Sadly as in most places there are few employees. I visit this store a few times and service is great. Love their quality and prices are fair.

Came for pickup from JCP.com got my Star wars original shirts from the Big and tall sizes. Labeled as $31 each shirt they cost me just $8 each. I do love JCP. The clothing quality is the best compared only to Sears.

Was. Not able to find some clothes I was looking for but the lady working there was very helpful and got me some things that I missed.

Good experience. I went to pick up some items that I bought online. It didnt take long to get them.

Great prices on known brands. Plenty of parking available. Store has 2 floors with electric stairs available and an elevator for people with special needs.

Good offers, plenty of well displayed inventory. Bought a pair of shoes that were of a much better quality than those in most of the shoe shops that we visited in the same shopping center. I was impressed bythe sheer quantity of all the items in the different departments.This was a much better shopping experience (Plaza Carolina) than in Plaza Las Americas.Easier to park and move around in the mall.

I love JCPenney it has everything you need clothing, footwears, cosmetic, households, fragrance, furniture, appliances,beautiparler,ect..you can find everything you need.it has 20%,30%,40% ok some of the items that you buy.and clearences has up to a 70%to80% off including an additional 25% porcent of the merchandise . Ive bought 5 pieces of clothing and only paid 25 dollares and saved 114.00 dollares.that is a big bargain.

My favorite JCP location. Went to pick up an order which I had placed online and the process went very smoothly. Attentive and cordial service. My only problem is the when buying online, many items cannot be shipped to my home or this JCP location, and the website does not identify which item is. Overall, the service to pick up was very good.

Love love love! The only thing I could really say is that in Plaza las Americas is more big, but at the same time here some clothes have a little more discount then there so will depend what you really are looking for. Just a tip if you need any help get in and out fast just ask an employee.

This store was temporarily closed due to major damage from hurricane Maria, the mall where it is located was temporarily closed as well, things havent gone well for business ever since, this JC store barely has 5 customers and it was a sunny Saturday noon, the mall was quite empty and stores were going without any customers, just employees, having past about 18 months since the hurricane I dont foresee any future to Plaza Carolina mall, my opinion is that this mall was better off closing it permanently after Maria, i don’t think i will visit this mall again, more than 40% is vacant so not much to offer and prices are way too high.
