They were FANTASTIC. I had a problem. TMobile shut my phone off two days early. I was going to pay it that day anyway......so I paid it anyway, it was turned on.........the next day it was shut off again. I went back in and Management was in there. And when I went in the same clerk was there again and remembered. All three told me my sim card had been hacked and threw up alarms. My bank account had been hacked to at over $ 360.00. They fixed up my phone account. ALL THREE FIXED ME UP......THANK YOU.

Surprisingly a refreshing call phone store! This guy was great! We talked about plans and phones needed for work and pleasure. He walked me through the set up and what to do next to stay on top of my plan and bill. Im planning on moving a number over so I still need to get my other account number, but plan on coming back here just for the customer service.

My friend has metro. I had to take him here to replace his old phone that stopped working. He has had metro for 3 years and he says he has never had any problem with them. He did not have insurance on his phone so he had to pay $150.00 for a LG Phone do not know what model. I give them 3 stars because review is second hand.

Wireless4life of Carmichael is a good place to buy a phone. Their staff seem knowledgeable about many of the phones, they do a good job of installing the thin screen protectors, and give their full attention to each customer.The only downside that I have noticed, is that they give their full attention to each customer. So if you just need to pay a quick mbtmo phonebill, you may need to wait a while as the person in front gets their new iphone P.0sh activated (the h is extra paperweight horsepower). Otherwise very fast service.Customer since 2011.

I go here every month to pay my phone bill. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly.

Tried to buy Galaxy S9. Arranged to come to store today in 1 hour. Showed up and store closed and would Jace to wait 30 minutes. Tried other times to buy phone here and always have problems here.
