Unfortunately, out of all of the Starbucks in the area it seems like this one always under fills my coffee. I wonder if this happens to anybody else? I’ve lived in the area for many many years and I’ve gone to the Starbucks and this seems to consistently be an issue here.

This Starbucks was quite Helpful and Quite Welcoming....! I went in on my Birthday to get my FREE Birthday Drink, I had Down loaded the app a few days earlier....! But, because I had Down loaded the app a few days earlier IT didnt show that I earned a FREE DRINK for my Birthday...! They still GAVE me my FREE Birthday Drink....! GOD BLESS THE STAFF HERE @ THIS STARBUCKS STORE...!

Customer service is awesome. The manger is the sweetest best I have ever met. My drinks are always perfect.

I love my coffee and coffee cake in the morning. What I dont like is someones uncovered hand all over the top of my coffee after they just handle money with those hands. Somethings wrong with that 😕.

With a great location and the huge parking lot shared with Bel Air and other businesses this store is busy all day.Great customer service from a friendly staff.Pastries always fresh and healthy snack boxes available for breakfast or lunch.

I like this place. I used to read there before the pandemic. The service is great. The only problem is parking is scarce hence 4 stars

Friendly staff people!!

Staffs are slacking off. I visited twice in last week and I wasted my time and extra money because they are not doing their job right and don’t fix it. That’s how this place runs. I am not gonna go back to this place even if this is the closest one to my apt.

Staff are extremely friendly, and service is fast as well. The whole place has spread energy, and you never feel as though you are waiting for your order. Oh and the coffee is good too ofc

They always have what I want and all of them are very friendly and helpful.

This location is extremely difficult to get in and out of the parking lot and has very limited parking spaces. I went through the drive-thru and the amount of time it took was much longer than other locations Ive been to. The frappucinos were to liquified compared to others Ive ordered from various other Starbucks locations. Because of the amount of traffic in the area its hard to hear and be heard at the ordering sign, being in such a compact corner location extremely close to 4 and 6 lane crossroads. Overall this location needs much improvement.

I detested Starbucks but the new brown sugar oatmilk espresso is bomb AF!

I love Starbucks in general so Im not going to give the store a bad score because of 1 person. I went there this morning with my aunt. The lady taking the money was nice, but the guy that was doing the intercom and giving out the drinks was rude. He needs to know that the customer is always right even when you think you are.

This particular location is always super busy.. its not the best service is not the worst. Its alright. I dont like that they make you ask for cream and sugar with a drip coffee. They should automatically ask you.

My order was ready when I got there but I had to place another order for my husband.He likes a lot of caffeine and semi sweet. Basically told me to.surprise him.I asked the lady and she gave me a smore like drink. He loved it. Awesome job!

I pulled up to the order box and the barista said “Hi, I’ll be with you in just a moment!” Okay, not a problem at all. If they’re busy or something I don’t mind waiting a minute. I sat there for almost 10 minutes until I said “Hello, I’m still here.” Pretty sure they forgot about taking my order, how nice. My drink was given to me a venti cup because they had ran out of grande cups. Again, no big deal, but it definitely needed more syrup to make up for being in a bigger cup. I’m not normally on this side of town and next will probably just skip the starbucks.

Staff are friendly and efficient. The interior has recently been up graded. Good location. I go there almost every day.

This Starbucks has undergone a recent renovation and is completely updated. It’s in a great location and has excellent service. The drive-thru was previously an issue with cars trying to enter from both Madison and Manzanita, but they have put up cones to block the Madison entrance as well as a Do Not Enter sign. These improvements have helped so much! I would highly recommend this Starbucks!

I enjoy the coffee at Starbucks. I get the iced coffee with soy milk and sugar free vanilla. It tastes so good. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the drive-through line is horrendously long.

Drive thru is the way to go. Staff members are very polite and youre not in line forever.

The place is breaking sanitary rules established by Starbuckes. The employee on a drive through place was running the register and making the drinks, of cause without washing hands. Disgusting! When I approached the subject, the young lady explained me that one employee did not come to work...so it is how it is. Well, never again in here...

The workers dont wear gloves when handing you your drink. Their excuse? We wash our hands every 30 minutes. Where are your hands for the next 25 minutes after you wash them?

Good starbucks. They had strange customers coming in and out, using the restrooms.

Waited 15 mins from 5:30am to 5:45am for ice coffee. I sat there watching them make all these other drinks while I waited for my very simple drink. I was the second person in line but they had other people walk in and deemed them a higher priority. Some people have to go to work in the morning and I picked starbucks because its supposed to be quick. Their current morning crew is incredibly slow and cant seem to figure out how to make ice coffee. Unlike literally every other starbucks & coffee places Ive ever been to. I do not reccomend this location in the morning. They will take 15 mins to get you a simple drink

We ordered online because of the virus and we ordered Carmel frappaccinos and all of them came without whip cream or Carmel on top or Carmel on the inside idk what happened but it did not look like the drink at all

Jessie is the only saving grace to this location. Dont mobile order here, theyll NEVER have it ready on time. Drive thru is more of a priority than any other customer. All employees, aside from Jessie, will ignore you. Go to another location! Not worth it.

Went into Starbucks after having one of the WORST days and was met by a young lady with a smile named Madison. I was probably really short with her as I was in a really awful mood. She was really patient and helpful while I tried to decide what to order. I’m not a Starbucks regular but after this visit I have to say I will definitely be back. Madison was funny, nice and her recommendation was perfect! Thank you!

Every time Ive ever come to this Starbucks the Baristas have always been extremely nice and always wanting to please the customers. Its a good experience every time I go.

I have been to this one so many times and they never disappoint. I love the staff morning, midday, or afternoon. The drinks are always excellent. This is by far my favorite to get drinks from.

The drive thru cashier repeated my order verbally but messed it up when sending it to be made, causing me not to get one of my drinks. Disappointing really. WAS my favorite Starbucks.

Im deathly allergic to coffee. So I dont drink coffee,I still love the atmosphere there and everyone are so nice and accommodating. I like to go there and read my internet sites and catch up on my ESPNS SPORTS.

Worst starbucks Ive ever been too, in the mornings if Tony is there its great, but the rest of the time its the worst. Been a customer for 20 years, after today will not return to this one. Good thing Dutch brothers just moved in.

This location can be tricky due to its small lot and limited drive-thru waiting line, BUT I always have amazing service and never had an order wrong.

Outside seating taken no longer available due to homeless abusing table and chairs. Hard to get in and out with car, long wait in car line, very small limited parking.

This one is always packed... You cant be mad at them for that. Still they are very quick to get your order

Im only giving 5 stars because of the staff. I highly dislike how the store is located on the corner of such a busy street. Only because madison can get really packed but that comes with cities so yeah I put up with it. Nice staff and store though!

The wait time is really short but sometimes there is a line for the bride thru. They have really good tea and macchiatos. The food is ok if you get a breakfast sandwich.
