People have to have their full order before they get to the cashier, it was delaying the service in the store and I was waiting for about 30 minutes the personnel itself is good, its just they need to make sure everyone has their order before they go to pay.

APPALLING! The service is terrible, the person-to-person treatment is horrible, they act and treat people as if they dont feel like working. They made a girl cry because of their mistake. They made fun of it! The merchandise is ordered on time and arrives months later without any communication with the customers!

Very slow to fill out school orders and dont call until the Order is complete (I was told). A little slow to test, order, collect. The staff in general very attentive but unfortunately they have no information on when the items arrive. They NEVER answer the phone. The manager PadillaFirst time I was very attentive. Today, I do not know if because he has the Tension of several days and several parents complaining, he behaved very rude to a Customer who was rightly asking him for an explanation about his order. In that sense very very very disorganized. 15 days ago I picked up the pants, today 4 polo shirts and I still have 4 more polo shirts missing which have no arrival date. The school started classes last week….Ahhh and the pants for more than one adjustment are still loose! So even invest in a tailor to fix them. :(

Terrible customer service. Uniform order placed and paid since mid-July and is not available at the moment. Questions when they understand will have them available and the answer is that it is not in their hands. They never answer the phone.

If there were a rating without a star, this is what La Esquina Famosa would do. I place an order in May 2021 for school uniforms, to avoid lines, so that the store has time to fulfill the order, to avoid stress at the last minute.The end of July comes, I do not receive the order and they never answer the phone. I send an email and the answer is that they are in process, almost 3 months in process! I go personally for the cashier to tell me: That order has been there for a long time ... but a coat is missing. Beautiful the employees comment ... I was looking for the order for a long time, it does not appear ...I tell them that they better look for me from the inventory and not from the supposed order that does not appear, because they answer me no, because that is somewhere. 30 minutes or more pass and then they decide to search the current inventory ... hellooo !!!I keep waiting, pieces are appearing ... I stop waiting, because thats why I made the order online, so that it would arrive at my house and not have to go through this. Well, I left. I asked them to call me when the order is available. Lots of clothes, thongs, stockings, underwear. Shirts go out. Checkered shirts, lines, are cheap, prices vary. There are clothes for different occasions from going out, casual, smart casual, to sports shorts, shoes of everything a bit.

It is the place to purchase uniforms from various schools. You have to order them at a counter and the clerk looks for them 🙄 in a warehouse. When there are many clients (like the day I went, for sales without SUT) the line is long and slow. (Well, that happens in any of these uniform stores.) Then there is a line to measure the uniform and another to make / settle lay away and another to pay. I prefer that the gondolas are identified by school and you go and choose. Of course, the staff was very attentive and courteous.
