Always have what I need even if I dont know what it is.

Called in, told my part was $20. Drove 35 minutes one way to pick up part. Upon arrival was told, Oh, sorry. That parts $66+ tax.. Not only wasted hour of my day, set me back on job, but all in all makes me feel hood-winked. I would NOT recommend this company.

All-Phase Electric is definitely one of my go to supplier for my electrical needs for my business. The guys there are always courteous helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I recommend them to anyone who has a need for electrical equipment, tools and supplies. If they don’t have they’ll get it for you. I’m blessed to have them close to my business.

I am an electrical contractor and have called this company numerous times looking for parts and the employees are always unavailable! I have left messages for a call back and they always fail to call back! I have also called and spoken to a sales representative and provided a part # or name of the needed item and the rep stated that they would check and give me a call back and months later I have still not received that call back. This is a repetitive problem with this company. From my experiences the current employees are very unprofessional and give the company a bad name. Management should consider hiring more competent help who may have the ability to multitask. I really hate to leave a bad review but this company definitely deserves this review due to the consistent and repetitive problems!

Staff here is always friendly and helpful, if I ever dont understand anything they always happy to help and/or explain. Every morning when they open the doors they offer a free cup of coffee and if your lucky enough to stop by on a Thursday Mrs.Elizabeth will occasionally bring in doughnuts with her. All around great Supply house with lots of selection and variety, if they dont have it they typically can tell you where to get it. And big props to their delivery boy that guy is a trooper.
