I had a alignment on my Mercedes Sprinter van here today. Quoted $80 dollar, then I was told that I need to have two different kind of bolts. Each was $50. Final price was: $50 each bolt, $50 for taking it off and putting it on for each: (50+50)x 2 + 80 = 280 + tax. But the fact is that I had done alignment 5 times before in other places, they never said that my bolt was wrong kind. Plus the new bolts the shop put on today is also very simple kind

I met Miguel my mechanic while he was in Garland. A friend refered him to me in 2016. Ive been going ever since. He cares about the people and their vehicle. I have a very hectic schedule and he will work with yours too.Ive had engine rebuilt with all the belts and stuff replaced by him and his mechanic shop. Front end replaced ball joints and brake job among maintaining my pick up with smaller items too.Miguel is very knowledgeable about his job will get you the best deal he can n do fantastic work. Really nice mechanics and body men. I went in for an alignment and tire balance. I showed up at 5:55 and they had posted that they close at 6. They still took care of me. The beams needed to be adjusted, they can be shifted by loosening up and moving them and that was not suggested even though the alignment showed it needed to be done. But, my steering and vibration was completely fixed. I will have to get the other fixed at a later date and realign after that but for now, they got me by and I am happy. Great job.

Very unprofessional. I picked up my vehicle and after over 500 dollars still the same. Had to pull over because my taillights were hanging with missing screws and cracked also 2 of my plastic panels in the interior got broken and put back like that.

Miguel is outstanding! He didnt treat me different because Im a woman like most car places do. He was very professional, friendly, and patient with me. My Voltswagon needed some serious repairs and he was the only one who got in there and knew what the problem was and fixed it. I took my car to Midas and it sat there for 3 days. The guys at Midas could not figure out what was wrong, but Miguel and his men did!!! My car is finally back to normal, runs way better. We dropped our truck off for some minor cosmetic repair and they did a FANTASTIC job fixing it. HOWEVER, when we picked up our truck the leather on the passenger seat was torn and scratched. We then had to explain that the tear wasnt there when we dropped it off.We leave the key behind hoping for halfway good news when we get back.Around 12:30 PM we get a call to come in to discuss the details of what needs to happen and when we got there not only did we get answers to what happened, but Miguel and Israel explained how they took our truck to a leather repair specialist and gave us details on replacing the the leather and how to currently care for the tear. Needless to say that Isreal and Miguel took great care of us. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for that extra touch of customer care.🌟🌟🌟🌟4 stars all around.

Doesn’t go out of his way at all. Never got a call back once between the 2 cars I have sent here. I gave some slack at first cause it seems like a relatively busy shop. However time and time again I was never reached out too and constantly had to check up on my Vehicle. Brought my second car back 3 times for the same problem. I Don’t recommend.
