A lot of parking and the staff from the door are looking out for everyones safety during this epidemic. Masks must be on by the time one reaches the door and they are very friendly every smiles.

If you come from any state this place might be overwhelming. People were generally nice, but the store is extremely busy always and you will have to wait 10-30 minutes to just check out. This is the only Walmart in the area the next one is 20 minutes away so this is understandable.

Before this instance, all my experiences were good, and some excellent with Walmart, on line and in srore.I dont know what happened this time with my last online order. I searched during two days for an article until I found it. On my way I selected two more articles without problems and went to checkout. Then, there I was prompted to empty the cart and the digit disappeared from the cart icon. Confused I wandered what happened? I clicked and a list of my three selections were labeled out of stock. They also disappeared at a glimpse and I didnt even had the opportunity to save them for later or to take a reference (like trade marks) to search for them elsewhere.I had no stars to give to this experience because I was left empty handed: 0, or below 0, because I lost all my time. Frustrating.Why that much merchandise out of stock stays offered for selection to the last minute? What about the rest on the story?

Best Walmart so far i like going to in Puerto Rico. The lay out of the store makes much since when shopping. I usually can find everything i need. Lately; im sure because of how the world is with shipping, pandemic and lack of workers. The shelves arent always filled. Sometimes you do need a little extra searching through when trying to find what your looking for. Its also always busy so make sure eat eat food before, because you will be there while.

A popular store. U can find almost everything u need. Covid restrictions are washy washy. Too many items under lock and key. Waiting for employee to open the display and rushing u to make a selection is in bad taste. They claim its because people steal items, but once I put it in my cart if I want to steal I can do so. Will think twice before coming back.

Today I had a bad experience in Walmart today. I couldnt change my glocosemeter strips because of they being put where they werent supposed to be. I was sent to customer service center being able to have solved it in the cash register. No one solved the issue. Not happy at all!

You have to pay for bags .10 per bag. Then you have to scan and put everything in a bag! People are not real happy about their job. Really wish the store was more organized and cleaner!

This is by far one of the worst Walmart I have ever been to. The lines were atrocious and everything was just thrown on top of each other. My group received outstanding customer service related to setting up a new cell phone in their Electronics department. I believe the Walmart employees name was Jeselina. Kevin in Electronics was also very helpful.

It was okay. Expect to pay for bags there. All the Walmarts charge .10 a bag. Very thick and heavy duty but otherwise be prepared to walk out with your stuff in the cart like Sams.

I love Walmart, it always been my second home. But this one is lacking good service. Employees are rude and when you ask questions they bark a yes or a no and keep walking.Theres no, How may I help? With the smile, that experience is gone.If you dont like your job...quit, dont submit the customer to your rudeness.The lady in money services did not allow me to send Walmart to Walmart money saying the system would not allow her to send it to PR. Forcing me to buy a money order that she wouldnt sell to me. She sent me to the other lady instead.Many of us are just driven away from the Carolina store, who wants to be treated like garbage???Managers need to start getting rid of employees giving bad service and a bad name to your store.

Very pleasant. Even though the employees dont ever greet or acknowledge your presence at the store the merchandise was well stocked and easy to find. Walmart at the Escorial Plaza should encourage their employees to greet customers anywhere in the store.

It has all the right items. However, the entrance is hampered by seasonal merchandise, making the corridor crowded.the groceries are at the very far end of the store, and it was crowded. Suggest a better layout like the Humacao store. Hazardous entrance as there are cars passing by very close. Security there can be able to redirect traffic to make exit safer. Selection of.items is good.

Pretty busy but the lines move fast

Walmart is a very large store, but with very high prices and it is usually too crowded for comfort, that store have a big monopoly here in Puerto Rico and its like they can do what ever they want with nongovernmental control.

Lotta people going all over the place and too much stuff in the way. Should consider reimplementing the arrows on the floor and established directions in most aisles so people are forced to walk in an organized flow.

Good found everything I needed

A typical Super Walmart Center, but with Puerto Rican style. Avoid coming at rush hours unless you like to stand in line and deal with large amounts of people.The location is convenient though, has is it nearby a Home Depot and other large stores.One big issue though, is the amount of automobile traffic in the area. Try to go early in the morning or late in the afternoon.

Went shopping for mothers day gifts found what I wanted . Love it, they open early in the morning which makes it good for me. I have always had a good experience.

Employees are not helpful. Instead of taking a customer to where an item is located they point in the direction, and good luck finding it. Two of which were making jokes as i approach them with a question and after po8nting that the item i was looking for was at the far end then wen5 back to their funny conversation. I finally found an employee that would help and found out that they had run out of what i was looking for. In other words i would have spent time looking for an item they no longer had in stock without knowing it for a while. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

The Walmart app doesnt work as far as narrowing down to location to check in stock items and as for The staff other than the fruit and vegetable staff which show interest in helping my mother told me if I Didnt have something nice to say dont say anything.

Its way bigger than the walmart in my city. But the employees are always lost and the items are hidden. They put an empty box of the product for you to see but the actual product is stored away. You have to ask for asistance but the employees never know who to call. I went around the whole store asking multiple employees and none of them knew what to do. Even when I bought gas for the stove, no one knew who was going to give me the gas tank.. i wasted a lot of time here.

As usual, I found everything I was looking for. But I have to say, the employees were not very good. I had to wait for a group of cashiers, 3, to end their personal conversation, not work related, I could hear them, to be served.

Better protocols in place. Saturday afternoon is not a good shopping day at Walmart. Large crowds thru out the store. You truly cant keep 6 distance. However, the store was well stocked, plenty of sales associates and good prices. Not my favorite chain but sometimes necessary.

Checkout is always a wait unless one self checks out but even then theres still a line. The only difference is one doesnt have to wait quite as long as when you use a cashier. If theres a problem with your items scan that means another wait for the clerk to come around to help. Sometimes I have to ask for assistance. The prices are high as well. Also very, very often the price listed under the item isnt the real price. Its always more expensive than what you think youre buying. I believe its a trick to make people think theyre paying a lower price when theyre actually paying a higher price thats on the item. Ive noticed this trick a few years ago. They have taken down the scanners throughout the store so one cannot check to see if the item is the price you see mounted on the shelf. I go to Walmart only when I need to.

Variety of things one would need from value brands in groceries to home good to everything in between. Lines are usually long but flows accordingly -- helpful staff makes this Walmart a standout comparing to the ones in the States.
