At Home depot in Carolina, I found a very nice heavy duty storage rack that will work for my storage room and for the price its perfect. Finally U will e able to free up space from the house and closets perfectly! Each rack could hold up to 2,000 lbs. The rack has 4 shelves and are 24 deep, 72 wide and 78 tall. Its a pretty big size rack and like I mentioned previously will work perfectly in my new recently build storage room. Thanks Home Depot...

Very polite but the circulating saw was not available. And I told the if I can order it and they told they could not when they sell it in USA main land and in PR they can not. WHY? I made a mistake with my Curbside Pickup order so it was a difficult experience, but Martha from Home Depot Los Colobos was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! She answered all of my questions and helped me to the extent of her power and a little beyond. Forever grateful for her assistance and excellent attitude during the whole process. She even delivered the items herself! A bright spot on a difficult situation! Kudos to Martha and her customer service

3 days in a row. At this store. Forklifts blocking access to products with employees stacking products. Losing time.Yesterday while checking tiles one of your employees told me “you have to leave the aisle the forklift is coming in. Not even a “please”.The experience on this store is becoming a nightmare. Today the paint aisle was also block. Your employee saw me kept working, finishes stacking finished stacking, left the aisle close and left. Not good. You guys can do better.

Well organized but with poor inventory. Employees were very helpful. I remember years ago when Home Depot opened the stores they had very good prices and inventory was very vast. No need to go from hardware store to hardware store looking for what you needed to repair, replace or build. Probably its the lack of real competition like in the states.

Yariel, who assists with online in store pickup, was absolutely wonderful! I was following up on an online purchase and I havent been called with a delivery date. I couldnt go in the store because I had my dog in the car. Yariel took care of everything for me and although I still do not have a delivery date, Yariel was great!

I bought a whirlpool dryer at Home Depot February of 2020 in Puerto Rico for my vacation home which never worked. I tried using it for the first time in June of 2020 but it did not work. I immediately called whirlpool to service my brand new dryer. My dryer was not serviced until Setemeber. I was told it needed to be replaced. It took about a month (October) to hear from someone to choose the dryer model. I then was told to expect a call from a unusual number possibly from Columbia to set up my delivery date, which I am yet to receive. I have called more than 7 times since November to be told that the department that is handling the delivery has documented several times that they have called me, when in fact they have not. Ive informed them that Ive never received any calls or voicemails. I have continuely called and asked to speak to a supervisor but they refuse to give me the information and continue to refuse to do anything more than what they have already done which is sending a notification to the department in charge of the delivery. This is insane - I will never buy Whirlpool appliances again as they falsely advertised their warranty, as did not fulfill their warranty committment to replace my dryer. I will take this up to corporate for sure, but thought consumers should know what I have been going through.

Doesnt find what I looking for but get something that I need

In the website, to order an item, is very difficult. I wanted to select curbside pickup and the site didnt offer the option, only delivery. When I went to check out, the site denied the sale, staing that the item cannot be delivered! So frustrating. I even called the 800 number, and the representative was denied as well! The rep stated that, There must be something wrong with the site. Ergo, I hope this issue is resolved, since most of folks are doing online shopping.

Good service & many are politeBUT... they need to get their e-mail receipt thing back into full action.In my last purchase I indicated that I wanted my receipt e-mailed...The receptionist doesnt do it, blames the system, sends me to the service desk where they process my purchase 3 times before I get my e-mail receipt... No apologies for the inconveniences, just excuses of how the system works & attitudes...😤

They dont have plastic bags, but you can paid for it. Then you ask and they send you to reclaim a reimbursement.. 🤔

Horrible customer service. Kitchen designers are incompetent. Flat out lying to me concerning installation quote. I was told they were waiting on an installer quote and when I contacted the installer directly they sent me proof of sending it to Home Depot weeks prior. Ive been emailing and trying to get my kitchen done since February. I understand COVID caused some delays but now its just incompetence, lack of follow through, and dishonesty. Why do you have phones if your simply not going to answer calls?

They can even tell you in which isle it is its located.

Their in store delivery system is super organized and efficient ( not so with El Escorial and Montehiedra store locations... longggg waiting periods). As chain estores go, Home Depot is not much different in that you can count on mostly the same merchandise in pretty much the same location whether you visit Tuskegee, Tampa Bay, or Cayey. However that is what makes an entity dependable . Home Depot is dependable. Thats a good thing.
