different car buying experience than you are probably used to. I give them an A+ based on my experience.
