Went for a simple laptop but the manager was aggressive in repeated pitches for one thing or another. He got worse as he helped us, even though we already affirmed that we had a good antivirus and all that. While I understand that its his job to push for the extra sales, as I used to work for Office depot, but He made us uncomfortable and we felt that he wasnt actually listening or giving us just attention. I wont be back.

Ok, so, I needed a lot of copies of the play I wrote. I approached the copy counter and was greeted by a beautiful smile coming from Montoya. I told her what I needed and my concerns, she replied, I can do that. She literally made my day. I didnt feel like I was a burden to her at all. When my transaction was complete and I paid for it, I realized that I did not present my 20% off coupon that I had gotten the night before. She immediately called the manager who name is Nick. He came right over, showed Montoya what to do. He smiled the whole time while helping her. I asked if the 20% was worth us going through the necessary steps in order for me to get my discount, he responded, absolutely . Nick and Montoya were absolutely PRICELESS to me. Nick saved me 26.00 and took the time to show me how I can save money in the future with Staples. Today, November 6th was a grand experience. Montoya agreed to put my play in the folders and have them ready for me right before closing. Now thats what you call customer service. Because of Nick and Montoya, I dont feel the need to shop anywhere else when it comes to office supplies. The customer service I received last night and today was absolutely phenomenal. Thanks Staples for having such a great team.

Although Staples markets itself as an office supply store its also the closest thing to a big box electronics store that Carrollton has. The staff has always been friendly and helpful to me when I ask for assistance and the store will price match major retailers like Amazon and Walmart.you can often find good deals on their coffee K-Cups if you watch the sales closely.

While most of the staff seemed pleasant and knowledgeable, management was horrible. I bought approx $2000 worth of computer equipment in preparation for a new job. 3 days later it fell through. I had not even picked up most of my order, yet I was told if I returned items I would have to wait 10 days for a refund check from corporate. I paid cash for these items. I would not have expected Staples to give me the items with a promise that I would pay for them in 20 days. Why then should I be punished bc Staples says they don’t keep that much cash in the store. Obviously they do, bc I gave them that amount of cash just 3 days prior. We should all play by the same rules. If you expect me to pay for items when I take them out of your store, you should give me my money back when I return said items unopened and within your 14 day return policy. Terrible management.

I purchased a printer for around $200.00 to give as a gift and it was not the one they wanted. It has been about 3 weeks since the purchase and I went today to return it. I was informed that I could not return it because it was longer than 14 days. I have never heard of a 14 day return policy. I am now stuck with a printer that I dont need. I did buy all my office supplies and school supplies from Staples but it will be a cold day in hell before I will purchase a pencil from them.

I am standing here at the copy & print center as I type this. I have been standing here for about an hour, and I honestly can say that I have been delighted to stand here for an hour. Yes, you read that correctly... DELIGHTED. After much trial and error with our 6 x 6 wedding invitations, I came into Staples as my last resort to hopefully have our invitations printed correctly. I called before I came, and Ashley was so kind to inform me that I should bring the files on a USB drive, as I was clueless as to how to ensure the best file quality for printing. So the excellent customer service started with the phone call. I came in and expressed my concerns and previous frustrations with printing our invitations and Ashley got it! She showed me examples of quality cardstock, economically organized our cards per page, and even darkened my design for optimum printing and quality. ...While diligently working on printing the 3 cards of our invitations suite, she so graciously assisted many other customers. I live by treating others the way that I want to be treated, and if I had to guess... Ashley does, too! I am so grateful for her customer service, knowledge, patience, and ambition to see my design come to life. I would like to add that while tackling this large scale print job, Kelly assisted customers in the shipping services and self-serve copying with such a willingness to serve, too. I called my fiance while standing here to tell him that we finally have quality printed invitations! Talk about exciting!! We appreciate excellent customer service... Despite not being here with me, he wanted to be sure that Ashley knows he appreciated her service, too! I have never seen an associate so graciously pulled in so many directions. Needless to say, we will certainly be back for our small business printing needs soon! Our invitations look fabulous! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!I

Purchased a $180 Bluetooth printer from assistant manager suggestion, got back home found that its not compatible with my phone. Returned to purchase more expensive printer that is compatible. Manager then wanted to charge me $30 to connect phone to printer to verify it was compatible. I dont think so. Returned everything and going to best buy. Wont be back. Poor customer service their is no excuse.

They rarely fail to disappoint. There is one competent employee there, but it isnt the manager (nor anyone from Corporate, as far as I can figure).Their printers run off MSWord 1020 version. 2010 version!!! Why not just hand me a chisel and a hammer?Professional business company, by big patootie !!!

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I hate coming into this location especially seeing how they treat their employees. Ive witnessed an employee pass out and the management could care less, asked her to continue working! These low wage jobs do not care about their employees and could care less if they drop dead right on the job. I dont want to shop anywhere where I feel that the employees arent cared for because why would they even care about their customers!

Haha. Hated it is right. The way they talk to their employees is embarrassing and totally wrong. I went in to see my wife at work and the managers were screaming and yelling at the two employees up front (including my wife) because they werent getting enough protection plans, which, mind you, are 200-400 dollars on already overpriced equipment. Looked at the price of virus repairs and they cant even do it in store. Has to be sent to another state for 30-60 days and they charge 200 PER virus. Screw this store. Would NEVER EVER EVER go here again except to piss on their door.

I like the email option for printing but using the self serve system is a pain. The machine never takes you back to your files or give you that option. It takes you all the way back to the beginning.
