Not the most friendly or accommodating stores Ive been to. I needed gloves for a site visit that NFPA requires me to have for certain circumstances. But, their return policy isnt printed on the receipt. You have to retrieve it from their website.The insulated gloves I bought I didnt end up needing to use so I tried to return them. The only pair of gloves they had available were a size 10 (X-Large, basically), which is waaay too big. But, Im apparently less than a month out of their return policy deadline. Their store hours are during my office hours so that made it really challenging to find an opportunity to stop by the store and return them. I just started my new position and now Im stuck with gloves that are waaay too big and Ill have to purchase again. Ill definitely be looking for a better friendlier way to buy gloves that actually fit.

Little bit of a wait, then sorting out an exchange but the rep was very helpful in finding out where my parts were and helped find a replacement exhaust fan motor for a bathroom. Couldn’t help but notice the prices on tools are really good right now with Black Friday coming up.Repeat visit wasn’t so fortuitous. Returning a bathroom fan motor for the shaft being to long. Woman couldn’t find it even tho I googled the brand and it came right up as available in Home Depot and Lowe’s.

Grainger is the hidden gold standard in customer service. I won’t elaborate on the horrible experience I had during the winter storm here in DFW when trying to purchase from Home Depot and Lowes. The phone support staff went above and beyond the call of duty to find me a generator as far away as Waco. The Carrollton and John Carpenter stores were manned by one person to deal with customers. That means a lot to me as a consumer...especially when it was easy for places to shut down. Grainger, you’ve earned a customer for life and will always be my #1. Thank you. My family has some security and i’m able to keep my business online with backup power.

Put in order thinking that it would be here when the lady told me it would, needed it that specific day because our facility is moving and is an important item needed, needless to say item wasn’t here when I came to pick it up guy at counter could care less but hey that’s how customer service is these days there is none, and a waste of a drive it’s not like this place is down the street 🤦🏽‍♂️

Got here about 5 minutes before they closed, was told that it was too close to closing time and I couldnt make a purchase. Found a competitor down the street that I was able to make my purchase from. Will be taking my companys business there from here on.

Dont buy from here if you want to overpay. do some price comparison online, youll see they charge way too much. for example, the tools are overpriced.

I’ve been a repeat customer of this particular branch for 14 years and they have some of the best customer support staff in the industry. From will calls to walk ins they have you covered. No standing around and waiting for help. If you walk in and there is nobody available to help they are on the radio calling someone from the back. If they don’t have what you’re looking for it’s generally the next day and in your hands by noon.

Go into store. Someone is behind the express counter for online/phone/mobile orders checking a customer out. Helps the customer pack up his order & tells me ill be right with you. He finishes up and then goes to the customer service side & totally leaves me standing there. Why have an express counter? I could have stood in the customer service line when i first got in instead 3 other people come in & get helped. POOR customer service
