When my son called me from Hwy 45 having just been in a head-on collision and I found out he was safe my concern then shifted to getting his Jeep Wrangler back into working conditions. I was very concerned about finding a shop that I could trust and make the effort to ensure the vehicle was fixed properly.At the recommendation of a family member I decided to have the Dealership Autoplex Collision Center take on the job. Antonio and his team was a pleasure to work with from the first conversation of getting the Jeep over to his facility, working with my insurance company, ordering the parts and then the repair itself.For any future collision repairs my vehicles will be going to his shop! Its not very often you can say that you trust someone in the vehicle repair business but I now have a new friend. And if you are a Jeep owner then be aware he knows these vehicles very well with years of experience.As my son leaves for college today in his Jeep I feel that he is safe and that the Jeep is in top shape for the drive. This place is fantastic! After getting in a minor wreck months ago and nobody taking the weird insurance the other person had I reached out to Dealership Autoplex randomly at 11pm one night. The next morning I already had a reply from them sitting in my email, they let me bring it in as soon as I was available. They were very nice and walked me through the process as this was my first wreck, within 3 days they had all the work done and I was good to come pick it up. Absolutely amazing! Love this place and if I ever need any work done I am coming back here. Need to replace the tint on my windows soon and I already know I can trust them with the job!

I scraped my car on a retaining wall and used DACC to repair my Infiniti QX 60. Their service was the best! They were very professional. Emily worked with me every step of the way in dealing with my insurance company, making sure my rental car was booked, etc. I highly recommend this family owned business!!

They are amazing here. They do great work. My BMW was in an accident. They made everything quick and easy. They had such a fast turn around time. I went to this place for my repairs when my car was backed into when they were in Lewisville and when they moved to Carrolton I just had to follow them when my car was hit again. Best customer service! They are always thorough, friendly and professional. Ive always gotten my car back looking brand new! I refuse to go anywhere else for my repairs, would highly recommend.

When you hear the word wreck your heart skips a beat, but when you realize that you are in the wreck you feel like your heart stops. Suddenly your head is filled with a thousand questions - do they have insurance, will my car run, can it be fixed properly, this car was a wedding gift from my husband, and so on and so on. It was recommended to me to contact DACC on Dickerson Pkwy. Went in at my appointed time and Im sure the look on my face was disturbing. But the younglady behind the counter was able to put me at ease. She informed me that rental car arrangements were made, we did a walk around of my car and I left feeling hopeful. On the day assigned to pick it up, I could not help but stare at how beautiful they made my car look. I felt like hugging everyone in the center as I drove away in my shiny 500sl Mercedes with a huge smile on my face!

Someone hit my car from the back in November & I got my car towed here. I was scared because I thought of all of the fees they would charge for my vehicle being there. Let me just tell you that this was not the case for DACC. When I stepped out of the tow truck everyone was so nice & pleasant to me. Antonio reassured me that everything was going to be ok. I filed the claim gave them the information & everything was handled. Emeli called me EVERY single day to let me know what was going on. She called the insurance company for me so I didn’t have to do it. Antonio also explained the insurance & supplemental process. I could go on & on about DACC but I’m going to keep it short. I highly recommend this body shop & I seriously meant that. If you are looking for a great shop & nice people that don’t take advantage of you. Also a place that doesn’t have any hidden fees. Please come here!!!!!!!!!!!
