I had to buy a refrigerator in an emergency and was able to locate exactly what I wanted, even though it did not appear on line at the Home Depot website. However, I was disturbed to find out that in Puerto Rico, Home Depot no longer picks up old refrigerators when you have a new one delivered. This would have been a deal-breaker, except that it is an emergency replacement and finding refrigerators on the island that fit my specifications is very challenging. Nevertheless I have had to make special arrangements to to pay someone to come and pick up the old refrigerator for recycling.

Lots of parking during the week, great selection of plants, clean and safe. No central A/C filters or thermostats.

Employer at the roof sealant area was very helpful and very polite and even had a litrle humor, made my experience there grat.👍👍

Excellent store, felt like I was in the states. Organized, plenty of help. Cant believe its the closest one to Isla Verde and Ocean Park.

Its better than the HD at Los Colobos but neither has riding lawn mowers.

Purchased a Toledo Double Cylinder Knobset. I have a, a maybe stupid question about it, I haven’t been able to separate the two parts, one that would open from the inside and the other one from the outside, both with keys.

Not all items in stock. Sad they have been hit so hard during the pandemic.

As always well stocked. Plenty of merchandise. Some prices are a bit more expensive than in other hardware stores, but deals are also available.The store is well labeled and the employees are friendly.The checkout process was agile, both in the express and in the regular ones.

Went yesterday and the curtain that I bought was wrongfully cut by employee ...Returned today and customer representative Jorge Luis de Jesus was awesome!!!! They did not have the same one but another employee named Juan looked it up and they will receive in a couple of days. The service was so great I dont mind having to go back!!!

I went looking for two things and came with only one thing. But at a good price.

I payed for a stove in October as a gift. They said delivery will be before Christmas. The day arrived, I didnt go to work because the delivery was scheduled for that day... nobody came, nobody called... they reschedule for January. I called 3 days before the delivery was scheduled... they said everything was fine... I didnt go to work to wait for the merchandise... nobody called... nobody showed up... Worst customer service ever.

COVID-19 Protocol is on going with temperature checks and customer counting as you enter. Cashier process is great do to 1-line distribution. Was in and out in less than 20 mins

Visited the store on a Saturday so it was full to the maximum. In spite of this, both employees I asked about what I needed in different sections were extremely helpful, patient and explained in detail whatever I asked. As an added plus there were A LOT of employees, the opposite of the Bayamon Home Depot where you have to practically hunt down an employee and they are almost always on a hurry and dont treat you nicely, even kind of rude. Definitely wish this was the Home Depot nearest home.

Nice sized home depot, most associates are bilingual and much more helpful than the associates in the states, heck, I might even learn something! All in all, a great store, run well. Covid regulations are a bit absurd here with designated entry and exit points and lines, so minus one star for that.

Horrible customer service. After been in line for 26 minutes I notice that I left my wallet in my car. I told a female employee at the end of the line that I was going to leave the merchandise on a corner and get my wallet. She told me sure no problem just come back and you wont have to do the line. When I return, there was another employee named Jaime managing the line. I told him about my situation and Jaime with attitude told me I was not here and you have to do the line again. Not coming back to Escorial with these unconscious employees.

Went to Carolina store. The line was huge, but it took less than 45 minutes to enter the store. Dis my shopping and both lines, cashier and self checking were long. They were very well organized and runned smoothly and relative fast. I chose self check which had 2 staff members in the area. They were very helpful.

They look like they dont want to work.its a shame.

This Home Depot has the best customer service.

Went this morning near the noon hour. Hard to find parking. No wait to get in and found the merchandise, but when I went to pay they would not let me use the two open self checkout kiosks. They said I had to wait in the line that stretched to the back of the store. Why not have 2 separate lines, one for self checkout and the other for the rest? I left the merchandise.

After an online purchase, I arrived to be received with an open box item. This is a local problem, an open box item is not equivalent to a new item as purchased online.Considered 3 stars but this is the first issue I have had at this store. 3.5 would make me happier.

Very good Sunday visit. Maybe it was the voting polls or they believed it wasnt open but there was no line to enter neither to pay. Found everything and even bought a washing machine in less that 30 minutes.

The worst home depot, the line are too long and too many employees are doing nothing. The cashiers are empty but they have a very long lines.

Protocols truly in place. Plenty of sales associates and customers. Very well stocked with current much needed items.

Bad customer service. I wanted to buy a Hampton Bay Umbrella. And the iten was very big ti put in the cart. I had to go outside find the cart because no one was willing to help me. And when I got it no one wanted to help me put it on the cart so that I could buy it. I had to do it all by myself. Im giving them 3 stars because they let pick it up tomorrow, but the service was horrible.

Unfortunately I left over $900 of merchandise because of a bad actitud of an employee today. People who dont have customer service skills shouldnt work with people. Im a disable senior and although I dont need to be treated differently, this person is a jerk.

Always useful as Home Depot always seems to stock the hard to find items at reasonable prices or offer many alternative solutions that other places do not have the space to do so.Great variety of lighting and fans.

Utter disappointment after an order made in their website was not fulfilled despite follow-ups. As the gentle AM on shift said, it was just given away to someone else without any other explanation. No reasonable recourse or explanation offered.

This place is always really busy and the parking lot is a mess. They dont always have a good stock of items but its still the best hardware store on the island

There is only one type of gas inverter generator : Powermate 2200i . I was looking for the Ryobi bluetooth inverter and there was none. You can not buy online and send it to Puerto Rico either for pickup at the store or ship to your house.

It was just a unique experience thanks to the so responsible lady cashier. When I went to pay I said to her that I needed two bottles of industrial vinegar but I had found only one. She immediately went to get the second bottle. Thanks to her I could get what I wanted. GBH

The place is well located, ample parking, decent restrooms, well stocked, pricey but very good quality, 95% of the time I find what I want. You can buy online and they will keep you updated for pick up time. etc...

In my visit to the Home Depot in the Carilina area I found it to be more supplied then others in the Island. It also has many more employees on the floor to help customers. Checkout was fast and efficent.Very pleased with this experience.
